I departed and dry camped on BLM property, returned to the KOA to purchase a couple of shirts and hoping to top off my fresh water tank. I was refused. There were multiple empty pull thru sites, would of only taken a few minutes. I stopped at another RV park and they were very accommodating. They will get my business next year.

We found the options for the sites confusing and likely paid more than we should have. (We just needed electric and water). We also found the campground crowded (tight spacing) and noisy with many jeeps and ATVs which may have been partly due to our location which was located near the main office but that was also not explained to us, nor were we given an option.

Good clean place, store has more than most KOA, bathhouse restrooms super clean, but cold water no heat for price not good. Very quiet,

Certainly not my first pick of RV Campgrounds in Moab. Ok, maybe, for one nite stay. I would say no for long term stay. All dirt roads and sites are crammed as close as they could get them. No real good place to walk dogs, and the dog park was all sand.

The pool was amazing and the kids had a blast. The only problem I had was there was a water main break. The bathrooms were not working but were not posted closed so they got pretty gross. However once the water was turned back on they were cleaned and back up and going.

Reservation was not as promised. We were told a patio site was available, but it wasn’t. We and friends traveling with us we’re charged side by side fees but were not side by side. We were without water for 24 hours due to a water line issue. Fees were exorbitant.

Koa has become full retail and extremely over crowed . The Moab site sits on a very busy highway and lots of truck air brakes and heavy campground traffic . We were in a pinch so we stayed but this will be the last KOA for us .

Very nice koa. liked it as last time.. this time there was 1 day water outage due to a broken pipe but such things just happen.

Loved it. We'll definitely be back! Was disappointed at all of the watering of plants and grass. It's way too early in the season and it was SO much water. The area with the corn hole was so muddy we couldn't play from all the watering. Utah is in a severe drought. Can't be wasting water in March already!

Our first three days, the showers didn’t have hot water, the sinks outside didn’t work the entire stay, the toilets were constantly backed up, the staff repeatedly told me that I could call corporate knowing full well they had zero say over getting a refund, I was NOT happy with the fact that the bathrooms were co-ed, including the showers. the pool was NOT heated no matter what excuses the ma

Excellent place. Like the atmosphere and vibe. Close to everything yet far away from the crowds and loud noises. It would be nice to have real grass at the dog run. My dog likes to go potty on grass and not dirt. Otherwise, great place. Would definitely go there again and recommend your place.

Most expensive KOA I have ever used then they charge an additional 11 dollars for a car on a trailer that wasn’t going to be unloaded. Ridiculous.

Our dog bolted and ran and the entire Koa looked for him. Found him. Wish the pool was heated. But overall a wonderful stay. Will be back.

Exterior shower doors were left open and it was very cold in the entire building. ATV's were loud and drove entirely to fast through the campground over & over again kicking up dust. Love ATV's but they should be controlled.

The grounds were well kept, nice spot for us with the concrete pad and nice outdoor furniture. Pool, hot tub were great. Clubhouse was clean and stocked, friendly staff all the way around. One bad was the WIFI was not working where we were. Space 67-We asked them to look at it and the response was " I streamed a movie this morning" Overall great

The staff was very friendly, and always available for assistance. The camp ground was clean, and beautiful. We’re definitely coming back in 2023!

Very, very dusty. We understand this is a very popular quad and Jeep area but this was over the top dusty. Enforce the 5 mile speed limit please, including employees. A lot of the problem would be taken care of if more gravel was put down. Too much dirt! Maybe the quad traffic could be regionalized in the park. We never could open a window. Very nice staff.

I’m a regular KOA customer, I stayed 4 nights. Upon arrival was told the pool and hot tub were closed due to some malfunction. They had a repair scheduled but the hot tub never reached a reasonable temperature. I specifically stayed there because of the hot tub. I asked for a refund of some of the stay. They forwarded to the manager who has yet to contact me, going on 14 days. Very disappointi

The hot tub was disappointingly, not hot, at all. We never found one outdoor kitchen sink that was usable. We stayed four nights and the three sinks we found didn’t work or were full of really gross, brown water and never drained.

We stayed here for two weeks in our RV back in September. Proximity to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse is perfect! It was hot and windy in early September but the KOA was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean and the views are amazing! We stayed in the back away from the highway.
