Absolute horrible place to stay at in Moab, I will never come back. My truck broke down and needed a place to park it for 2 days and I offered to pay for parking in overflow which there was plenty of room and the response was I needed to buy a site in order for that to happen. The most unprofessional people I have ever met. The bathrooms/showers were disgusting. And had bugs in our cabin.

Enjoyed the stay and the pool hot tub. I wish they offered car rental here as not everyone tows a vehicle. And honestly they need a few more shower bathrooms for size of the campsite. But it was clean and beautiful scenery close drive to town and parks great location if you have a vehicle

The campground was nice and clean BUT, one of the staff at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional, I have stayed in KOA”S in over 16 different states in different KOA”S and this staff member was the rudest and most unprofessional I have ever came across, when we do come back to Moab we will be staying at a different RV resort. Please read other reviews!

Nice sites. Great staff. Pool area is great and designed for all ages. Laundry area very nice with plenty of machines. Campground is very well kept with nice touches everywhere. Close to town and all attractions.

One of the worst KOAs we've ever stayed at. They completely fouled up our reservation. We had booked a large pull through spot with enough room for a tow vehicle. We ended up in a spot barely large enough for our 28' motorhome and we had to park our tow vehicle elsewhere.

Water pressure was so low, we showered at the KOA showers because we could not use the shower in our trailer! Our neighbors had the same problem. It was a site problem with KOA. There is nothing wrong with our RV.

I loved how clean the facility was without the over use of chemicals. Wonderful experience and a great cabin. I will definitely stay here again!

The space was very tight (we have a 24 ft motorhome with a slide-out and had trouble fitting between the tree to our right and receptacles to our left). Also, the staff was a bit rude and short with us upon check-in. We got the feeling we were inconveniencing them by being there. On the plus side, the location is great (easy access to Canyonlands and Arches) and the campground was well-kept.

Manager was incredible rude. I paid online and it gave me a fall cabin discount and had me pay 1/2 up front. When I checked in they upped the rate and said I don’t qualify for discount $60 difference. I showed them the confirmation email. Manager and employees were super disrespectful and said that they don’t like the sound of my voice. No apologies. Haven’t been treated like that ever.

The only problem we had was the WiFi service. Pretty bad. But…I think all of Moab was bad! We loved the location - away from all the traffic. Our site was level. Everything was clean. The pool and hot tub were lovely. I would stay here again.

The Moab KOA was fine. We had seen some bad revues and were nervous, but I now believe those reviews were bogus, put in by an unhappy camper. We don’t use the amenities other than the showers (which were clean and OK), and the laundry( which we didn’t use at Moab). Our stay was just what we needed, a place to park for a few days.

We were on the road side so it was loud all day and night but we adjusted fine. People didn't pick up after their pets in the dog run that we couldn't use it. I tried to clean up what I could but in the end I realized it was days worth of poop. So we didn't use it. Instead opting to use a dog daycare up the road to get their energy out. Not my favorite KOA but the location was perfect!!!

Nice park, convenient location and helpful staff. The row of sites by highway are pretty noisy as you pick all the vehicles going by! Showers/Restrooms were clean, as was the park. We camped for 5 nights, and will come back on next trip. Just not on a site close to highway!

We didn’t take advantage of any of the amenities because of all the other stuff to do in the area. It was clean and beautiful scenery to wake up to every morning.

Friendly and helpful staff. The cabins are very dusty and dinnerware is dirty. Staying in a camper would have been better.

The site that they put us in was too tight for a 34 foot class A motorhome. Also, there was a tree that needed trimming.

3 night stay. Nearby restrooms were worst of 7 campgrounds we visited over 2 week period. RR were dirty, doors falling apart,not enough hooks in shower and none in BR’s. No toilet seat covers. Not enough hot water. AND KOA IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE OF ALL CAMPGROUNDS!

The surrounding area is beautiful. The facility is clean and well maintained. The swimming pool and outside games were entertainment. The staff was friendly. They would have got a 5 star rating if it weren’t for the noise coming from the freeway, old thin windows and the key to our cabin worked on the neighbors cabin (which we discovered by accidentally entering).

Nice width spots with shade but trailer & car across the drive made it difficult to back in. Loved the hot tub and dog enjoyed the dog park. Seemed expensive. Pretty far south of Moab

The park was very nice, but the site was NOT level. Despite moving the rig forward in the site, our right tire was 3 inches off the ground (vs. 5 inches before we moved.) The site sloped back to front and side to side; it was very disappointing to not have a level site.

It's kind of annoying that you guys call to say you are going to cancel my reservation if I don't show up by 1:00pm, when I was required to reserve at least two nights, when I only needed one night. What if I was driving through a zone where I didn't have cell service and couldn't call you back? It would have been bad if I had lost that reservation.... Also, there were always lines for the bath

Everything was very nice. Loved the shower stalls. Very clean. The only thing that was loud was the road traffic. And I know you can’t control that.

We stayed here for two weeks in our RV back in September. Proximity to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse is perfect! It was hot and windy in early September but the KOA was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean and the views are amazing! We stayed in the back away from the highway.
