My stay went well, the man on the golf cart who comes around and checks on everyone and helps to trouble shoot was awesome. I am sorry I didn't get his name. I was a little surprised by the additional fee to have someone come and visit even for just two hours. They didn't use any of the facilities and were just visiting us and having dinner at our site. That was a ridiculous charge!

This is an awesome KOA to stay at! Grounds and facilities are always clean and picked up. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Tons of things to do close by! If you’re ever in the Charleston/Mount Pleasant area make this a stop on your trip!!!

Just one night but staff was great. Spotless facilities. Nice store. Propane on site was definitely a plus.

The facility is top notch! The suggested exit route to 17 has low hanging Southern Live Oaks the ripped off my roof mounted tv antenna. You really need to evaluate the height restriction from the Live Oaks and have the city trim the trees. My rig is 13’6” tall, no taller than a tractor trailer but they do not use that portion of the road.

This was our 2nd stay here at this KOA. It’s a beautiful campground! Very clean and well kept! Loved the huge lake and nature trail! Wifi was terrific. We will definitely be back!

Very nice campground. Sites were spacious and cg close to sights in the area. Staff were very nice and helpful. Able to hear traffic noise but not too annoying. Great nature walk. Saw deer and turkey.

Nice spot. Good location to amenities, yet quiet and dark at night. Cellular service isn’t great, but workable for the most part. Park WiFi could be better. They’ll give you a modem to plug into the cable line, but you have to get the wire and modem inside your rig. Would be nice if they had WiFi repeaters all around the park instead.

We enjoyed our stay at the Mount Pleasant KOA. The facilities are excellent. The staff was very helpful. Especially Scott. He is an asset to your park. It is in a great location with everything being very convenient. We will definitely recommend it to our friends!

Nicely kept. Helpful staff. Lovely environment. Only complaint is about the showers - it seems like there is no hot water, We learned toward the end of our stay that we needed to run the water for a very long time until the hot comes through.

The campground was so clean. Everyone was so friendly. There was a great trail that we walked in the mornings. I can't say enough good things about the staff.

Very nice campground, we’ve stayed here in our camper before, but this time we tried a cottage. Very nice, clean and staff are very nice. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff and clean grounds. Playground and dog park are great for the 2 and 4 legged kids. Scott was the best and always made our kids smile and made us feel at home. Will definitely be back!

The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. We were escorted to our site. The internet access was poor and we inquired at the office if there was anything that could be done to improve it. They gave us a booster device that worked like a charm. Another employee was very helpful with filling our propane tank and delivering it back to us. Overall, the stay was comfortable.

The weather was not great with a strong wind blowing all night on Sunday! I highly recommend that you don't stay next to the lake, but further back where you are more protected. The reception upon arrival was very good and the staff were helpful and friendly. There is also a nice hiking path at the back through the woods.

Accommodations were nice and staff were friendly. Coffee in the office was very good and a big plus for me. Only recommendation to improve my stay would be to upgrade the bathrooms & showers.

Clean campground, friendly staff. Also, great location to Charleston, many restaurants and stores in immediate area. Have tent camped and rv camped here and have enjoyed both ways of staying.

Oops! our new 39ft 5th Whl. Is to large to make it down our narrow dead end street. Thankful to find a storage facility 20 miles away. The distance is hard to pack up or clean up, before & after a trip. This KOA is 3 miles away, so I t’s often the 1st & last stops. This time it was our destination. Thank you to the staff 4 reminding us “locals” the true meaning of Southern Hospitality. Mik

This was the nicest place we've ever stayed at and all the staff was super friendly! The campground is beautiful and well maintained and in a good area. We only stayed one night on our way through, but because we liked it so much we will come back and stay just for the campground.

Beautiful KOA! Loved our patio site. Personnel very friendly.........especially the "cart guys".... Convenient to local stuff. First class KOA with beautiful lake. Bathrooms..........slightly in need of remodel/updating. Hope to come back in spring/summer.

We enjoyed our brief stay in the waterfront cabin, but we strongly recommend that the cabin get a deep cleaning and new linens before the next guests arrive. Better lighting should also be considered.The cost of the stay was too high based on the housekeeping issues and at a time of year when access to full activities is not available. The fire pit and its seating area were nice.

Excellent KOA. Pricey but location is great. Every year they try to improve the campground. We've been coming to this location for almost 12 years. And we'll be back again!

Great spot. Staff were all helpful and friendly even in the busiest times. Sites were well spaced and comfortable. Nice views of the lake. Bathrooms, showers, and laundry were all clean and worked well. Patio site we stayed in was fantastic. Location is close to great sightseeing and tons of shopping. Campsite is peaceful and quiet. Good security with gate system and night patrol. We will be back.

We stayed here a couple months ago on our cross country trip and it was one of our favorite places! The location was perfect and the grounds were nice, and they have a lovely nature walk. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Scott in particular was so great and helped us out when we had some issues with our tires on check out day. Thank you guys for a great stay!
