Very nice and beautiful place to stay with convenient access to West Yellowstone. WiFi worked well in the mornings. Consider putting a coin exchange machine in the laundry room to allow after hours laundry runs. Front desk people could be more friendly.

Our site was next to a long term resident. #160. They smoked right next to our camp, had 4 dogs which has dog feces all over, which we also smelled the entire stay. We stayed in much nicer KOA’s for almost half the price. I would not stay here again or recommend it for the money that is charged. Very disappointing!

Pretty area, and convenient. Here's the "buts"... but, the Tent site was noisy right next to creek, literally 3' away. 54 decibels to be exact. Got up and finished the night sleeping in the car to get some peace & quite. but, While we paid for it, we could not get any of the 3 mountainside wifi's to connect on any device... lost some work time.

Was not very pleased with the girls cleaning the bathroom. My children were wanting to use the restroom but we’re told they could not and to come back in a half hour. They went back and they told them to wait until they had finished after they had told them to come back again. This went on for 2 hours. We checked out because I feel this isn’t acceptable!!!

Everything was great . People were all super friendly and check-in was a breeze. Our 2 tent spots (T3 & T 4) were perfect for our needs). Only suggestion would be to clean the bathroom walls....they were a little nasty. Over all a nice camp ground.

The surrounding area is beautiful and we had a nice spot. However, the bathroom/shower house was the worst campground bathroom I’ve seen. It was a busy holiday weekend and the bathrooms/showers were “cleaned” once a day. Even after being cleaned, there was mud and hair balls all over the floors. The soap was empty often. I had to show pictures to the manager in order for anything to happen.

Great long sites, clean bathrooms and grounds. Dog area was super small. Pizza was delicious! Overall, great stay and will return in the future.

Bathrooms are clean but Unisex facilities reduces the amount available - especially in mornings. NOT BIG FANS OF THIS SET UP.

Had a wonderful stay at Mountainside. Easy access to Yellowstone, and a quick trip to Idaho, just to say we made it to another state!

Too expensive 110.00 night, no shade, no Wi_Fi, no pool. Great pizza but expensive too. I thought it would have been closer to Yellowstone park and wasn’t

We appreciate the refund for the nights we didn’t stay; the staff was nice. The pizza was also great. Campsite by the creek was beautiful! Unfortunately the bathrooms were especially dirty. When you’re paying as much for as we did for a campsite with no hookups right next to your neighbors, it’s really hard to get over how gross the bathrooms were. Very nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Site was large enough for our 45 ft toy hauler. Close to Yellowstone would definitely stay here again... plan on it next year

Dusty campground. Generally dirty campers not respectful of the attempts of the facility to keep things nice. If committed to KOA, perhaps try the other one otherwise, even the Branding Iron which gets poor reviews for being in a parking lot, looks favorable.

Very disappointed. The grounds were very unkempt. The area around our campsite was broken concrete and weeds. Our space #3 faced the maintenance building and all the rock and sand piles that went with it. The picnic table and fire pit were nice. The creek does not go through the campground, rather it runs along the back and you are unable to access the creek because there are tent sites in front.

Very accommodating staff. The KOA was very well maintained. The deluxe cabin we rented was very clean and spacious. We held our family reunion at this KOA and everyone had a great time. No complaints !!!!!!

Staff was super friendly and helpful. A little disappointed in the lack of amenities compared to the KOA just down the road. Also the bathrooms were always filthy and many of the doors in the bathroom facility did not lock properly. Despite this, we did enjoy our stay and would stay again if we couldn’t get a site at the other Yellowstone KOA.

Quiet (can hear the cars on the highway at night). Clean bathroom and laundry facilities. We stayed in a tent site that was very spacious.

All good but cell signal is bad there, so WiFi is even more important than normal. I had a few works things to do, including online bill pay. The wifi networks all had different names, and they would constantly drop you, so doing anything was difficult. I finally went to the main office where it was better, but it still dropped me every 10 mins or so. Location is great.

Stayed two nights and was extremely pleased with the facility. The bathrooms and showers were clean and for the most part there was little to no wait. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Will be coming back for a longer stay soon!

Nice clean park with General Store and pizza-type restaurant. Dn’t Know Why it costs over a $100. a day, with discount, as there are not that many amenities! Must be the location, location, location feature! Visited in late June 2021 as the country was reopening, so little availability of other park sites.

Nice area, but the bathrooms were terrible. Smelled horrible, cracked tile with nasty grout. Considering how much business they had and the location, I'm surprised they haven't invested more into the property. Boring Playground and no pool. This is the place you stay at when all the other placed are booked.

Deluxe cabin- nice place next to the creek. In fairly good shape. A few things needed updated like the queen bed (old and springy) but overall a very nice stay.

The tent site was pretty big, best part was the bathroms. You have individual bathrooms, and combo with showers, they were clean and big compare with the other koas we have been

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
