Although our stay was only one day we were impressed with the site. Very nice. Future travelers don’t be frightened by backwoods route to get there. I have a keen since of hearing and I didn’t hear any banjos playing. Lol

This park is not made for big rigs. We have a 40+ motorhome plus towing our car. They called us after we made our reservation asking again what the length was. I feel at that time they should have told us they felt our rig may be too long. It was not a good experience. Upon leaving the park we hit a boulder that was placed too close to the road which made our experience even worse.

Sorry for your experience. Most of our guests have 45 ft. rigs towing a car, truck or trailer and HDT's pulling large 5th wheels and have never had any issues. The landscaping rocks are placed so that if the corner is cut too short there will not be any damage to other campers equipment.

We had a very relaxing, quiet, pleasant stay and all staff members were polite, courteous and very helpful. It was a much need time away for us and out pet. I would highly recommend this KOA to family and friends.

We arrived exhausted from our long trip but were met by charming employees and a wonderful hostess who escorted us personally to our site along a grated and graveled pathway that meandered through mature trees. The site was level and well appointed. The grounds were very well kept and the bath house was spic and span! We loved this KOA and is one of the nicest we've stayed in!

Campground is in a remote rural area across the road from a huge junkyard full of crushed cars. We almost turned around and left without checking in. Campground itself was fine, just in a scary neighborhood. Clean restrooms.

We have been proud to be a KOA for over 40 years. Our peaceful country setting has always been an oasis for the weary traveler. We make camper safety our priority. We regret that you felt any trepidation upon entering our lovely campground.

the pool, was closed an hour early and the waterslide has never been open the 2x we have come to stay.

Nice campsite in a beautiful wooded area. Amenities were great and clean. The road to access is a bit off the beaten track and we weren't sure where the GPS was taking us.

We got in late so did not get to take full advantage of the campground. But, it was very clean, the restroom was clean and it was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire campsite, restrooms, showers, and pool area. This KOA was probably the shadiest I’ve ever stayed at, as in most trees, almost like a wooded state park. Surely one of the best KOA’S I’ve stayed in anywhere in the country. Very quiet at night.

Easy check in and friendly staff. Our site was easy to get into. Camp was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay heat again

The owners are very personable and you can tell they put their heart into the campground. Off the beaten path ( approximately 3 miles off the highway), but nice not to have to hear the highway.

The pool and facilities were very clean. Our site was not level. It was hard to keep our balance walking. We had to pay for an extra site for our adult child to visit, that was uncomfortable.

I just wanted to address the concern of getting an extra site for your visiting family. We allow visitors to your campsite but due to insurance, we can't allow non-registered guests to swim at the pool and use the slide. Your family wanted to use our amenities, so they needed to be registered guests

Just stayed one night while traveling south. Quiet and clean . Office staff where very nice. Would stay again , and probably will when heading back north in the spring.
