Los Angeles traffic made us miss our check-in to Kartchner Caverns State Park, and we were frazzled, quite frankly. KOA to the rescue! Your late check-in was a welcome sight upon finally arriving in Mesa, (where I lived 1980-85!) My sister and I slept so well in the peacefulness of your location, and the grounds are so nice for walking the dogs before setting off again. Thank you!!!

Great campground in Phoenix area. Staff were super friendly, nice and helpful. Campsite was clean, spacious and fit our Class A motorhome and town car nicely.

The location is not at the center of the city and is very quiet and beautiful. The park is very neat, clean and fun to stay. They have a dog park, that is a great plus for those who have pets. When I go to Arizona-Phoenix area, I will stay here again.

Nice RV park with good scenery and easy access both to Phoenix metro sites and to outdoor attractions like Lost Dutchman State Park and Boyce-Thompson Arboretum. Avoids having to be in the middle of the Phoenix metro traffic and congestion.

Very nice park. I would have given it a 5 star except in the laundry room half the washers were down. Two out of three of the dryers did not dry. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

My family and I had a great experience at the KOA mesa/Apache junction. The staff was very friendly and helpful we will be returning in the future.

Clean, quiet, but only one washroom/ shower facility for entire camp. One of three showers on the ladies area was out of service, half the washers were not working. Pool was actually heated and looked very clean. Staff very helpful but really need to fix mechanicals and increase water pressure. Barely 30psi. For the price, I would look for somewhere else

Sites are very clean and well maintained. Good amount of space between sites. One of the most level campgrounds we have stayed in. Would definitely stay here again.

While this RV park older it is kept in impeccable condition. It is perhaps the neatest and cleanest campground we have ever stayed in.

Professional, friendly staff. Park was clean, felt safe. Ample room in the pull through for our 43-ft motorhome with toad. Only stayed 1 night or would've booked premium pull through that had all the usual features plus an outdoor kitchen and nicer outdoor furniture. Very inviting!

The staff was friendly but the place is pretty run down with lots of sites filled with junk from long term visitors.

Very clean park. The staff is well organized for such a busy location. Lots to do and see in this area with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. My only complaint is that the washers and dryer’s that they did have, were mostly out of order.

Not good! 2 public toilets for way too many people and they didn’t flush. Also the pool and hot tub got shut down for the Friday after thanksgiving and when I said I’d like to check out because I was there to use the hot tub, they said we don’t give refunds and then they proceeded to say there was no way to talk to any one else about the issue

We had a wonderful stay. It is on the very top of our list for best KOA. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful . It was a spotless park. I hate laundry mats and had no problem using this one! We can’t say enough what a nice park it is. We would love to come back and stay longer.

This was our first time out learning how to connect and use everything. Mesa/Apache Junction KOA was very friendly and very helpful. The grounds were nice and clean as well.

The park was clean and comfortable. On our second stay we were located where lights from the neighboring storage yard made it too light at night for my liking. So, ask for a dark spot if you want to look at the stars. Otherwise, we enjoyed the park and highly recommend it.
