Contactless checkin, which was great for our late arrival. They had a courteous night security person that escorted us to our site and helped us back in. The park was clean and well organized. The space between sites was comfortable. Our site had the hookups on the wrong side of the coach, but our hoses and cables were still able to reach.

One of the top campgrounds in the country. Check in was quick and pleasant, the sites are top notch and maintained by ground crew the minute a camper exits. When visiting the area I would recommend this KOA as a top choice as a full service campground.

Nice park but gravel everywhere. Would be nice to have a strip of grass or weeds for our dog.

Facility was clean. People were friendly. The only negative was laundry facilities. We had to drive to retail laundry because their washing machines were broken. Good pet fenced area.

We heard the long term resident next to our site #50 angrily talking outside his site shortly after we set up. We were denied asking for another site. From then it was 5:30 a.m. wake-ups when he started his loud motorcycle 12ft from our bdrm. The internet is TERRIBLE. No over the air TV. The park is a disgrace to KOA. Mgmt. would never assign spot #50 to the park owner. Why us? Very bad RV park.

I arrived shortly after closing Luckly there was a smiling camper to greet. He took me directly to my reserved space. A well manicured campsite with desert plantings. My electric cable was to short to reach the box unreasonably placed far from my site. If I had cked in late I would have had no hookups as never would have found them. Luckly the work camper located an extension for me to use.

Wish you would open hot tub at 8:00 am for early riser adults. I know you are trying to address the laundry situation so I am sure you will have the shortage of machines taken care of as soon as possible. Really liked you rec. room!!

It was our 1st trip with our "new to us" trailer. Finding a camping spot in Arizona in the Winter months is near impossible. We only needed 3 nights, when I called, they must of just had a cancellation, we took it. When we arrived, the staff welcomed us and guided us to our site, made sure everything was ok. the campground is clean and well maintained. We booked next year before we left.

We chose to stay here due to the proximity to the Arizona Renaissance Fair. The site was generous and fairly level. FHU. Grounds are well maintained. The staff are very nice. Our only issue is that the dogs in the park are loud and plentiful. We do not have pets anymore (previously had 2 dogs) so we understand the nature of them. Having said that, we would stay here again.

The stay was good. Clean and proper. Could use a better wifi to say the least. Also have not received a promised e mail receipt that was quoted at check in time. Very well kept place.

Lousy wifi. Had to go sit by the pool to use it. We were in site #88, a long ways from the only restroom in such a huge RV park. Yes, I know big rigs rule and don't need restroom facilities at all, let alone closer, but those of us in smaller rigs do. Pretty cheap to not have at least two restroom/shower locations and repeater antennas to provide wifi. We don't all have hotspots. Not coming back.

While I wouldn't discourage anyone from staying here, I would warn them that if they need to use the park's Wi-Fi it is virtually non-existent. Other than that, the staff are friendly, the grounds are well kept and the other campers we encountered were friendly as well. The location is close to shopping and also close to outdoor activities. Some sites are spacious while others are narrow.

A very large and busy park that is well maintained. I have two remarks that, for me, will guarantee I will not return. There were six washing machines and 4 (four!) were out of order. People waited quite awhile to gain access to those machines. And secondly the wifi or internet was awful. I was consistently dropped. The "hour" use before drop was really 10-15 minutes at most. A deal breaker.

The stay was nice. Check in was friendly. Very clean. I broke my windshield on my motorhome on the way down to Phoenix. I called a mobile glass company to replace it on site. A couple of the groundsmen were not happy and let me know it...that I was going to be a little late in getting out. Must be out by 11am! They made me VERY uncomfortable hounding me to get out. :-(. I won't be back

My rating reflects two things: the 1st being the sites are so close together, 2nd, didn’t care for the sites that have you facing your neighbor when you go outside, sort of like shared outdoor space between the rvs. The staff work very hard to keep the place clean and it shows. Sadly, probably 75% of the dog owners weren’t picking up, but the staff did. We appreciate the clean park.

We had booked 2 spots on line a with our membership. We used on both when booking. One site was a premier site much higher price per night. When the receipts came they only gave us one discount. It was on the lesser price site. We went in and asked about it. They could only do on one site. We asked if it could at least be on the more expensive site but nope! We would have to call corporate.

Booked 2 sites on line with membership. One was a premier site, much more per night. When receipt was emailed just before check in only the lesser site received the discount. Asked we at least get on the premier site but apparently unable to adjust. Said we would have to call corporate. Asked if we could buy a second membership since the discount would be so large. They said it wouldn't apply.

The paramedics picked me up at our KOA site took me to the nearest hospital, then I was helicoptered to another for instant surgery for a bleed out Aorta anuresim The KOA worked very closely with my wife and family to make sure she had a camping space for our rig and supported her for anything she might need to survive this almost fatal experience. The manager is rude very hard to talk and work with. Few of us staying at the this KOA tried to talk to her. But I guess we where not 55 plus so we had know chance. I was asked to look at over flow parking in the back because I have a diesel truck and I go to work at 4 am in which you have to start it up to let it warm up. So I did as they wanted me to do. Plus I went to go get my company car
