Nice campground, very quiet. Clean. Easy to get into and out of pull thru sites. Work was being done on roads/bridge on shortest route from highway, but alternate directions provided worked fine.

It was short but we are thinking we will come back to enjoy your area. The lady who checked us in was very pleasant and quick. The campground is up to KOA standards.

Basically no wifi...bridge out...just not what we expected

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our wi-fi is satellite based. We will have fiber optic, high speed internet available to us in 8 weeks.We also hope that our county will have the bridge completed soon as well. In the meantime, we are working hard to provide the best alternate route in to us.

One of the smaller KOA's we've stayed at. Cramped, tight spaces, gravel and dirt, nothing is level. Pool is gorgeous. Dog park is tiny and the gates are far enough off ground for small dogs to escape and run into the road.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We are a Journey, which means we are a smaller KOA. As indicated in so many of our previous reviews, we are the perfect overnight stop. We are so happy to provide a dog park to our campers and will certainly fix the gate. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

It was one of the quietest KOA campgrounds we have ever stayed at, which was very relaxing. They went out of their way to effectively communicate road conditions to the campground. Additionally they were so pleasant to work with when our plans changed and we needed to shift our arrival date. Their response time to inquiries was stellar.

My favorite campground when traveling through the area. Excellent staff, clean facilities, lovely setting. I highly recommend Meridian East/Toomsuba KOA.

It was such a great stay at my first KOA! Steve, Patty and Angela were so nice to us, the camping cabin was wonderful and everything was very convenient including the immaculately clean bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to future stays at KOAs.

Clean, quiet spaces, nestled in the pone trees. Great text communication from the campground- including alternate directions to the location to avoid a road closure. Excellent overnight experience.

Everyone was super nice. The bathhouse was clean and lovely (and warm!). My kids enjoyed the playground. Would stay again.

We were surprised most cabins have a TV! Not a big deal but missed that in the he description of amenities.

Stayed overnight. Met a few people to talk to. Got switched to a nicer, bigger site. Lots of campfires while we were there, so the smoke was pretty thick; but . .. .it's camping! Very nice people running this place! We will come back for sure.

Very neatly maintained campground. Pool, store, laundry room and bathrooms very clean. It’s in a hilly area but all the sites look level. Ours was level. It’s off the beaten path but still close enough to I-20 that it’s convenient. Super friendly staff and owners. We booked 1 night and we liked it so much we stayed 2 additional nights. Christie was awesome! Definitely will recommend to anyon

Nice and well maintained place to camp. We were just passing through for the night but wish we had more time enjoy the pool and water slide with the kids. Maybe next time!

We were in town for a few days to visit with family and couldn’t be happier with our stay. The site was clean, level and all hookups worked perfectly. The campground itself was amazing and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be staying again!

Not the most spacious sites, but great for an overnight or if camping in something smaller than our 42’ 5th wheel. Super friendly staff! Great communication and very helpful.

Staff was super friendly. I received a text message and phone call from them to confirm I had the alternative directions. Laundry room was nice and had more than the typical 2 machines! I will be returning in the future.

Just stayed one night while traveling south. Quiet and clean . Office staff where very nice. Would stay again , and probably will when heading back north in the spring.
