Beautiful park with nice pool. People are great. Need more of a store not much there.

The staff, as always are very friendly and accommodating. We found this year that a few things have not been well maintained: the pool was not always clean and unless someone complained the pool heaters were not turned on, the roads have started to get actual potholes. The wifi is basically non existent. We are returning next year but that may be our last if the park continues to deteriorate.

You really need to have a usable laundromat. 1 washer out of 6 will not suffice. Don't wait for parts just go to Home Depot and buy a new one. Also, for $76 for a premium site it should be at least on asphalt drive way. Small gravel does not suffice.

Everything was very good except the wi fi was weak. I did not like that my site was not paved and it is very dusty and little peebles get stuck in our tennis shoes an then dent the floor of our RV trailer. The Dust gets on everywhere. When we were getting our RV ready to leave the work is dragging the leveler behind his golf cart on the site next to ours and put dust all over my clean car.

We had a nice time in Phoenix and this Koa is in a great location. It's close to everything, the staff is really nice and helpful. The only struggle is the laundry situation because there was only 1 working washer, but there is a laundromat up the street so it worked out fine. We would stay here again. Thanks!

The park is well clean, neat.Nice size spaces.Our biggest disappointment was the WiFi was non-existent.In today's times, WiFi is VERY important & the last 3 KOAs we've stayed at this was a major issue.In all the parks the WiFi has been so bad, the campground & KOA should feel guilty advertising that they even offer it.We were told at check-in that WiFi service is "spotty at best". Shame on KOA

Very good. Nice people. Only issue is that the sewer intake is often higher than the out take on the RV. Crap doesn't flow uphill.

Late night check in was perfectly organized and convenient. The site and overall campground was clean. The views of the mountains in the morning were just stunning!

We were there for business and did not use any of your facilities but your Wi-Fi system was useless as it only worked part of the time with limited usage.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, level camp sights and average facilities and amenities. Average is just what I expect from KOA’s. Bathrooms are older but clean. Do not expect much from the WiFi, it’s slow and unreliable. Good cell signal that allowed us to stream on our laptop. We enjoyed our stay.

Great KOA site ... We were on our way back to SoCal and reserved a spot here for a nights stay. The site was clean and ready for us when we got there. We will most definitely be back when we are on the road again through Mesa/Apache Junction, AZ.

Nice location and great people. But the park is aging and the shared power and water are often problematic. My water pressure averaged 35 psi.

It is a great campsite. Very friendly staff. Beautiful large places and clean bathrooms. Only thing is that the internet is very poor. We're from Europe so it's very expensive for us to have our own internet in the States. Maybe we're spoiled because in Europe almost every campsite has great internet.

Wifi is non existent. Laundry is inadequate as majority of equipment is out of order and hours of operation very limited. Garbage cans are limited and hard to locate. Staff is friendly and hard working but there is only so much they can do. Location is perfect for visiting local attractions.

One of the worst KOAs ever. 1 tiny washroom with 2 toilets and 3 showers for an entire park. An un-activity hall with no TV remote and no bathroom. My site was so small that the sewer for the adjacent site was 5' from my door. My EMS shutdown the power due to low voltage (92V) and was initially told to just not use the EMS. Brilliant response!

The facility is dated, especially the restrooms. The biggest issue for us is the lack of decent internet. After all it is 2022, not 2015.

The facility was very clean in a lovely location. As with many KOAs it was much more like a parking lot than staying in the wilderness. We didn’t use the bathrooms, showers, or pool, so we can’t speak to that. I can say that I have never felt so pushed out of a site in my life! To have a phone call arrive on my cell phone at 11:03 as we were in the process of hooking up was on the verge of rud
