During my month stay as a medical sales rep, I never used any of the amenities (pool,hot tub, wifi,etc) only the shower and bathroom. I wasn't even able to enjoy sitting outside at my site's picnic table due to the encroaching smoker next to me (no help from management). They had the audacity to charge me an extra night's stay in order to wait for my husband to relocate RV after hours.

Large sites, small pool. Pet park with absolutely no shade is a joke. Stayed twice in 2018. Would stay again if convenient for my needs.

All services worked as provided. Sites very close, showers not conveniently located for use if you are in back of property. Noisy - barking dogs, car alarms... Adequate place for 1 or 2 nights if you can't find anything else but would not plan to return.

This is the second time we have stayed at Mesa KOA, very clean park. We don't use the restrooms or showers so I can rate them. The washers are broke and new ones are on order, slow getting them, it is the world we live into today. Sites are level. Plan on staying there again. Staff is very friendly.

I appreciated the ability to have a late check in and early check out. Bathrooms were clean and overall I was impressed with my stay here.

Location, location, location. Nice park with basic amenities and Friendly staff. Electrical grid could use an update have stayed there 4 times and will do so again.

The swimming pool & hot tub was a nice addition. I also enjoyed getting to know a group that has been coming to this KOA every March for the past 22 years. They had an inviting campfire & conversation.

The wireless was terrible- very slow. This is a really bad thing for a modern park. WHAT are you guys thinking??? I will probably avoid KOA parks if you cannot do better with wireless. Also, the laundry was useless because only one washer was working.

Old pedestals & water connections. On wrong side of RV or quite a distance to cover. Wi-fi useless (at least with Apple products). Never could stay connected long and when it did, it would time out because it is to weak to develop content.

Check in personnel and person escorting us to our site were outstanding. Overall the park was extremely clean and well maintained and quiet. We did not use the spa or pool. I was very disappointed that there was ONLY ONE washer working out of four. I understand supply issue with parts but it was a huge inconvenience to go to an outside laundry facility to do my laundry.

It was quiet and clean and pride of ownership was evident. I like that the slots were raked and the employees were nice and friendly. The slots were a nice size and accommodated our rv and full size truck. Would stay here again. Thank you

Very clean and pleasant! The camp hosts were helpful. The night watchman was exceptional, answering questions with professional courtesy. This KOA is close to wonderful hiking trails. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here while visiting friends in the local area. Nice staff, clean campground. Kids enjoyed the pool, the community firepit and ping pong room. Other Guests we’re friendly. Store definitely needs more supplies. Campground had fewer activities than most we’ve stayed at.

The team at this KOA is extremely helpful and you can tell they enjoy what they are doing. This is our second time here and we love the place.

We were there for 3 months. It was a clean, well maintained campground. My biggest concern was with dog owners who were inconsiderate, mainly in regard to their pets barking. I didn't voice my concern at the time though. The staff was always helpful. It was a great place to stay!
