Very clean and pleasant! The camp hosts were helpful. The night watchman was exceptional, answering questions with professional courtesy. This KOA is close to wonderful hiking trails. We enjoyed our stay.

The cabin was VERY uncomfortable. Specifically, the small rolling electric heater cannot heat the cabin at a reasonable and healthy temperature; the back window curtains are thin, see-thru and offer no insulation to the cold; the small front window blinds are the incorrect size, the cabin door has gaps which allowed the COLD air to enter.

The pool was clean and heated. The camping cabin was also very clean and comfortable. I wish we had read more closely that fire pits weren't allowed, we would've brought a propane fire pit.

Most KoA Kabins that I have stayed in come with a mini fridge, and a microwave. The AJ location has neither. The wi-fi is terrible, constantly getting kicked off. Park itself is nice and the staff are friendly. For $83.00 a night I could have gotten a hotel room and had a fridge & MW.

This place is clean, very clean. Beyond that everything sucked. Its loud all night long! There is a traffic light near the entrance that's officially been claimed as the starting line for every wannabe race car in town. There's so many people packed in here that even when i woke at 2am and again at 4 am I saw people moving about and still making noise. The mattresses in the cabins were hardcore.

Friendly ladies in the office, easy check in and clean, safe environment. I was traveling alone (female) and felt perfectly fine. Heated pool and hot tub were clean and a nice extra! I appreciated the locked bathroom door (needed a code to get in). Highly recommend!

Very poor internet service. Needs to be updated. Prices in store were very high. I expect to pay more but 5.89 for hot dog buns is ridiculous. Outside staff very friendly and helpful.

Very nice place to stay. Bathrooms exeptionally clean. They had someone working late til 9:00 pm to help with late arrivals, which was very nice since we almost always have a late arrival.

Perfect stay, we arrived and the process was seamless. The store has a wide tot products and the heated pool was a great bonus!

Nice KOA, beautiful view of the Superstition Mountains, Kamp cabins, and grounds were clean and orderly, Kamp staff were visible and helpful. Our cabin needed to cob webbed at the ceiling.

I stayed here in the spring and had a horrible experience. I decided to give them a second chance, and I am so glad that I did!! Beautiful cabins, newly painted and wonderful landscaping.

Everything was great until I checked in, the people there didn’t seem to be involved at all, just check in and leave them alone. There was also a guy who came in through the fence at night, walk around the property and said he was staying there but was not: Ladies Be On Guard and Carry Mace. We stayed at this KOA about 20 years ago. This time we stayed in a Kamper Kabin and except for the air conditioner going off and on the first night of our stay because it had been set to economy mode in 104 degree summer heat. It kept us up all night, but after resetting it the second night, there were no problems. The camp hosts were wonderful and the park, restrooms, pool were in wonderful.

This was our first stay at the Mesa, KOA, it was close to the event we attended Saturday evening. We stayed in a cabin. It was a little on the warm side, we actually went out and purchased a table fan to help keep it cool. It was about 106' outside. There was not enough shade around Cabin #3 our picnic table was in the sun, wish there were more trees. The pool was very nice and had shaded areas.

The staff at the office were not friendly. The office opens at 9, closes for lunch, then closes at 4. There were people who would sneak in, set up camp in the tent area after 9 pm and get out before 7 am. There was someone, again after 9pm, trying to get into the restrooms who didn’t have the code. Just didn’t feel safe after dark.
