We had a good stay, but after letting this site know we’d be coming in late we did not receive information in the late reservation box when we pulled up. That meant we had no access to the bathrooms and didn’t know where our site was late that night.

You have a employee named John with a beard, very unfriendly. I do not care to be yelled from an employee. I pay my dues and I stay at KOAs as much as possible, so I’m a customer and would like to be treated as such.

I was not advised on your non refundable charge I was not sure if I was going to stay 1 or 2 nights and the lady behind the counter did not tell me about your policy but suggested I book the 2 nights…. I overpaid because of her and it’s not appropriate

Nice spaces but the location is adjacent to two very busy streets. We stayed here to use laundry which worked okay although the dryers were not highly effective. Staff was great.

Location & shower cleanliness are the main draws. Staff were helpful and park is clean but the lack of decent WiFi, laundry room with only half of washers working and slow dryers plus no coin machine in laundry detracted from the overall stay.

Friendly staff, great pool and hot tub and activity room. Campsite 76 roomy with grill, but busy traffic area near dog park and trash dumpsters.

You really must improve your laundry room. Threw washers out of order. Two dryers don't dry worth beans.

The employees went way above to help us out. They worked to help us stay in the same spot one extra night so we didn’t have to move. Spots were very roomy. Very clean!! Thank you!!

Seems like polices change from person to person you talk to that works in the office. One tells you deposit and pay the end of your stay. Then you have another says know you have to pay day by day. Sleep wise good. But you have a yellow Ford or Nissan truck going through with booming music. Also when I read about this KOA it said wild horses . Dose not say anything about a junk Yard behide the KOA

Everything was immaculately clean. The management team does an exceptional job maintaining this KOA. The sites were very large. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The sites are really beautiful and well kept. We liked everything on the campground very much. We had a problem with getting a covid test before we went back to Amsterdam and the. 2 wonen at the desk, akiki and Shirley(?) were a great help. The phoned for is, helped is with a location and said that we did not have tot worry and enjoy our holiday. We loved both of Them!

The booking of the sight was easy to do. I made a change to my arrival date which was changed with no problems! Very friendly and helpful at check in. There to help during normal hours. Again, very good experience!!

This KOA is busy this time of the year (January). The staff is excellent. The park is clean and quiet the negative is WiFi. Will stay here again if I can get a spot.
