Management is arrogant and rude. Fire pit is an additional charge, unlike every other KOA we've been too. Nickled and dimed.

Customer service has declined over the last few years and this year was the worst. My family and I were delayed a day and knew we needed to pay for our missed night but to charge us for the additional fees for that missed day was not appropriate. We were not using any of the facilities and did not have an extra vehicle for that day. Very frustrated by the clerks unwillingness to discuss.

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. The fees for additional people have been refunded for the night you were not able to arrive. The extra vehicle charge is a one-time fee, not nightly, so that would not be able to be adjusted. Thank you for your feedback!

Toilets are not well marked. The map is fine, but there are no signs on the doors, indicating which doors lead to toilets and which doors lead to showers. One of the toilets was plugged and overflowing onto the floor and remained that way for 12 hours. The sites are all so close together, even for an RV park. Air smelled of cigarettes all night and marajuana in the morning. Needs better monitoring

This was the first KOA we stayed at on our out west adventure. It was wonderful. The pool was great, the facilities were clean, the store was great, and I loved that they had a grassy area to play games. The location is wonderful too...just far enough out of town that you have great views, but close enough to everything that it is still convenient.

Certain amenities not offered, trash pick up being one. For being a Holiday, and we have stayed at quite a few, It was very disappointing. We will not stay here again.

Top notch KOA! A well maintained, friendly staffed campground with beautiful sights in practically all directions. The pool… THE POOL! Hands down, the best KOA pool that we’ve experienced. The emergency off-switch was broken on the jacuzzi, so no bubbles though. Not a big deal though. It was too hot to be in there anyway. Highly recommended KOA!

The location is wonderful with a beautiful backdrop to view. Pool looked nice but we got there to late and it was closed. Cabins are the typical KOA cabins. We went in June so it was pretty warm but I would like to return in the fall or winter.

We stay at many KOA's and this one was great! The pool was the best we have had at a KOA, bathrooms were clean and the staff were were great! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Stay! Very clean and quiet campground. Awesome pool for the hot Moab summer. Friendly staff and nice facilities. It was our first stay in Moab, but we'll definitely be back.

Site 54 shouldn't be a site! Located right next to the dumpster we were greeted with a nice breeze of garbage in the morning.. . . . seriously get rid of 54 and move the dumpster farther from 53, they'll appreciate it as well.

Awful experience.Agreat day at Moab and Arches “Tried” to check in...Fiasco.Then said an additional $11.00 for each “Buddy site” when all we asked for us was to be close IF possible. Definitely wasn’t a Buddy site. Fence in between, both were back ends.(not conducive for Buddy.) the bathroom were awful!Oh my Goodness., nasty, molded, terrible!!!) hopefully they will tear out. Bad! Go

Great spot for visits to Arches, Moab & Canyonlands. Lots of options for cabins, tents & RV’s. Staff was super friendly & helpful. Beautiful pool/jacuzzi. My only complaint was the bathrooms were not very clean and the pool water was not clear. So a little more attention to those areas would have been great.

There are better and less expensive RV Parks in Moab to stay at than this one. The only reason I stayed there was because they wouldn’t let me out of the reservation that I made months earlier, sight unseen.

Having stayed at the KOA in Alamogordo (NM) the KOA at Moab fell short in lots of ways. Overpriced laundry, hidden charges ($20 fee for requesting plots next to each other when the park had plenty of space) - the showers were filthy including what appeared to be dried blood on the walls. Normally love KOA but wouldn’t choose Moab KOA if returning.

Very very beautiful KOA! They had the most beautiful showers I have ever had at a KOA or any other campground I have been to. The pool was great and really huge! The gift shop and main office check in also has lots to offer in case you forgot something or find you need an extra snack!

We love this KOA! Sites are awesome and the workers are very friendly. I feel like the bathhouse needs some fixes, shower doors don’t close, toilet doors are hard to open and close and some of the wood moldings are coming loose/off. Also was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool and lack of shaded areas around the pool. For these reasons I gave it four stars.

Good stay overall. The air conditioning was confusing - so directions would be helpful since it turned off midway through the night and was very warm. Also, it would be really helpful to have a light at the end of the drive that shows it as a turn off point or the KOA sign lit up. It was really hard to know where to turn. Other than those two things, great place.

I was very disappointed that we were told we couldn’t spend an hour in the pool past our check out. Doesn’t seem like it would have hurt anyone to just allow it.

First, I messed up by not correcting our reservations, so we showed up two days early. The staff was very cooperative and pleasant while making all the necessary changes. The bathroom/shower area was clean and looked new. I'm planning on returning as soon as I can! The only negative is that a lot more lighting is needed, both for safety and just to find the way around after dark. The KOA s

Our stay was great, the campground was lovely and the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially in the shop. Our cabin was clean and stayed cool. However, our bed was really, really uncomfortable. I can usually sleep anywhere and I ended up sleeping on one of the bunks because it was so bad. Might be time to update that one. Other than that, totally great, will definitely be back!

We stayed here for two weeks in our RV back in September. Proximity to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse is perfect! It was hot and windy in early September but the KOA was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean and the views are amazing! We stayed in the back away from the highway.
