Nice place. Kind of out of the way so nothing is within walking distance :(. Strange smell coming over the wall at the dog pen. Staff was very helpful. Connections were a little distant from the slip, and a cactus near where my water hose had to travel. I don't fault you for native plants though.

Very HOT 100+ degree weather, no shade but we just needed overnight so no big deal. Convenient to nearby sites and Goldfield Ghost Town. Friendly staff, site had everything we needed.

The campground was nice and the pool was perfect for the hot temps. All around nice stay.

Nice park easy on/off, one small problem with a screaming child at 9:45 pm other wise quite, clean need more dog poop/ trash cans around the area

Was unhappy that the pool was closed. Closed do too storms on previous day. Was very hot and pool would of been nice.

Must admit wasn’t very happy with our stay here, I asked if our KOA rewards was applied to our stay the guy told me yes..... and NOPE it sure wasn’t applied. None of the staff was very friendly, seemed like they only cared about their long term renters. We won’t ever stay here again, very disappointed

Nice camp spot. We were a little surprised that the office closed at 4pm. Thought that was a tad early. Otherwise our stay was good.

We loved this KOA. The sites are neat; our patio site with table, chairs, grill, AND sink(!!!) was fantastic. The laundromat was clean, and the staff gave change for bills. (A coin changer stationed there would have been good for after hours.) The pool had a little awning and seating. There were separate recycling bins, too.

Nice, clean campsights. Plenty of room for a 40ft Class A. Quiet, but everyone was friendly!

Tent sites were the best with red rock pads, fire pits where we could see the fire and grill at the same time over the fire. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant recommended to us was as she said, authentic New Mexican food. If you want a nice tent site a few steps from the pool and bathrooms this is the place. Also, the views of the surrounding mountains is spectacular. Wonderful place

Really neat place convenient stop but knew their internet was out. My wife is working from the road so this was an issue vs streaming movies on Netflix. If it’s a service you offer and you can’t provide it you should discount that portion of the bill. This will force your campgrounds to maintain their amenities in good working order.

While the staff was friendly, restrooms were clean, we travel with pets and there is literally no shade and the dog run is stinky (more than what you might expect) and absolutely no shade. The roads in and around are asphalt which is too hot doe the dogs to walk on.

This KOA was ok, not superb and 1/3 full. We stopped here with our grandkids, but cut our stay short by one day when our puppy got ill. At 2pm I told management we'd be leaving a day early because of our sick dog and inquired about a 1-day refund. I was abruptly and very rudely informed "Absolutely No -- We don't refund anyone". Certainly a impolite response - We won't be staying here again!

Zero shade anywhere. "Dog park" is hot sand and no shade and the pee smell is overwhelming. WiFi too weak to even check email. 50a plug was bad on our pedestal (even with a surge protector it still blew the breakers in my RV and cooked one of my power strips). Told the office- annoyed worker said "suppose we'll have that checked out sometime- just use one of the other plugs".

This is a convenient stop when traveling, but there were some issues. The pool was closed without explanation, just locked with a sign saying “pool closed.” The office was closed, so we couldn’t ask why. Then, it abruptly reopened at 7:15, too late for my grandkids to swim. Also, there was a lot of dog poo in the playground. Pool closure at other KOA’s came with an offer of a partial ref

As we were leaving, a guy in a yellow shirt, driving a golf cart came by. I asked him where the dumpsters were located. He pointed to a spot, way in the back of the camp ground, in the opposite direction of the exit, then drove off. We negotiated our motor home through the one-way streets to the dumpsters, where we encountered....the man in the yellow shirt, who was driving the golf cart. Thx,

It was HOT! Pool was excellent, WiFi not so much, even being parked by pool wick was spotty , in and out. Greeter , John , I think was very helpful. Breaker in our space kept tripping, he got an extra long 30 amp line from another spac. Thanks for having us.

The staff was very nice. My pull thru was very spacious and the grounds were very clean and well kept. Wasnt able to use the pool and jacuzzi but I have stayed here before and they were great! I would stay again.

Nice park. Our space upon arrival was clean and pretty level, power was also clean and consistent. Close to shopping and quiet. About 35 minutes to Phoenix. It was super hot during our visit in 118-122 range so we used the pool which the kids had fun at and was clean as well.

Amazing, clean, friendly staff. Only complaint is the pool hours. closes at 9:00pm 7 days a week. Doesn't open until 8;00am, so if you work, you can't swim before work.

Very limited internet, no cable, no antenna reception, homeless men in women’s restroom. We stayed here 2 years ago and that’s why we returned. Won’t be back. Tucson KOA cost less with shaded parking and cable.

Friendly staff, did a great job in helping spot my trailer in the space (avoided the cactus) Rest room and shower were extremely clean

Very nice staff, grounds and facilities. Close to many attractions to see. But its Phoenix which is very very hot.
