The campground was very nice and clean.. everything expected in a KOA. The manager Alan on the other hand was difficult to communicate with and was very poor with customer service. Bottom line is beware of aggressive dogs in this campground with no indications from koa staff to back up its policy. Thanks

We stayed 3/17/22 - 3/21/22.The location was perfect as a base for us to explore the Apache Junction surrounding areas. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, willing to share info. The pool and spa area was clean and refreshing after a long day. Only neg for as may spaces they have there is only 1 bathroom with 3 stalls & 3 showers. Other than the bathroom situation I would rate this park a 5

Loved where we stayed, clean, spacious, and great location not to far from spring training. This will definitely be our go to know for our newest yearly family tradition!

It is a very clean place. I enjoy talking to staff they are always helpful. The only problem I encountered was I left my towel at the camper when I went for shower. Thank goodness I figured that out before turning on water. Lol.

We arrived later in the evening and a nice gentleman helped us to our site. We left early for our next destination but enjoyed the quick time we were there. Friendly people around, clean facilities and easy check in and check out.

I enjoyed my stay, I didn't have any issues and everyone was nice...would be helpful if you added more trash cans throughout the park.

Always enjoy our stay at the Mesa/Apache Junction. The staff is outstanding and will help if at all possible. Campsites are large and comfortable. Facilities are super clean and well maintained. I highly recommend it!

Friendly hosts. Good location for exploring Carlsbad area. Excellent laundry room. Good family shower building with heat/air conditioning. Large pull-throughs.

I stayed one night only. I was able to get a spot for my small trailer on short notice. Staff was friendly and helpful. The park is clean and everything worked as it should. I would stay again.

Management personnel were very nice. Grounds were reasonably kept. Loved our spacious patio/BBQ site. Too many dogs overall. 1-4 dogs per rig. Some very large, aggressive and unsocialized, especially the pack of 4. Lots of road noise and loud people.

The WiFi is pretty much useless. You can never connect. The laundry facilities - even if all the machines worked is inadequate for a park of this size. It’s in a good location with easy access to many amenities. The staff in the office are very nice and the park is clean

No Wi-Fi or cable and the showers did not have a lot of pressure and I think my hot water was running out by the end of my shower. Very clean park, they were cleaning the spots as soon as someone left! Friendly staff.

Great accommodations, great staff, very clean, excellent customer service and hospitality. Wifi could definitely use some improvement which is a higher priority for people who work remotely while traveling. Thank you for a great campground and all that was offered!

Even during the busy time of year we was able to get a spot, they hold spots for travelers instead of fully booking long term. We had to leave early due to our pet, it would have been nice if the day we missed was refunded. No deduction in rating because I knew before I booked, it just would have been nice life plans change.

This was my first time staying at a KOA. I liked the the tent site was a good size. Also it was convenient to the showers and rest rooms. The showers and bathrooms were clean and in good working condition. Nice quick check in and check out.

We can’t say enough about the kind people who manage the park and others who work here! We had a sudden repair issue arise and they helped us secure a local company to assist and helped in several other ways. The grounds and bathrooms are kept up meticulously. The gentlemen who guide you to your site are quick to help you back in if needed. Their skill was very helpful to us!

Clean camp but very expensive, for another ten dollars I could have stayed at a resort. The wifi was the worst. Lots were small.

Thus KOA has unprofessional staff and poor customer service. They don't stick to their posted office hours, they don't offer refunds for ANY reason after 1 hour, when checking in and they don't respond to the emergency line until the next day.

We had a very nice stay for 5 nights. It was a Convenient location for us. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Staff is extremely helpful and the campground is well taken care of. It’s a little noisy at night due to nearby road traffic.
