A little pricey @ $52 for a 25’ camper overnight and the campsite was tiny but convenient to the highway.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

At the time of your arrival you did not have a reservation. As a walk in it does result in our rate being $5 more. To save yourself a few dollars you can always call and we will be happy to take your reservation over the phone or online. Enjoy your new RV!

Great as always! It’s a fav midway stop to the eastern US. Kids love the pool and game room. Cabins are comfortable and close enough to bathhouse. The only issue this trip was the cabin floor was so super sandy/dirty when we got there. We didn’t mention it, as we were there just overnight and left early in the am. Not sure why it wasn’t swept. We booked 6 nights and were having second thoughts that it wasn’t all that close to anything. We stayed with the 6 nights. Enjoyed every relaxing moment of it. The staff and owners felt like family by the time we left. Would definitely stop there again.

The campground host are amazing. Easy access to I-20 travelers and a Love’s right at the exit. We will mark this as a site to visit again

It was for an overnight stay, but it was so restful. It is a quiet, peaceful place. It is beautiful and appears well kept. I plan to stay there again. The manager is so friendly and helpful. His attitude is one of the reasons the place becomes a favorite.

Our family of 7 stayed at this location for 2 weeks. Our stay was awesome and the staff was amazing! This campground is very clean and well kept.

Improvements must be done to site pads and roadways. Please keep up to the standards of KOA and why we who use exclusively due to higher standards.

I am sorry that you feel your full hook up, gravel, pull thru was not up to KOA standards.If you could be more specific that would truly be helpful. We bring in fresh gravel weekly and are ,weather permitting, grating roads and smoothing as much as possible.We hope you try us again.

The most hospitable kind people I have ever met! The park is immaculate and easy maneuver into the spaces. I cannot say enough good about this place, the owners and staff! My stay was put pleasure!

Easy check in and out. Great facilities. Relaxing environment. One small concern. The shower control needs some maintenance.

The friendly, smiling staff made me feel very welcome! We only stayed one night, but I would happily have stayed longer if we could. The service is outstanding, the park is clean and well maintained and it's very quiet. The road leading to the KOA could use some work & we were very nervous about the 3,000 lb. max weight limit on the short bridge we has to cross (our Class A is 24,000 GVWR).

I enjoyed my one night stay travelling to New Orleans. This is a very clean and well organized KOA. Is recycling an option for this KOA?

3am to 9am... couldn’t have been easier. Wish we could have stayed and enjoyed the pool! Will stop by on our way back if time allows!

Was a stop over for a night on our way from TX to NC. Campground was very nice and emaculately maintained. Owners were very nice to help, even with us arriving after closing. Highly recommend this park even if for multiple days. Very nice wooded area.

Staff was very pleasant, and helpful. The campground is clean, and beautiful. Lots of tall trees provided plenty of shade. Very quit and peaceful. Off the beaten path.

Nice campground. Not sure I would call it Big Rig Friendly. At 72' RV and trailer, I had to back out of my site due to length of neighbors rig blocking my exit. And the turn at the end of the row required me to perform a 10 point turn around to make the corner.

The owner/manager was so friendly. The friendliest one we’ve encountered in a while. Some just leave paperwork outside and you never meet them. Sites were beautifully wooded.

Everyone seemed to go out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. We know the next time we are in the area we will stay at this KOA. Other campers related the same great experience and most of them have stayed here a few times

We stayed one night in a 26 ft 5th wheel water & electric only per my request . Nice park beautiful pool clean rest rooms Office staff escorted us to our site and guided us in �� Staff was excellent and helpful. Recommend highly we will return ��

As most KOA's the staff were extremely friendly. Our site was a little tight but big enough for a our 35 ft. Some riggs were lot bigger in other sites. Lots of shade bigg trees.

Angela alerted us that a severe storm had knocked down a tree on usual road into the KOA camp and that the whole area power was out. She gave us an alternative in and gave us updates. We really appreciated her doing this.

The sites were very nice, gravel sites with full hoo-up. The staff was very friendly. The campground was clean. It is about 2 miles off the freeway, but follow the signs and we had no problem with our 38 foot Class A

Just stayed one night while traveling south. Quiet and clean . Office staff where very nice. Would stay again , and probably will when heading back north in the spring.
