Nice park and location is good for Yellowstone. However, no cable tv and had to use 4 wheel drive to pull rv unit up the gravel road.

Spot 39. Did not have sufficient water pressure only 26, need 40. Staff not willing to move us. Restrooms and shower were filthy even after being cleaned. Manager did not make an effort to remedy even after multiple days of dealing with no pressure. We should receive a rate adjustment for not having water.

Loved the area Stayed in tent area right next to water stream and it was amazing The restrooms and showers were clean and worked great Will for sure be coming back with the family very soon!!!!!

Beautiful campground - loved our site next to the creek. Before arriving, I needed to add people to our reservation, then ended up adding another campsite for one night. The customer service folks were patient and helpful when making both of those adjustments for us. Bathroom facilities were modern and bright, although we did seem to run out of toilet paper in some of the bathrooms, though.

Everyone was very helpful, friendly, professional !! However, we needed to refill propane supply and there was none available at the park.(ugh). All facilities were clean & nice !!

We had a great time at this KOA. Spent a week visiting Yellowstone and this was the perfect "home base" for our family. We had a nice spot near the creek and hit was overall very quiet. Would definitely come back!

The view around you was fantastic! I loved that it was so close to Yellowstone’s West entrance too. My one big complaint about it and probably why we will not be going back is the bathrooms! They are nasty and I don’t think they were ever cleaned while we stayed. It was terrible!!!

The park is in a beautiful setting and very comfortable. We stayed in a 42 foot fifth wheel and had plenty of room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The KOA was beautiful! Very well maintained. I also want to recognize a rv repair company that I had to use while staying at the park. Eric with West Yellowstone rv repair and handyman came out to fix a clog in my black tank. It was not an easy job but he worked until he resolved the issue. If you ever need a repair, I highly recommend him!!!

Cabin was very nice and great location. Very pretty. When we arrived after check-in time, our cabin was not ready and they did not give an estimate of when it would be. Quite inconvenient.

While the staff was friendly, they were understaffed. The shower house/restrooms were dirty all the time. Hook up was difficult due to poor water connection and power cords didn't fit the power boxes. Also, it was $3.00 per load to wash clothes. The site store was good.

Oh man what a gorgeous view! Even though it rained for most of our trip and it was colder then expected, we had an absolute blast. The attendants were so helpful!

The staff here truly goes the extra mile for their guests. We are a school group that stays here on a regular basis and will continue to return. The price, the location and the accommodations are all top notch. Thanks to the KOA for hosting us.

Younger Staff seemed put off to answer questions. Not a ton of accommodations like the other KOA has- felt very unsafe with the bear warnings in the area and I wasn’t prepared for bears.The mining activity was nice but the playground needs to be updated. The swings looked like they were going to break in half.

1) Bathrooms and showers were filthy, no toilet paper in half of them. 2) If you are going to have a restaurant, it should be open everyday. I will NEVER recommend or stay at this KOA again.

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
