The people were nice and helpful. The shower rooms and bathrooms were dirty and uninviting. It appeared that no one cleaned them regularly. With the cost to stay so high I expected clean shower rooms and bathrooms.

The hot tub and pool area were very nice. It was great to have electric and water at the site but the bathrooms were in VERY bad condition and also there were so few for the campground. The toilets were not attached to the ground. Only one shower produced hot water. Very surprised by the size and poor condition of the bathroom for this KOA. Also to have to rent a fire ring was very disappointing

This campground was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely staff at this location again.

Love the area, love the City, but you should build another site. On our 2nd and third nights, we were in the tent and car camper parking lot. Not fit for human life. In other words, if RV spots aren't available, find another park. As a side issue, the maintenance of the bathroom hardware needs help. The toilets need to be bolted to the floor, and leaking plumbing repaired. Four toilet room for all

Best check in service ever. Tim took me in a cart to see two possible sites so I could pick the best one for satellite television to watch the game. Now that’s service.

Very loud, next to the main highway. Had to wear ear plugs, but still heard the semis. A woman named Deb was great, very helpful and nice. Bathrooms were very clean.

Perhaps KOA is not willing to invested enough money to accommodate a decent stay for the large crowds.

Loved the rustic location. Visiting a place like Moab you don’t want to be on asphalt and right next to your neighbors. This KOA gave you the rustic feeling with nice amenities.

Somehow my reservations got changed 1 day before we showed up. The staff apologized and found me a spot reserved for the seasonal help and gave me a free night. Nice park. Great staff. Some of the spots have a lot of highway noise but no noise down the hill. Arches National Park is awesome.

2 weeks in to our first ever RV trip and we’ve finally come across a “campground” that was edging on intolerable. 1) RUDE staff (at least during our stay) 2) Staff gave us 3 different answers on checkout time 3) Grounds so dusty you can’t keep any window open as sand will make it into every crevice of your rig. Nice place. Close to Arches NP. Pool and Hot Tub were heated in late September which made it very relaxing after long days hiking. Clean rest rooms. Nice camp store has all you need.

We loved our long pull thru site! It allowed us to keep our Jeep trailer attached to our 38’ motorhome and still have plenty of room to park. We had more than enough space for our chairs and the picnic table. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the campground, but it looked like there were great amenities. Wonderful location and beautiful pool! We stayed here 4 years ago and boy has it had an upgrade. The pool area is amazing and well maintained. The sites are well kept and ample space. We had a lovely patio with cute furniture. We'll certainly be back!

We had a great time in Moab. Our campsite was perfect, and I'm impressed with how well the place is maintained. We will definitely be returning. This has been my favorite campground so far.

There are a couple of things things that keep me from giving a 5 star rating. One was the outdoor laundry. It is coin operated but the washers and dryers require input on the respective screens before it allows one to put in coins. This is NOT INTUITIVE. The staff at the store/office did not know how they worked nor was there signage. Really? Needs better light over dish sinks.

Really enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would questioned is our site. We had a premiere site with great amenities but it was placed right next to the main road. The traffic noise was very loud and went on into the night. Might want to rethink your site placement.

The KOA in itself was fine and had all the amenities that you would expect. But I was disappointed to see that it was South of Moab and crushed that new housing was being built in plain view next to the campground ruining the spectacular view I am sure it had at one point.

We were a little disappointed this year in the attention to special requests here. We were here for 10 days and they placed us with small kids, on an exit row, when the site we paid for could have put us in a much lower traffic area, as we asked for. Otherwise, the pool, the people, and the location are beyond par. This is still one of the best KOA's out there.

As an experienced camper, the sites were not level and were too close together. Also, the sewer hook up was uphill which made emptying difficult.

We stayed here for two weeks in our RV back in September. Proximity to Moab, Arches, Canyonlands and Dead Horse is perfect! It was hot and windy in early September but the KOA was clean, staff was friendly, pool was clean and the views are amazing! We stayed in the back away from the highway.
