Only gave 4 stars because there was a problem one morning with the bathhouse. There was no water and the toilets were backed up.

Seemed like we were often waiting for a bathroom to be available. Next time, we will upgrade to a cabin with a bathroom

The cabin was in good shape. We had a minor leaking problem with the bathroom sink, but it was fixed quickly after we reported it. The road noise was annoying, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

I loved the Moab KOA. The staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds were well taken care of and bath houses clean. My girls loved to pool and hot tub. We had a blast playing in Moab and staying at the KOA.

Friendly staff. Stayed in a Deluxe Cabin. It was a little tight but convenient. The cabin was orderly but it could have been just a bit cleaner upon arrival. Lights were burned out and there was remnant hair on the bed, assuming from previous guest. My family had fun in the pool. Just South of town but not too far. Good way to “Glamp”!

The cabin was great, but I’m very much allergic to pet dander, and it wasn’t cleaned very well after the last guests. We kept finding pet hair everywhere, and I was having trouble breathing. If you’re going to allow pets, and charge pet cleaning fees, then the cabins better be CLEAN afterwards

While buying groceries, the clerk assisting me was chiming in on another interaction. The manager — an older, short woman w/longish hair - turned around& snapped at her to finish her own transaction w/her own customer rather than interact w/another customer/employee duo. Everything was fine until the manager was rude to her staff.

Great spot and wonderful to see all the services opened up. The staff brough ice and wood to our cabin, but there was a strong smell of horse/wet dog in the cabin. Needed a febreeze spray or quick mop.

This KOA has all the amenities when you’re playing in the desert! May family especially like there bike wash station and the hot tub. Paying the extra money for the cabin with the concrete apron was well worth it. The staff was super helpful and always available. The store at the front office was packed with all the right stuff and I never had to wait for a shower. We’d come back for sure!

Everyone was so nice and accommodating, the cabin was cute and the amenities were perfect! I’d definitely come back and stay again and go to another KOA for another camping trip.

Stayed in a cabin; family members were in RV site - worked really well. Porch view was La Sal Mts - beautiful w/ snow! No kitchen; brought our camping stove. Used microwave for some food & water heating (forgot electric kettle). No freezer in fridge. Nice campfire ring provided; 'patio' area could be slightly larger; tight for 8 chairs. Stayed warm w/out heater (20ish degrees outside).

The people are SO NICE and helpful! We stayed in a cabin. The cabins have a fridge, electricity, a heater, ac and mattresses on the beds. The sinks didn't work, the trash was full and the bathrooms didn't get cleaned often.But We'd come again because of the great staff and location. It's just a few minutes from Canyonlands Island in the Sky and ArchesNP. 2hrs from the Needles and Nat.Bridges NM.

We showed up without reservations needing an rv spot, Camping cabin and extra parking for a uhaul truck that was pulling a vehicle. The staff was very accommodating to find everything we needed Thanks so much!!!!!!!! Y’all were great

We absolutely enjoyed it. It was a great alternative to a hotel room. Loved the homey feeling. There was so much space for the whole family. Looking forward to other KOA we can include on our adventures.

Great stay. Easy check in. Our cabin was great. We did have a snafu with the cabin we booked but were able to get a different one. The store was well stocked. We had a campfire and roasted mellows every night. Laundry facilities were nice and clean. Easy to use. Loved every bit of it. Thank you!

My family stayed at the Moab KOA for the weekend. It was great. The location was close to the town and National Parks nearby. The small cabin we stayed in was clean and offered everything we needed. The KOA was clean and had lots to do when we came back from a day of adventuring. If I had one small complaint, the pool was cold and the hot tub was lukewarm... but not a dealbreaker. We'll be back!

Pretty location. Bathrooms were mostly clean (main bathhouse was perfectly clean, but the bathhouse by us was less so, likely due to other campers failing to flush toilets or not be slobs). Loved our camping cabin but was very confused about where to get water as the spigot near us seemed to be shut off for the winter, and the sink outside our bathhouse also wasn't working. Nice staff.

We loved the quality of the amenities and that there was decent spacing in the campground (compared to other Moab KOA’s. Cons; 1-even though we reserved a cabin that sleeps 6, you are charged extra for every person after 2 people. That doesn’t make sense to me. Also, we paid for 3 linen packages which was an extra $30. It did not have pillow cases, fitted sheets, or towels.

The deluxe cabin was nice. We enjoyed the fire pit and the kids loved the sandy playground. While the swimming pool was beautiful, it was way too cold. The hot tub wasn't even warm. Maybe it was 83 degrees. That was a huge disappointment. I also thought it miserly to charge us for coffee pod refills on our second night. At $250 a night, you'd think the coffee would be free of charge.

The rooms were good , the hygiene was good in the restrooms but the heater didn’t work . The front office was very accommodating and they helped us with an external heater and it was a good stay. It was a beautiful stay!! I have 2 feedbacks : 1. Pls dust the area on a weekly basis if you can pls 2. The heating unit should be checked in all rooms 3. Water connection behind every unit.

Great KOA for a family vacation in one of their deluxe cabins. Clean, friendly staff, the shower could use some updating (mildew along door railing, and one of the doors did not work well), but otherwise comfortable cabin. Kids loved the bunk beds, playground and fire ring for smores. Quiet evenings with our cabin facing mountains and horses in the distance.

The cabin heater did not work and the hot water went cold after only 5 minutes in the shower. I rented a deluxe cabin and I expected it to be warm not cold.

Cabins were great! Could have been cleaned a little better in the bathroom. A lot of hair in the bathtub otherwise it was convenient and a good location. Appreciated you have more room than other campgrounds that really pack you in.

We stayed here for two weeks in our RV back in September. Proximity to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse is perfect! It was hot and windy in early September but the KOA was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean and the views are amazing! We stayed in the back away from the highway.
