So-so service with incredibly poor infrastructure. Loss of water for one extended period and a complete loss of power multiple times a day, every day. Will NEVER stay here again, ever. KOA as a company has one more chance. If our next stay is this bad we will abandon the brand outright. So far after two different KOA parks, KOA = Bad Experience at high cost.

Originally planned on staying only one night, but decided to extend our visit a few more days. Great place, clean & tidy grounds. We did not utilize the pool or other amenities, but they looked great.

It is the only place that allows people under 55 but we were made aware that they take kids being loud seriously. The koa is clean however there is zero shade. Three dog park didn't have shade, makes it difficult to walk them as the ground gets so hot. Overall it was a good stay.

My wife is writing in her journal so she told me to fill this part out. The staff was very helpful and received a warm welcome. I used the pool which was very clean and well maintained. Our site was great as we were able to be next to our friends traveling with us. Thanks KOA for a great stay!

Very happy they could upgrade us to a better tent site with no advance notice!! Only thing we didn't like is this is the only KOA we have stayed at that closes for lunch with no one to check you in if you arrive during this time. Happened to us and several others we saw. Besides that the place is kept very clean and with friendly people!!

Our trip out to the PHX/Scottsdale area was great. The Mesa/Apache Junction KOA is in a great location. The check in was a breeze & the pull-thru site was outstanding. Everyone was very helpful & if we are in the area, we will stay here again.

As usual (we've stayed before), we were greeted and led to our site. Office staff was friendly. Grounds were neat and clean.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! The campground was clean with ample space for our 45 foot toy hauler. My ONLY complaint was the lack of amenities and small size in the K9 Kampground. I would recommend some more benches and trees/shade for the dogs.

Pool was very small to accommodate all the spaces plus it was so dirty and cloudy. It was are very first Rv camping trip I would not book here again.

Good. But there was no compromise when we needed to leave a night early. Once you’ve paid …. No cancellation even if it’s 48hrs.

Disappointed had to cut stay short 2 days because 92 year old mother took sick with us. Had to go back home. Their policy of no refunds were kept. They would not issue a refund for those two days for a medical issue. Will not stay there again.

The KOA park is fine. Reasonably clean, quiet. The main issue is the WiFi access, or rather lack of WIFI. In this day of wall to wall internet, it sucked NOT being able to take care of simple things!

Office closes at 4. Lost money in washer, Dave said, good to know, I won’t use that one. No refund. Pool was beginning to turn green. Camp two nights. 3rd night called for cabin. (At 3:40 it said online that it was the 4 pm deadline) Man who registered us rude, Cabin air was on but was HOT until after midnight. They could have warned us. Would have been cooler to camp again. No trash pick up etc

Stayed overnight. Great space—large enough that we didn’t need to unhook. Office was closed when we arrived but we easily located our paperwork.

The property and buildings were all clean and well maintained. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Very nice, clean, organized facility, including the restrooms with large showers with multiple clothing hooks. We liked the people, site and campground. The only issue was during weekday early rush hours, when the northerly highway became busy with noisy vehicle exhaust notes. Can't wait for EV replacement of ICE... If we return, we'll try to get a site further south in the campground.

Most everybody their was very friendly and helpful,however there was one old bag there that gave my wife a hard time about using the restroom code but other then that we had a enjoyable stay and will be back soon.....

Great place very nice staff. The original site they had picked for us was hard to get into with our 45ft Prevost so they moved us to an easier site to pull in.
