Employees were courteous and friendly. Sites were nice, but wishing the sewer hook up was lower. We had problems draining. The laundry area could have been cleaner too.

The campground was in a good area a short drive from west Yellowstone, and everything on that side of the park was very accessible. It was a somewhat long drive to the far corner of the park, but well worth the trek.

The employees were so friendly, helpful and professional from check in to check out and everything in between! It’s a beautiful place to stay and the on-site Pizza Place has the best pizza I have tasted!

50 percent of people in the US have an I Phone. Can you provide internet we can access? Boosters could also help the signal. The mattresses are hard and the sheets have a low thread count.

It got cold that night (36), but camp was clean, quiet, well organized. Staff was extremely friendly. Super clean restrooms and showers. Great stay!

Only real problem was the store did not open until 8am. Customers leave for Yellowstone long before that to beat heavy traffic. Also an automated ice machine would solve that problem.

We stayed for 3 nights. The campground was neat, clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly. It was just a short drive to the entrance to Yellowstone National Park. We would stay there again.

Beautiful campground and perfect little playground for the kids. We enjoyed the fishing ponds in the back and even saw a beaver in the pond.

Great stay and great location. Friendly staff. Great pizza! Only issue was the sewer drain at the site was uphill and couldn't hook up.

Very disappointed, will not return and will not recommend! We paid premium prices for just a dirt lot with uncut grass and rocks…dandelion take 21 days to grow and mature to white fuzzy nuisances and our lot was a mess. Horrible place to sit and relax…also we noted to be next to our traveling group, the staffer was unfazed and took no time to even try to accommodate our previous provided reque

Easy access to Yellowstone. Best campground bathroom view ever experienced - really appreciated that it was heated on those cold middle of the night bathroom trips! Our site was just what we needed.

Nice park but I was attacked by bugs and have over 20 welts on my body. Had to checkout early and transfer to a hotel.

What is expected of a KOA Journey. Good staff. Clean park. We had a very minor issue with a neighbors dog, was immediately taken care of. Easy in and out for our big rig. Level sites.

We stayed one night but I loved how there were grassy tent spots and beautiful bathrooms and showers. I lived the little store too. I also enjoyed that it was a quiet night sleeping.

We had a great tent site by the creek. Very pleasant. The restrooms and showers were clean and smelled nice. Loved being able to shower daily for free. The staff were very kind and respectful. Nice playground for the kids. The only crummy thing is that the camp sites were kind of small and very close to next site.

Extremely disappointed in the muddy, sloping tent site that we were in. Wi-Fi did not work, the stream that you were supposed to be able to catch fish in was more of a creek, but the showers were clean. Also felt like we were packed in like sardines.

As people who backpack a decent amount, I will say that the ground in the tent camping area near the creek is really bumpy. I've found flatter spots of ground on the side of a mountain in the Backcountry. Overall though, good experience...the staff was very nice and helpful and it was a great compromise to staying in a hotel (which were all booked). Joe is a great new-hire! Keep up the good work!

Good location, but that is about it. Bathrooms were very gross. Just look up at the ceiling and look at the vents. Very nasty. Grounds were ok. The ladies up front were not the most friendly nor the most eager to help. I expect more from a KOA than this facility offered. Will not recommend.

We loved our week in West Yellowstone. The KOA staff was friendly and helpful. The campground was clean & quiet. The cabin rental fit our needs for the week, and had all the amenities for a relaxing time. Thank you!

All was great, with two excepti0ns. First...site could have been cleaned up better....I had to pick up paper and even a wad of tin foil from the brook. Also, WiFi just wasn't up to the task. I couldn't even get logged on. These days, WiFi needs to be robust enough to work, even if the campground is full! Otherwise, very well maintained place with nice folks.

Very close to Yellowstone. Lots of showers and bathrooms. Creek runs on the backside of the park. Camping sites have plenty of room

Cleanliness could be improved, curtains definitely need cleaned!!! Insecticide to control the spiders would be good. Also, the whole park is too crowded.

Camped with a tent at this KOA for 3 night. The staff where nice and the location was really good. There are a couple of things that need to be improved - the WI-FI didn't work at all (and cellular reception was bed). in the evenings there was always a big line for the showers and restrooms. and most important, half of the tent sites (including the one we got) had no shade at all which made it r

Deluxe cabin great! Public shower rooms should be shut down by dept of health. There is black mold in shower stall doors and floor. Tile floor has buckled up and came apart. Brought to checkout staff reply was “we know they are working on it. I saw no one working on any of the stalls.

Very nice stay at the park. Friendly staff, clean and attentive. We had a back in spot by the tent sites, I guess it is just the sign of the times. The tent people have no camping etiquette, they continued to walk through our camp site and everybody else site. Very Rude. I'll stay here again and again but just ask for a site further from tent sites. Thank you for a nice stay.

Great park! Close to Yellowstone and all the tourist stuff. Bathrooms could use some updating and more regular attention (a couple rooms were out of TP and soap for more than a day). Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our week long stay! Nice laundry facility. Some tent sites were too small for our liking. Thanks for letting us pick another! Bath house could use better daily cleaning; maybe its more of a staffing issue than anything. Plenty of great ztaff taking care of a lot of campers! Thanks Mike for great service and smile!

We really like this park the views were wonderful, the ponds were nice too. The sides weren’t that close together that was nice too. We would stay there again if we go back to Yellowstone.

no tv reception, as we were up against very tall trees. we had some technical issues we needed fixed and the mobile repairman recommended couldn't help with any of them - he was rude, and totally uninterested in our our problems, and no one at the park could help, either.

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
