We rented a cabin. Very clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend! Thanks for a great place to stay. Office staff very friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mountainside KOA in West Yellowstone. It was very close to town and the entrance to the park. The cabin was very nice, the mattress was comfortable. It was a bit chilly in the bedroom so we used our own baseboard heater. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The staff was friendly and very helpful I was able to add a day to my stay when I decided to arrive earlier than the reserved schedule Then we ended up being able to add a day at the end for an unplanned horseback ride in the National Forest. They were also very gracious about sweeping and mopping the floor in our cabin when we asked. I would definitely stay at this campground again.

Very uncomfortable sleeping - I would think that the KOA would invest in better quality mattresses for both the bunk beds and regular bed. Also, the couch, pullout bed was TERRIBLE.

Everything worked out well and the cabin we stayed in was very comfortable. When I made this reservation I did make it using my KOA account. Is there any way I can receive credit for this now under my KOA account. Thanks.

Of all the KOAs we stated at during this trip (3 in total) this was the worst. The team was friendly and helpful but the amenities was very poor (lake of serving dishes and eateries, unclean linens, and overall maintenance level). Unfortunately we will not be back or recommend…

I only gave it a 4 because of the cleanliness of the cabin, which wasn’t very clean. Silverware container was dirty as was the floor and counters. It was an easy fix but shouldn’t have required the guest to have to do.

The bed in our camping cabin was like sleeping on a rock slab. There was no Wi Fi even though it was included in the price.

WiFi non-existent. Staff didn’t smile or greet us upon arrival, we felt unwelcome. Your KOA is the first KOA we have visited where a military discount was not given. We won’t be back.

Very clean resort. Well maintained. Nice office and store. Staff was very nice. Creek nice but very small. No fishing here. Laundry room and bathroom very nice. I would stay again. We had a cabin

Stayed in the Vacation Rental Cabin and loved every minute of it. Cabin was clean and had everything I needed to cook and be comfortable. Built a fire in the fire ring and had such a relaxing evening by the fire. I will definitely rent another cabin from KOA in the future!

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. We stay in cabin #2 and the mattress was awful. We had to ask for more blankets to be able to add it to the bed for more cushing.

$260 for a cabin no hot water - didn't even make it for one fully shower WiFi did not work - anywhere in the KOA much less in the cabin showers were nice, grounds were nice -

We stayed in the full bath cabins for 2 nights, they were great and more reasonable than a hotel room. My only recommendation would be to enlarge the main bet to a queen, the full size is tight for 2 people.

Not well provisioned. Light bulbs were burnt out. Not as clean as other KOA cabins we’ve visited. Two of the four burners on cooktop did not work. Thanks for asking and maybe this will improve future visits.

Beautiful Park. When we went to check in, they found there was a problem with the lock on our cabin. Rather than make us wait for them to fix it, which they eventually did, they upgraded us to a nicer cabin. They even have linen provided in the cabins for the beds. Hard to beat that kind of service. We'll be back! Dave H.

Location was great and our cabin was stocked with everything we needed. The general store was convenient for ice and a few food options vs going into town. Highly recommend

Although there was a little confusion at check in the staff was able to accommodate my early check in. We enjoyed our stay even though we got rained out the first 2 days and wasn't able to have a campfire. The beauty of the resort was enough to ease the disappointment.

We had a great time it was a mini family reunion with 8 families, 5 families stayed in cabins, 2 families in RV's and 1 family in a tent. The cabins were nice we just had a few minor issues, toaster in our cabin didn't work, toilet kept running, they need to upgrade their towels, they were on the dingy side. It was a good stay. Very peaceful location, not very far from Yellowstone entrance.

Many problems with the key card entry... locked out 3 days in a row. Bunk beds had hair from previous occupant still on them and the floor could use a good mopping. Otherwise the cabin was beautiful!

Stayed in a cabin with bathroom. It included sheets. Sheets on. Beds were used and dirty. Pull on sofa was broken. Dishes were greasy very limited. Advertised that on site pizza place was open from 5 to 9. Wouldn’t take our order at 8:30. Love Koa camp grounds, this one was not a nice one. Only up side is close to west Yellowstone.

The campgrounds were clean. They are heavily used, but they are clean. There are people walking around between reservations cleaning trash that people leave behind. We had some serious truck problems and Allen at the KOA was a great help. He loaned my husband tools to help us and he came by to check on us. He was just so kind and helpful and without him we woulda been up a creek without a paddle.

Rooms had spider webs in all the windows, dead fly on window sill, top of refrigerator very dirty, floors dirty, water pressure very low, found Spider-Man sunglasses and a blue capsule, gummie candies, dust & paper under the sofa. Bed linen was clean, bathrooms super clean, refrigerator & microwave clean. Cabins very cute & nice. Staff were most of the time nice & helpful at times rude & short.

It was nice but lacked some amenities the other West Yellowstone KOA had, I was under the impression all KOAs served pancake breakfast but this one did not. The cabin was nice and well situated for as tightly located as the sites were.

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
