We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin. We were very pleased with our cabin. Very clean and spacious for 4 people. The only draw back was that the beds were very uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were in an rv site with a grassy area. As with all rv parks some sites are nicer than others. I wish there more trees throughout the park to feel more like your in the forest! The tent sites near the back definitely are the best. The staff was always friendly. The pizza at the store is very good too!

Day1 was freezing temperatures and our hose froze. Day 2 we had a snow storm. The campground had not opened their grill yet nor had they filled their propane takes to offer refills. Day 3 week woke up to 8 inches of snow. That evening the power went out and they closed the office and sent a new employee to tell us they had no idea when the power would be back on. Would not stay here again.

Very close to West Yellowstone and great atmosphere for families. We stayed in a cabin, very well built, clean and has everything in it. Nice setting near small stream. Store with basics and a playground. Friendly staff. Only pros: toddler swing had one of 2 hinges out of place and thus could fall during use, you might not notice this right away before it is too late, so it should be fixed.

The staff was AMAZING!! Very helpful and super friendly! The common areas were very nice and there were several restrooms and showers, so no waiting.

Everything was great everyone was friendly my only issue was the Wi-Fi was horrible they had a password for it but it would not do nothing other than that it was great overall

this camp ground was well taken care of and easy to get in and get out of with a fifth wheel. close to west yellowstone town and west gate park entrance. would definitely return to this KOA again.

Stay was ok. I was in Tent pad 170. There is a streetlight that stays on all night and illuminates your tent making it hard to sleep.

I stayed In a cabin. It was fine, I felt it could have used a deep cleaning. The window coverings need to be replaced. I would stay there again. The staff was friendly. The cabin made my trip very easy for me Thanks

They didn't enforce curfew. A lot of tents near us were talking and playing and being loud after 11. There was a not much in the convenience center. What really passed us off was the bathrooms. Never any toilet paper. People were smoking and leaving cigarettes in the bathroom trash. As well as the bathrooms were always dirty. Dirt and mud and then people dropping makeup and stuff that stains

For 1 night stay, I got burned when my arm slightly touched an overheated scorn lamp in my cabin. Really hot!!! If I could find any warning signs, it wouldn't happen.I have to leave without seeing a manager due to the next schedule to Yellowstone, however, they have never reach out me for 1 week. I asked them to be responsive for the prevention of injury, not my compensation. Terrible experience.

Our tent site was on a slope and fire pit behind us blew in smoke burning my eyes. For our 2 day stay, noticed plenty of other tent sites behind us that were available. Too many people to close to each other where we were allotted a space. Disappointed!

Great stay, close to park and West Yellowstone. Camp store had great selection and friendly staff. Bathrooms and laundry very clean area. Highway traffic can be noisy at night.

We liked our tent site and the location. We would’ve liked a bit more privacy at our tent site but overall, it was fine. The bathrooms were one of the best we’ve seen at a KOA!

Very nice and helpful staff. Visitors around us were great. The only suggestion I have is to police up showers and bathrooms more. I would prefer them to be cleaned more regularly given the amount of use.

we stayed fathers day weekend it was nice and quiet with plenty of baths and showers. the staff wasn't all nosy and creepy the only thing I didnt like is the sewer hookup from our neighbor being right next to our eating table.

We arrived after hours and were able to easily find our information at the late arrival check in area. The map gave clear directions to our site and we were very happy with our stay. The bathrooms/showers were clean and the gift shop was great as well.

I'd like to thank Mike for making room for me and my van. It was a pleasure to stay at this KOA. They had everything I needed and the BEST pizza I've had in years!! I highly recommend treating yourself if you are lucky enough to stay here! Mike and Sandy are fabulous hosts and chatting with Joe about scouting, camping, his Eagle project, and Puerto Rico was the highlight of my evening.

The kitchen sign said it was open from 5-9pm. Tried to order some food at 8:48. Couldn't cause they were out of pizza and wouldn't cook up some wings cause they stop cooking at 8:45. Then the sign should say they close at 8:45.

Campsites are really crowded and the bathrooms were really dirty. Also very overpriced for what we got.

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
