The campground has beautiful views, but poor customer service. We got a site with the “KOA patio”, and the propane fire pit was broken. There was not a normal fire pit for us to use instead. Multiple calls to the office, on-call host, and even in-person requests yielded no response. We had to flag down a maintenance person after 3 days of asking for help.

Stayed longer than expected with so much to do!!! Staff was pleasant enough and our site was great!

Overpriced. Noisy business right next door. Dusty. RV dump not only didn't have a rinse hose, it had NO WATER EITHER!

too expensive. No wifi first night. crowded. could have pulled my travel trailer into a tent site for less money but was not permitted to do so.

We had a fantastic week staying with you guys! The campground was everything, and more we could have asked for a base camp for our mini family reunion. We will be back in Moab and staying with you guys again.

This was our first time to Moab and we loved it. The National Parks are beautiful and if you know when to go in there aren't long lines. Such beauty. Thanks for making our down time enjoyable. There is one thing that would improve the KOA - the four steps down from the main building to the fire pits and lawn games and extremely hard to see at night, just 2 of the solar lights would be awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay there but we’re disappointed to find that the pool heater was not working and the water was too cold for swimming. The showers were also hit and miss for hot water. We took a few cold showers.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The park was clean and had many activities that kept us and the kids busy. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was nice.

I stayed for 11 nights in my 35' travel trailer. What a beautiful location! I will be back! The staff was nice and helpful. The area is spectacular! Canyonlands and Arches National Parks, Dead Horse Point State Park, Slick rock and great food. What an adventure and memories made with my son, daughter-in-law and grandkids! We are already talking about going back.. Oh don't miss Milt's! Cool

Bathrooms were messy and constantly wet, pool was freezing because the heater wasn’t working, and the WiFi didn’t work all week. Many unhappy guests in the office every day. Not worth the premium price. We stay at a lot of KOA’s, many of them are great, this one is not!

We loved this site- great for kids and pets. We had a patio site and it was great to have the table and chairs. Only detractors were they didn't ask/explain about the KOA membership when we checked in, the pool heater was not working (and it was pretty cold), and the showers were very clean but lukewarm. We would stay again though!!

I have stayed in many campsites in Moab. I choose here this time due to the heated pool, which was broke for our entire stay. I also thought there would be nicer area. I had to pay for a fire ring, I have never had to do that! My daughter steps on a thorn from a bush at our site the thorns were over an inch long! I was not impressed with the playground or the showers! I took cold showers!

Nice place. Great staff. Special kudos to Joe who went above and beyond to assist us with an issue (of our own making) we had. Will definitely consider staying there if our future travels take us back to Moab.

The shower water was cold. The pool was cold. The pool was not even close to the “biggest pool in Moab.” The warm hot tub was always full and the pool empty. Too expensive for what we got. Will not be staying at KOA anymore. All the additional person and vehicle and guest charges are also ridiculous.

There was no hot water in the shower in the office. I've complained 3 times and it hasn't been fixed.

Really enjoyed the area, the playground was nice. The staff members were great. Wish the pool was heated, it was very crowded in the hot tub.

Beautiful campground, very well maintained, clean, friendly… as nice of a KOA as we’ve stayed at. Sites were a bit close together, but otherwise couldn’t have asked for more.

Lots of dirt, it would be better if the sites were paved or at leased gravel. Also there were multiple pipes coming up from the ground, making it difficult to tell which were water shut off valves, and which was the sewer dump. Some sewer lines were right near the bbqs. Facility was also out of propane, so I had to take my tank into town to refill.

Loved the location and friendly staff. However, had issues with hot water in showers and bathrooms were freezing because outside door stayed open and gaps under doors allowed breeze. As for sewer drain, it was too high to properly drain at site 26. Had to go to main dump station which was still higher than it should be.

Had a great time. Good clean facilities. Very level camping spot for fifth wheel. Beautiful view and great price at $150 for my three nights. Would definitely go again with a deal like that.

I’m sure all of the soft soils will take care of themselves after construction is complete. The lighting at the entrance from the highway needs to be improved. It is very difficult to see the entrance after dark when approaching from downtown. All staff members were great and very accommodating!!

We stayed here for 2 nights while we went to nearby Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. We got in late on our first night and were easily able to find our check-in and campsite information on the board at the front office. Registration the next morning was extremely easy, front office staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the campground. The bathrooms were clean and showers were hot!

Camping here was like staying at a resort! Everyone was super friendly, everything was spectacularly clean, and we enjoyed every minute of being there!! Best KOA I’ve ever stayed at truly! I can’t wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay. It was early in the season so the nights were cold. Our water supply hose actually froze on two of the nights. It would be nice to come later in the year and use the swimming pool. We played corn hole and went to the Sand Flats recreation area. We enjoyed the burgers and fries at Milt’s in town. I would recommend this KOA to others. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We are traveling across the country with our dog and are always surprised when we get to a park, with clear rules about pet waste, and find so much of it. Clearly some owners don’t care but I wish there something that could be done. If you would like to chat 603-988-2526. I just fear that if it continues we will all lose the privilege of bringing our family pet

Pros -Staff was very friendly and happy -Overall the camp was clean and orderly -Laundry facility was clean and warm -Fire tables were nice and warm sit at and enjoy the stars. Cons -all showers need a bench to sit -in the winter months, bath/shower behind the office needs heat and not all lights worked, -entry to bath/show area needs to auto close

We had a brief stay and your KOA representatives were great! We, initially, cancelled the reservation because our motorhome's slide feature wasn't working properly. Then my husband got it fixed. I sent another email informing the representatives that we'd like to keep the reservation. We got the communication replies back quickly and informed that our reservation was intact.

We stayed here for two weeks in our RV back in September. Proximity to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse is perfect! It was hot and windy in early September but the KOA was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean and the views are amazing! We stayed in the back away from the highway.
