Office staff was ok. The person taking us to our site was very nice. Convenient to the National Parks. Need grass in camp K-9.

Smooth check-in. Decent site spacing. Water, electric and sewer top notch. Did not use pool or other amenities. Only negative was road noise from highway.

The site was right next to the busy highway where truckers ran all night long. The laundry close to the site was out of oEder the other facility some of the dryers were out of order, and they knew it, but no sign. Had to find someone to give me my money back. The showers we used had no water pressure and only 4 restrooms for the large area of people. The camp was clean,pool ok

Our stay in Moab was great as always. The KOA was generally upto the usual KOA standards, except for the bathrooms. With a broken door lock and toilet seat in the north west bathroom. The cleaning of the toilets and showers is not frequent enough, with a 'very dirty' toilet not having been cleaned in 24 hours. And the shower drain full of hair for 5 days. Expect better for the price!

Everything was clean. The guys in the carts could probably do more stops in the bathrooms. Almost everything I found facial hair in the sinks because men weren't cleaning after themselves after shaving. Oh and the guys in the carts were checking out women left and right. Not professionally they could be more subtle. Overall, the atmosphere is epic.

Showers were terrible, large shower head and only a few open to let water out, drain was not working and water started coming up. Expected more for $100+ a night. Stayed a many KOA's and never paid near that much.

Unhappy not to be allowed into campground 1 hour early as we drove from Ohio. If site is open no reason not to be allowed in. This is a campground not a hotel room that needs cleaned and inspected

The cabin was nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The view and location to the parks was great. Only complaint is the traffic noise and staffs lack of understanding service animals.

Cabin was clean. Front Desk staff were helpful and friendly. Our cabin had a horrible view. We were in front of the golf cart shop and next to a neighborhood in construction. Since we made the reservations and where there for three nights, would have liked a better view with the cabin.

Very nice pool area and lovely staff. Well located near Arches and town. My cabin was missing a couple of light bulbs and fan didn’t work. Not as much attention to detail as others I have stayed in, including bathrooms.

Great amenities for a big family! We loved the pool and hot tub - especially the snack and drink van where we could charge directly to our site. It really made the evenings perfect!

Great Stay at this KOA in Moab Utah! Very clean and easy to check in and out. Cabin was very ncie and TV channels were great.

Had a nice stay and staff friendly. Laundry close to our site wasn’t working. Went to other laundry and some of the dryers would not work. A little far out of town but had a good time

I stayed at one of the rustic cabins. I think next time I will pay a little more and rent a unit with bathroom just because it seems a long distance to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. There was some proximity to the highway that bothered us some but besides that, the front desk staff is friendly and WE LOVED THE POOL and the firepits at night. Such a great vibe. Will stay again

I was not familiar with KOA campgrounds, we tried this one and were very unhappy. We booked three nights and left after the first night. The campground was very over crowded, the sites were very small. Barely fit my RV next to a picnic table and that was all the room I had. Not the type of experience we were looking for. Not the type of environment we prefer when RV'ing.

Clean, quite, has it all. On the edge of town which helps for noise and such but is a pain to drive a bit further to see all the sights. Very clean, great pool and playground. If i were to complain of anything it would be the price, though probably in line with the area who like to gouge folks on holiday weekends.

Loved the patio, but campers on both sides of us had unleashed dogs so we had to pick up dog poop in our campsite���

We stayed here for two weeks in our RV back in September. Proximity to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse is perfect! It was hot and windy in early September but the KOA was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean and the views are amazing! We stayed in the back away from the highway.
