The campground is BEAUTIFUL!!! Owner and Staff are super friendly. We had a beautiful tent site, but all sites looked great. Very relaxing. We will definitely make an effort to go through that part of the state, just to go back!

A family operated campground, well run and friendly atmosphere. It’s and older campground with a small playground but very clean. The road to the site from I-20 passes a recycling operation which is a little disconcerting but it should not reflect on the campground. As soon as you turn off the road into the grounds there is an obvious upgrade. Would camp there again.

Sewer connection was above trailer dump valve which made it very difficult to drain. Sites are very close together...trailer next to us had awnings out that were right on us. Ok for an overnight stop but thats all. Well manicured and neat.

We were scheduled for a single night stay on our way home and the break on one wheel of our camper locked up. The people at Toomsuba KOA went out of their way to help us. We had difficulty finding some one who could work on the camper then getting parts. Our overnight say became a week long stay and throughout this process the owners and staff were concerned for our safety and comfort. 2 thumbs up

Beautiful park. Meridian East may be a bit of a stretch as a location name, as it is not close to the town, but it’s worth the drive. If you like the smell of the woods, honeysuckle and quiet locale, this is for you.

This was such a cozy and clean campground! Our tent site was nestled in the trees, and the road noise was much less significant than I expected. The bathrooms were big and clean, and the people were friendly. I would stay here again!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Site was okay, but we prefer more private sites with more room and a different kind of view so this wasn't really the kind of park we normally stay in. That said, the campground was exceptionally clean - nicest bathrooms at any park we have stayed in, the pool looked great, and the check-in and out process was very good.

The staff is so accommodating! We had to extend our stay twice and the office staff handled our concerns graciously.

Love this place. We always stop here on the way to Georgia going and returning. Very friendly owners and staff. Beautiful peaceful place deep in the woods. Highly recommend

Place is beautiful, we got there at night. The staff was very friendly and informative. We were traveling (moving) from NC to TX and they were able to accommodate our needs and schedule. Definitely we will make the trip back for a longer stay. Thank you.

Our stay was a brief over night. The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful with full escort to our site. Arrangements were made for our extra vehicle and we could not be more pleased with the campground facilities and staff.

We stayed here to and from during our last trip to break up the travel time. Both times we enjoyed our stay as we only wanted a nice place to park and sleep for the night. The facilities and staff were great!!

Friendly camp host and beautiful park. My only complaint is our site 43 was not level. We are 65 ft long ( fifth- wheel plus truck) and the dip at the back of this site caused our rig not to be level. A 35 ft or less wouldn’t have this problem. We asked to relocate to the site next to us but camp host said it was booked which was true.

Just stayed one night while traveling south. Quiet and clean . Office staff where very nice. Would stay again , and probably will when heading back north in the spring.
