We’re excited to announce we've started saying goodbye to our...antique...1977 concrete RV pads and welcoming brand-new, level, well-draining gravel pads! Over time, those original slabs had begun to crack, heave, and hold water—making leveling tricky and visits with us less than ideal.
What’s Changing?
Concrete Removal: We’re carefully breaking out the deteriorated concrete and hauling it away to clear the space for a fresh start.
Drainage-First Design: Each pad will be installed with a slight crown of compacted crusher-run gravel, ensuring rainwater runs off quickly—no more puddles or mud!
When & How It Affects Your Stay
Work begins in early May and will rotate through sites to minimize disruption. We're keeping our reservation system up to date with closures to make sure we have availability for your next stay.
