Having the cabin furnished with bedding allowed us to be able to book and use the KOA. We had a good stay and enjoyed our stay. We used the grill a few nights, A light in the grill area would be helpful.

We loved our cabin, staff was super friendly. That road was so loud wish there was something you could do to help with the noise of all the cars all the time. The road is the only down fall to moab koa

We loved staying here! From the moment we walked in, to the moment we pulled away we were impressed with the details. The pool was so fun for the kids, the landscaping was beautiful. Our cabin was cute, and well situated! All the staff we talked with were friendly and helpful. The scenery surrounding the campground was hard to beat! Just wonderful, can’t wait to go back!

The DC cabin was perfect. It was clean, and having a microwave, refrigerator, and KCub coffee maker was so nice. We will be back.

We had a neighbor pounding metal and moving chains and throwing wrenches from 11-12. Wanted to call camp host to address this situation. You only have 911 to call. We try to stay at another camp a few months ago and did a late check in. Code to cabin did not work. Again no camp host or contact number. Again just 911. You can’t abandon your camper till morning. Someone needs to be available

$130 a night and we were told that coffee does not come with, it's extra. Bathrooms have no place to set toiletries when getting ready. One of the bathrooms didn't even have plugs or electricity.

Campground is really nice, the pool and playground are great. Staff is great and helpful. Only issue is the restrooms, they seem like they are never cleaned. We have stayed once in May and now in October both times the restrooms never seemed to be clean.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and were pleasantly surprised! Bed was comfortable room was large great bathroom and kitchenette. Will definitely stay here again. Staff super friendly.

A bit disappointed this visit. Bathrooms are overused and not as clean as usual. Cabin had only one light bulb in overhead fixture; I spoke to maintenance man about it and he said he'd bring additional bulbs but did not. Overall maintenance could use some work.

Beautiful KOA! Only reason I rate a 9 was due to the Showers. Note stated showers cleaned periodically. They could have been a little more cleaner, but not so bad.

We had a really nice time. Our cabin was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The staff was super friendly. We’ll definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our cabin! It's one of the nicest KOA sites I've be to so far. The cabin's furnishing inside and out made our stay very enjoyable. The beautiful landscaping and spectacular views add to the great accommodations. After a long day of hiking, sitting on the porch swing and watching the sun light up the mountains was my favorite evening activity. We will be back for sure!

It was so crowded,we went in early october so maybe that a busy time of year. We stayed in a cabin, but we feel this Koa needs more bathrooms for the amount of guests they have.

Asked to have cabin cleaned throughly due to Covid. There was an inch thick of dirt in the windowsills, screens, and windows as well as on the microwave. Asked them to vaccuum again. They REFUSED saying it was too much trouble. This is OUTRAGEOUS and Bizarre behavior.

Cabin was nice but not enough storage space. Need shelves, drawers, and hooks to keep things off the floor. Air conditioning was terrible. Would get up to 100 in afternoon outside, and very hot inside. Window air cond. seemed to work better than one in wall that didn't put out much cool air at all. Pull out couch should be replaced. Was not fit to sleep on. Nice location, close to Arches.

We had 3 light bulbs burned out, and our AC wouldn't stay set at the temperature we wanted. Our hair dryer also did not work. We were frustrated that we reported all the above and nothing was ever done!!!

The cabin was clean and well maintained. The bathroom/shower was nice being a separate room for private use. And the camp was nice and quiet! Me and my dog Kodi had a great time!

It was great, the pool and hot tub was very nice the cabin was clean. The door had alot of gap and wind was blowing in sand and dust. Didn't really close right.

The baths alittle untidy....much to be expected with traffic. Hot tub was out on Fri. AM which was a big dissappointment due to the fact that we were leaving & couldnt access again. For the most part really enjoyed & will come back again. Love the pool.

I have stayed at this KOA in the past have liked it enough to return, so that says a lot already. My group of 4 adults rented a deluxe cabin and it met our needs for the most part. Only a few issues: the cabin was pretty dusty inside and there was hair on the floor of the master bedroom. Also, when we pulled out the sofabed, it was quite dirty (dust and hair, maybe from a pet).

Very nice facility but the ladies at the desk when we tried to checkin were rude. Yes we were 2 hrs early but offered no help. Point blank no early check-in 10$ for one hr and were told to go drive for 2 hrs after driving all day to get there. Wasn't what we wanted to hear. Couldn't use the pool either.

Thought the linens could have been traded out daily. K-cups could have been offered daily. They only allowed 4 for our entire stay of 3 nights. Pleased with the cabin .

Absolute horrible place to stay at in Moab, I will never come back. My truck broke down and needed a place to park it for 2 days and I offered to pay for parking in overflow which there was plenty of room and the response was I needed to buy a site in order for that to happen. The most unprofessional people I have ever met. The bathrooms/showers were disgusting. And had bugs in our cabin.

Manager was incredible rude. I paid online and it gave me a fall cabin discount and had me pay 1/2 up front. When I checked in they upped the rate and said I don’t qualify for discount $60 difference. I showed them the confirmation email. Manager and employees were super disrespectful and said that they don’t like the sound of my voice. No apologies. Haven’t been treated like that ever.

Friendly and helpful staff. The cabins are very dusty and dinnerware is dirty. Staying in a camper would have been better.

We stayed here for two weeks in our RV back in September. Proximity to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse is perfect! It was hot and windy in early September but the KOA was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean and the views are amazing! We stayed in the back away from the highway.
