Disappointing stay over all, the “deluxe” cabin wasn’t very. Most notably lacked any plates or crockery and the shop didn’t have stock either. Looked out onto a bunch of nearly finished houses, so not really the scenic escape you’d expect either. Yellowstone KOA was a lot better.

Cabin parking undefined, neighbors took up both spaces. Staff spoke to them but left before issue resolved. Outdoor sinks not working, staff said a pipe had burst days ago. Showers leaked badly, flooded bathroom & no water pressure, other shower never got hot. Lock on cabin was busted. Staff very friendly but other than electricity we might as well’ve dry camped. The bath house was always clean which was awesome usually with community bathrooms they are not kept up on and gross. Only complaint is that the pool and hot tub closes at 9

Was very under trained staff, wasn’t able to get thru to staff by telephone. Problems not easily solved. How ever the manager stepped up and did a wonderful job. He was there savior.

Location is good. Plumbing issues and not being able to use the dish sink area was a disappointment. Having to stand in line and wait to use a bathroom, because not all of them were unlocked was also disappointment, especially, because 3 doors were locked and this place was completely full with people. Other than that, I believe this place is normally a great place to stay.

It was very early in the season so there were a few hiccups. The vents let on COLD air at night. But the 2 young men working there, Brian & Joe we're fantastic. They brought an extra heater for us and covered all the vents letting in cold air. The cable wasn't working but they worked hard to get it going. Outstanding response to all our needs . Loved it and we will return.

Good price, clean cabin. Cabin in next to the main road so there are some loud traffic sounds.

Great staff, very friendly! Our cabin was perfect for our stay and they even had a space heater for the cold weather which I was not expecting. Bathrooms were also well kept which was surprising. Clean bathrooms and showers are great to come back to after a long day. We’ll most likely be coming back every year and bring friends.

We always recommend them and tell people about our experiences. Unfortunately, the first night in our Deluxe Cabin, we had little to no water pressure and no warm water. The water part could have been solved on our end, the breakers just needed to be flipped on. Maintenance came out but we weren' able to use the water effectively until the next day. Lastly, one of the burner knobs wasn't working.

We stayed for two nights in a camping cabin. Since the KOA had just opened for the season, it was very quiet and the storm that moved in likely chased off some campers. The showers did not always have hot water- I had to move to a different shower after not getting hot water in one. It would be nice to have some type of table near the dishwashing station.

Stay was great, accommodations were very good would recommend to others. A big shout out to our host Deb and Dwayne M. Anything we needed they took care of very friendly people pleasure to visit with. Looking forward to going back in 2022.

The deluxe cabin was very roomy, clean and comfortable. It also had a great view with a very nice patio area with shade and fire ring.

The setting was convenient but the road noise at night kept us awake. None of the springs on the cabin window worked and would not stay up without a brace. There were dust and lint bunnies under the bed along with a mouse trap. The air conditioner filter was so dirty that it blew dust onto our food. The grill ran out of gas the one meal we tried to cook & the office was closed by 8PM. Not great!

The cabin was nice and the entire KOA seemed well cared for. The pool and hot tub were great. The only thing that was an issue, and it was pretty major, was the absolute lack of hot water in the shared bathrooms. We were there for 3 nights and never felt any difference between the hot or cold settings on the faucets.

Cabin was nice and grill was fixed right away. Pool was nice as well as hot tub even though the hot tub only heated and no jets. The shower situation could have been better. There was little to know water pressure. Temps varied between showers. Various showers and toilets out of order.

We stayed four nights at the Moab KOA. Our cabin was A+. The cabin was spotless. We enjoyed our room, the glider on the deck was sweet, then there was the patio with the Weber gas grill. We also used the KOA laundry and sat by the fire pit, while we waited for the laundry to get done. This was a sweet stay. Thanks

Family gathering for a week. One RV site and 2 cabins, and management kindly arranged it so we were all near each other. Next time, I would request location away from highway (noisy). Laundry facilities appreciated. Bathrooms roomy but shower stall floors need a good cleaning. RV site was not very level (7 inches lower at front of RV). Cabins well appointed and clean. Would stay again.

The Moab KOA is the best campground in Moab! Big pool, kiddy pool, and hot tub were clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms and showers were cleaned daily.

campground employees very nice. bathroom/shower house in need of updating. all toilet bases moved doors falling apart cleanliness could of been better. camping cabin i stayed in had extreme amount of dog hair and other debris under the bed.

Our deluxe cabin had everything we needed. It was comfortable for us and our adult dog. We used it as a respite from site seeing each evening. Bed very comfy. The windows need to be cleaned—the side windows were sticky and when opened, the grooves were wet and very dirty. I chose to keep them shut. Other than that. Perfect!

Excellent! Have stayed here before when we had our RV but this time we stayed in the cabins. We loved the cabins. With the bathroom. Very clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Will definitely be back

We stayed here for two weeks in our RV back in September. Proximity to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse is perfect! It was hot and windy in early September but the KOA was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean and the views are amazing! We stayed in the back away from the highway.
