The surrounding area is beautiful. The facility is clean and well maintained. The swimming pool and outside games were entertainment. The staff was friendly. They would have got a 5 star rating if it weren’t for the noise coming from the freeway, old thin windows and the key to our cabin worked on the neighbors cabin (which we discovered by accidentally entering).

Great location for the Moab area. But, the cabin was in need of a good cleaning. Lights weren't working, the stove was really dirty, toilet ran all night and we couldn't use the ceiling fans because they were so dirty, which WE had to clean. For the cost we had expected a more well kept cabin. We would stay there again but we would inspect the cabin before we "moved" in.

Your koa was a little to crowded for our liking staff was helpful and friendly cabin was comfortable it was our preferences that made our stay less enjoyable than it could have been

Everything was clean. The guys in the carts could probably do more stops in the bathrooms. Almost everything I found facial hair in the sinks because men weren't cleaning after themselves after shaving. Oh and the guys in the carts were checking out women left and right. Not professionally they could be more subtle. Overall, the atmosphere is epic.

The cabin was nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The view and location to the parks was great. Only complaint is the traffic noise and staffs lack of understanding service animals.

Cabin was clean. Front Desk staff were helpful and friendly. Our cabin had a horrible view. We were in front of the golf cart shop and next to a neighborhood in construction. Since we made the reservations and where there for three nights, would have liked a better view with the cabin.

Very nice pool area and lovely staff. Well located near Arches and town. My cabin was missing a couple of light bulbs and fan didn’t work. Not as much attention to detail as others I have stayed in, including bathrooms.

Great Stay at this KOA in Moab Utah! Very clean and easy to check in and out. Cabin was very ncie and TV channels were great.

I stayed at one of the rustic cabins. I think next time I will pay a little more and rent a unit with bathroom just because it seems a long distance to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. There was some proximity to the highway that bothered us some but besides that, the front desk staff is friendly and WE LOVED THE POOL and the firepits at night. Such a great vibe. Will stay again

Delux cabin was clean and met all our needs with the exception of a broken drain plug in the shower/bath. We have a young one who takes baths and it wasn’t functional. Everything else was acceptable. Pool was great. Staff was not the friendliest, literally heard them say, “Oh, here he comes again” when my husband walked in the office to ask questions. Overall it was a good stay.

This was easily my favorite KOA I’ve ever stayed at. Staff were so great! The location and site itself was top notch, and the cabin beds were newer than others I’ve stayed at. I also appreciated the AC and the additional fans.

Great reception checking in and enjoyed a mostly quiet night, did hear small children in some of the surrounding cabins, but slept well and the mattress was comfortable.

It Was fantastic they had a deluxe cabin with air conditioning and a bathroom and switched our reservation from a basic RV site to the deluxe cabin.

Loved our deluxe cabin! So compact yet it had every amenity we desired and was so thoughtfully laid out. And that beautiful pool!! Great place in a magical town!

We stayed in a cabin without a bathroom. The KOA definitely needs to add another shower/bathroom for the volume campers that stay. There was ALWAYS a wait. Also where our cabin was located by the highway it was noisy.

Positives: Friendly helpful staff; great pool; Deluxe cabin was clean and well-equipped. Negatives: A/C lacked a constant fan setting in cooling mode, so it cycled all night. (Constant fan setting needed to mask highway noise from 191.) Showerhead is mounted too low for anyone over 5'6".

Our deluxe cabin was perfect, comfortable, and clean and air conditioned. Daughter absolutely adored the pool. The atmosphere at the pool at night is really nice with the fires lit and the solar lights. We enjoyed the local beers from the snack shack. Good water pressure in our shower. Would love to come back.

Fantastic stay, great campground, clean big pool, friendly and helpful staff. Clean, well stocked cabins with good amount of shade. Only suggestion is to gave more shade in the pool area .

Awesome place to stay exceeded all our needs. Thanks to the friendly staff. Only one very small low note the the 2 room camp cabin could use an a/c upgrade. If the door gets closed between the two rooms. The front room gets very hot and the little a/c couldnt recover. Will stay again. Thank you Dave from Indiana

Yes close to the road but close to the town the park arches np 5 min in - great staff - clean - showers - toilets - great supplies lbeautiful pool And hot tub highly recommed — we were suppose to be in a tent too hot so ip graded to a cabin w a c ! Awesome stay

We have stayed several times over many years from tent and RV sites to cabins..always super impressed with the friendly helpful staff and the overall cleanliness of the entire facility including washrooms and pool.

We stayed here for two weeks in our RV back in September. Proximity to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse is perfect! It was hot and windy in early September but the KOA was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean and the views are amazing! We stayed in the back away from the highway.
