This KOA reminded me more of a state park than other KOAs. It was the quietest KOA I ever stayed at...no highway traffic noise! The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will return!

We needed some repairs on our RV. The office help gave me a couple of phone numbers to call for repairs. A mechanic came to our RV site and made the repairs. The office staff were very helpful and friendly. The camp ground was clean and quiet with nice showers.

This campground gets better everytime I stay. Clean updated showers, nice sites, super friendly staff. Beautiful pool. It's one of my favorites. Will definitely be back!

Great campsite. Very clean bathroom. Great shower with ample hooks and a shelf for glasses etc.

Everyone we met was friendly,had no problems with hookups. That having been said, we were in a concrete pad which was very old and had split and shifted due to freezing/thawing. The back was about 4 inches taller than the front. For an overnight stay it was not a problem, but for a longer term I would have requested a different site. Also had to pick up several dog piles, not from our dogs.

The renovation of our concrete pads is our next project. I apologize about others neglect to clean up after their dogs. We are always happy to take care of any issues you see that we missed, if brought to our attention.

This is my second time staying at this location. Everything is so clean. I’ve never actually met the staff in person (I arrive late and leave early), but they are so friendly over the phone.

Location is very appealing but the sites are not level, not even close. For a site primarily receiving folks overnight this is unacceptable.

We are so happy you enjoyed our beautiful woods. Our new owners are certainly addressing all site issues from concrete to gravel sites. We understand being level is priority and as soon as the weather cooperates we will begin maintenance.

Not up to the usual KOA standards. Terrible wi-fi, poor lighting in camp, lot signs too small, slabs broken, and poor signage directions to camp. Hard to find camp at night when driving a big rig. On positive side…showers were clean.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. Our wi-fi is the best offered in our area. We are hoping for better options to become available in the future.We have 5 signs in the 2 miles from I-20 to our campground to help you out. We are undergoing many upgrades and we invite you back to enjoy them.

Nice place to stay on our way to Atlanta. Easy pull thru site and the gentleman who guided us in was very nice. We would stay again when in the area.

We were there for a quick overnight. We did not use any of the facilities besides our site. Our kids hoped to play on a playground and were disappointed to only find swings.

I am apologize that you only found the swings. The swings are seated in a big sandbox with plenty of sand toys. We also have see-saws, tether ball, and horse shoes. We will also be expanding our playground area in the spring.

Friendly staff and a great stop over on our way West and the return trip! Excellent water pressure and clean power! Have stayed more than 10 times. Road from Interstate to campground being repaired will make this even better!

Terrible KOA. KOA standards do not mean much any more. Park is right next to a huge junk yard back in the sticks. Sites are muddy and not level . Avoid if at all possible.

Yes,you must pass a recycling yard to get to our campground but you can't see it from here nor does it affect your stay. Unfortunately, your stay with us coincided with major storms raging through the south. We are 2 miles from I-20 and our beautiful woods make a very quiet and peaceful stay

Nicest shower ever! Don't let the junk yard on the road in scare you. This place is fantastic! Beautiful and well maintained.

Stayed 2 days to rest up. Was disappointed that some of the long term camper sites were messy and the campers were covered with tarps and very poorly maintained.

We are so glad you chose us to rest up. We only have 2 long term campers here at our park. Only one has a tarp. With all the rain we have been blessed with this year it has been difficult to completely dry out. They are making every effort possible to fix it and we are being understanding.

Our stay was great staff extremely friendly and helpful... The park was beautiful the only thing that was not too great was the road from the interstate to the park was very narrow and winding the bridge was very old and very narrow.. The bright side is they are building a new bridge hopefully they are widening the road as well... But all and all it was a very pleasant nights stay.

This was our second stay here. It’s a very nice campground and the staff goes out of its way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The site’s are wooded and very easy to get in-and out of. We’ve been wintering in southeast Alabama for the past couple of years and it’s a a wonderful stopover for a few nights before we finish our drive. Come stay here, you’ll love it!

Needed a bit of understanding and it was received. Management’s attention to detail was impeccable. Will stay again and again on to and from Texas to Atlanta/visaversa.

The people were very helpful as our car battery had died while we were towing. They tried to jumpstart it but then put in on a charger. It was in the middle of their driveway .we want to thank them again for their help.
