Nice place. Great staff. Special kudos to Joe who went above and beyond to assist us with an issue (of our own making) we had. Will definitely consider staying there if our future travels take us back to Moab.

The bath house was always clean which was awesome usually with community bathrooms they are not kept up on and gross. Only complaint is that the pool and hot tub closes at 9

Was very under trained staff, wasn’t able to get thru to staff by telephone. Problems not easily solved. How ever the manager stepped up and did a wonderful job. He was there savior.

The shower water was cold. The pool was cold. The pool was not even close to the “biggest pool in Moab.” The warm hot tub was always full and the pool empty. Too expensive for what we got. Will not be staying at KOA anymore. All the additional person and vehicle and guest charges are also ridiculous.

Location is good. Plumbing issues and not being able to use the dish sink area was a disappointment. Having to stand in line and wait to use a bathroom, because not all of them were unlocked was also disappointment, especially, because 3 doors were locked and this place was completely full with people. Other than that, I believe this place is normally a great place to stay.

There was no hot water in the shower in the office. I've complained 3 times and it hasn't been fixed.

Really enjoyed the area, the playground was nice. The staff members were great. Wish the pool was heated, it was very crowded in the hot tub.

Beautiful campground, very well maintained, clean, friendly… as nice of a KOA as we’ve stayed at. Sites were a bit close together, but otherwise couldn’t have asked for more.

It was very early in the season so there were a few hiccups. The vents let on COLD air at night. But the 2 young men working there, Brian & Joe we're fantastic. They brought an extra heater for us and covered all the vents letting in cold air. The cable wasn't working but they worked hard to get it going. Outstanding response to all our needs . Loved it and we will return.

Lots of dirt, it would be better if the sites were paved or at leased gravel. Also there were multiple pipes coming up from the ground, making it difficult to tell which were water shut off valves, and which was the sewer dump. Some sewer lines were right near the bbqs. Facility was also out of propane, so I had to take my tank into town to refill.

The sand was a soft surface for our tent. The area was large and had shade. Loved the gas lit fire areas at night. The pool looked inviting. I didn't like that one building housed individual "toilet" and "shower" rooms for both sexes. I would have felt safer if there were separate buildings i.e. one for males and one for females. Safety is a high priority for me.

Loved the location and friendly staff. However, had issues with hot water in showers and bathrooms were freezing because outside door stayed open and gaps under doors allowed breeze. As for sewer drain, it was too high to properly drain at site 26. Had to go to main dump station which was still higher than it should be.

Had a great time. Good clean facilities. Very level camping spot for fifth wheel. Beautiful view and great price at $150 for my three nights. Would definitely go again with a deal like that.

I’m sure all of the soft soils will take care of themselves after construction is complete. The lighting at the entrance from the highway needs to be improved. It is very difficult to see the entrance after dark when approaching from downtown. All staff members were great and very accommodating!!

They were in the midst of making some improvements to the campground, so there were a few tractors & things around, but they didn't get in the way at all. The campground is going to be in great shape for the 2022 season. Facilities were clean, shower was hot, ample, level space in my camp site. I was tenting it, and there was a little bit of highway noise, so maybe pack ear plugs for sleeping.

We stayed here for 2 nights while we went to nearby Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. We got in late on our first night and were easily able to find our check-in and campsite information on the board at the front office. Registration the next morning was extremely easy, front office staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the campground. The bathrooms were clean and showers were hot!

Camping here was like staying at a resort! Everyone was super friendly, everything was spectacularly clean, and we enjoyed every minute of being there!! Best KOA I’ve ever stayed at truly! I can’t wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay. It was early in the season so the nights were cold. Our water supply hose actually froze on two of the nights. It would be nice to come later in the year and use the swimming pool. We played corn hole and went to the Sand Flats recreation area. We enjoyed the burgers and fries at Milt’s in town. I would recommend this KOA to others. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We paid for KOA because we wanted to have a nice warm shower, laundry facilities, etc. The water pressure was so low it was hard to rinse & there was only cold water on our 3rd day. The laundry room near our site wasn’t available but luckily the other was functional. No water available at the dishwashing area. I don’t mind camping without these luxuries, but we paid luxury price for basic serv

We are traveling across the country with our dog and are always surprised when we get to a park, with clear rules about pet waste, and find so much of it. Clearly some owners don’t care but I wish there something that could be done. If you would like to chat 603-988-2526. I just fear that if it continues we will all lose the privilege of bringing our family pet

Great staff, very friendly! Our cabin was perfect for our stay and they even had a space heater for the cold weather which I was not expecting. Bathrooms were also well kept which was surprising. Clean bathrooms and showers are great to come back to after a long day. We’ll most likely be coming back every year and bring friends.

Pros -Staff was very friendly and happy -Overall the camp was clean and orderly -Laundry facility was clean and warm -Fire tables were nice and warm sit at and enjoy the stars. Cons -all showers need a bench to sit -in the winter months, bath/shower behind the office needs heat and not all lights worked, -entry to bath/show area needs to auto close

We had a brief stay and your KOA representatives were great! We, initially, cancelled the reservation because our motorhome's slide feature wasn't working properly. Then my husband got it fixed. I sent another email informing the representatives that we'd like to keep the reservation. We got the communication replies back quickly and informed that our reservation was intact.

We always recommend them and tell people about our experiences. Unfortunately, the first night in our Deluxe Cabin, we had little to no water pressure and no warm water. The water part could have been solved on our end, the breakers just needed to be flipped on. Maintenance came out but we weren' able to use the water effectively until the next day. Lastly, one of the burner knobs wasn't working.

We stayed here for two weeks in our RV back in September. Proximity to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse is perfect! It was hot and windy in early September but the KOA was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean and the views are amazing! We stayed in the back away from the highway.
