Check in was really easy and staff was very pleasant and helpful. Park was clean and well groomed. Plenty of room and was nice and quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

Tent site was clean, close to bathroom. Bathrooms were the best I have seen in a KOA. Plenty of vegetation that made the place look like it was not close to a town. Will definitely stay there again when I come back to Moab.

I had read some negative comments but everything from the people to the pool and our cabin was excellent. It was quiet at night and the a/c was fine. Great stay

There were private bathrooms for public use, great WiFi, AC, and electricity in our cabin. Everything was great!!

Truly enjoyed our stay but the tent sites probably could have some better drainage as after a rain we had a huge puddle in our site making it nearly impossible to move

Beautiful campground! Had full bars with Wi-Fi, but it kept dropping me in under a minute! Frustrating!

Loved our cabin, but need to have dumpsters closer and a play area closer to cabins. Vernal KOA was more Family oriented!

Customer service skills lacking. We rented a deluxe cabin. The bedding looked unclean. The shower area had someone's hair. Not the best experience for the nightly cost we paid.

Over rated truck stop!!! When arrived, grill had left over food on it. Dusty when some one drive by. Would it kill to put a little grass in dog park and had to pick other dogs poop up before turning mine loose in dog park. No thank you!!!!!

no hot water in shows, portable showers did not work to the point that one hand must remain on on/off while attempting to use them staff was nice, place was pretty clean, cabins were clean -

Definitely would look elsewhere to tent camp. Placed so close to Hwy 191 with truck traffic all night long. Tent sites were definitely not sandy, but lots of fine rocks under the tent. Also very little natural protection from the sun. Unfortunately, the fact that the canopies provided over the picnic tables had shades that could be pulled down or retracted was never explained by the staff.

Overall, the Moab KOA was pretty great! Our last night there was kind of a bummer, though. This location allows late/nighttime check-ins, and the people up next to us pulled in at 12:30 AM—and then proceeded to make noise and shine their car headlights directly into our tent until almost 1:30 AM as they set up. So, sleep wasn't really in the cards for us!

We had a wonderful stay. The front office staff was superb! We arrived early for our check I , the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We will return!

Great location to visit Arches Natl Park. Loved all the amenities at the campground esp the laundry facility which happened to be very close to our RV site.

Grounds were really good and very pretty. RV sites were well landscaped. Pool was awesome. Best one yet. As good as a hotel pool! My daughter loved it. Showers were clean. Friendly staff. Highly recommend it.

The campground was very nice. Awesome views! Pool and hot tub were great. Shower house/restrooms were clean, and very good however the water pressure was almost too low to really wash your hair. Outdoor activities looked nice but too hot outside for us to use. Hookups were nice especially with double water spigots. The campground was clean. Picnic tables were far from neighbors sewer lines.

8/15/21-8/19/21(Part 1) Main showers clean and remodeled. Nice pool w/ outdoor music. Campground was clean. Large, comfortable pull throughs. Remote bathrooms need maintenance.(No hot water, toilet running, low water pressure, need new shower heads, faucets leak) Allows Pit Bulls! Saw at least 3. Staff carts do NOT obey speed limit. No visible campground maintenance observed. See Part 2

Stopped in to see the area. Very pretty with lots to see. Restrooms and showers were very clean. Staff was extremely helpful. Campground was very clean. Great Job KOA staff By go try t TV

Staff was not friendly when I called to confirm check out time as we had lost track of time. I was told we would be charged $10 late check out fee since it was 11:20 am and would incur another one every hour there after. When I spoke to manager about this I was informed it’s in the fine print and they are running a business and do charge for this and it was NOT negotiable. We will not be back

We stayed here for two weeks in our RV back in September. Proximity to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse is perfect! It was hot and windy in early September but the KOA was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean and the views are amazing! We stayed in the back away from the highway.
