It was really nice! They're bathrooms were some of the best bathrooms I've ever seen at a campground. They had some duel shower/bathrooms which were really nice to have.

It was just a peaceful stay after being on the road and spending the day at Yellowstone! It wasn’t too far away either after a really long day. The bath house was nice and clean as well!!

Site in pics show stream side site. Had to have maintenance cut brush just to get to stream. Every building had spider webs and weren’t the cleanest. Wi-fi sucks to non existent. Women in office about as courteous and helpful as a rock you stubbed toe on. Maintenance guys great. Office people poor at best. Different office people and cleaning would really help. Probably won’t stay again.

Great location, we really loved camping by the stream. The only downside was the proximity to the main road. It was fairly loud at night. Overall, we loved our stay and would come again!

The stay was great, bathrooms were amazing and clean (you. have your own room with a shower, sink, and facilities which was like being at a hotel!!). Wifi was not that great but hey it was vacation ... we can live without wifi!! :)

Mike was amazing. He was so accommodating and helpful. He assisted with the original reservation until the day we left with whatever we needed. The facilities were very nice and our tent site was great.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The camp ground itself was just beautiful! That little stream right behind our tent was so soothing. The facilites was very close by and kept fairly clean.

Was a great tent site right on the creek. Very peaceful with great area to walk your dog. Hot showers and clean facilities. Staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely stay again just a little outside of the town but worth it.

Worst tent camping experience ever. Campsites were on top of each other and we literally had to whisper in our tent. We checked in 12 September 2021 for a six night stay and left the next day. The staff inextricably crammed all tent campers into the same area when there were other options. Poor training/they just don’t care. The bathroom and showers were excellent. Absolutely no privacy campsite

great customer service at front desk.....helpful in moving us when they saw i had a cane...and moved us closer to bathrooms...very appreciated... we have stayed here before, but this visit the bathrooms were in great need of care.... ie mold growing on inside of shower doors.... floors needed to be thouroughly scrubbed, ceiling vents needed to be cleaned. thank you for your attention to this.

Our stay at KOA Yellowstone Park/Mountainside was really nice. The grounds are well-maintained, and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. The staff are very good at what they do, and so nice and helpful. This was our first experience with KOA We're so happy that we chose this campground. We loved it!

Very convenient, and very reasonable pricing. Bathroom/Shower building was very clean and pleasant. This is our second time camping here at this location, and we definitely will be back!

It's a beautiful location, the facilities and campsites are great (many of the sites are among the natural pine trees of the forest), and the staff goes above and beyond to be accommodating, and to keep everything clean and in great shape.

We always stay there when we visit yellowstone. Always clean and usable facilities. I hope they continue to have good customer service and maintained grounds. Love some of the spacious camp spots for when we bring our larger family tent. So many places dont have that. We will continue to stay here .love it!

Great staff! Upbeat snd friendly. This was a last minute getaway stay for us. They had a site for our tent! Park was very clean and quiet. Beautiful area with creek and lil pond. We will plan our spring stay there! Thanks peoples for making our Yellowstone trip that much easier!

Loved it. Will be back but I don’t recommend T8 very small site ( seems to be the smallest site on the grounds) and not level ground for a tent.

The noise from the highway made it almost impossible to sleep. Campground itself was nice, campsite was nice. Convenience to Yellowstone was great

Really nice camp ground. Plenty of tent spaces. 10pm noise control is a nice touch as it was pretty busy. Bathrooms were pretty dirty though. Lots of stains on the toilets and hair and grime on the showers and floors that didn't seem to be cleaned for the duration of our stay (3 says). Very good laundry room. Very convenient to Yellowstone west entrance and the town. Staff were helpful.

The staff were helpful, the bathrooms were clean and lovely, the laundry facilities were available and worked well. Complaints were that the bathrooms were very far away from the tent area we stayed in and no checking on compliance with evening quiet time so we were kept up every single night. Wish staff could drive around campsite at 10 pm with reminder about quiet time.

My only issue was receiving an email before we came that fire ring campfires were allowed. So we brought our food to be cooked over the fire, only to get there and find out the weren't allowed. So w e had to change all our food plans and spend far more money on dinner, and ice to take the food we brought back home. An accurate email would have helped.

I was very disappointed with our site. Sites 187-189 were right on top of each other and there was barley any room to set up our tent. We couldn't even park at our site we had to park by one of the cabins. The site I reserved was suppose to be a grassy site but site 188 that we were assigned was dirt and mud by the time we left. When we took a shower at 10:00 PM the water was cold.

Prices in general store are too high. The site we had sloped at a bad angle. Available WiFi did not work. Bathrooms were great!

The staff were very friendly. The restrooms were very dirty. We stayed in a tent. We were the only road in the camp without a gravel road and it rained all week long. We were also the farthest from the restrooms. The restrooms were surrounded by RVs which they didn't need them. Poor set up.

Our tent site was very rocky and thankfully we had air mattresses or I think we would have been miserable for the nights that we were there. But everybody was very friendly and the place was clean and nice.

Very loud motorcyclists @11:30/12 am. Drunk adults not a place to get a good night sleep w children. Bathrooms were beyond dirty and gross. Website did not say fire ban or restaurant was closed. Felt like I was mislead.

Camp spot was wet and on a slope. But..they moved us not exactly comfortable next to the freeway loud. But better than next to the dumpster in an unmarked spot.

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
