I booked my stay for a creek side site by the bush received my conformation over the phone and through email. However upon arriving to my site it was not on the creek and it was backed up to an rv that was loud and had a light on all night. My paper work was all scratched out from my original site on the creek. They said nothing could be done & some screwed up.

The grounds and restroom/showers were kept very clean - thank you. The campsite was reasonably quiet except for the adjacent highway with heavy truck traffic. The walking areas and the casting ponds were a nice added feature. Should have a sign on the garbage collection bins that the input holes are on the backside. The stay was good until the gas ran out that heats the hot water. The ablution block closest to us was out, forcing the entire place to use 4 showers in the other block. That ablution block ran out of gas the next morning. My husband had to have a cold shower. Luckily we left that day.

Very disappointed a with the site, it was uneven to the point we couldn't even put chair around the fire pit. We also had the same issue with our tent we weren't able to find a level space on the whole site so each night we slide down our mattress making for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. We left 2 days early due to the fact it was so difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Very few trees. The “Deluxe” spot with grass was spotty at best. I like the one down the road. Front desk staff were very rude.

I arrived 2 days later because I had trouble with my car so I had to make another reservation and pay again however the price was cheaper than I anticipated. I loved the bathrooms I thought it going to be nasty but they had warm water and were heated.

Quiet and peaceful. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. Loved the fans and air conditioning. This as my 2 time staying there. First time was a tent site. Great staff!

It was a good stay. Bathrooms should be cleaned more often. They would be filthy by the end of the day.

This was the worst KOA we have stayed at. Only one bathhouse had hot water, so the entire site had to use a few showers. The showers weren’t clean. There was blood in the sink and in the stall of one shower room for 2 days, which means if it was cleaned, it wasn’t cleaned well. I would not stay here again. The price wasn’t worth it.

Booked a cabin for six people. The cabin was only stocked with utensils for four. I asked if they could give us two more place settings, the owner said they should already be in the box. They were not.The owner stated he might be able to round some up. Not very professional.I reported seeing a mouse in the cabin. Same response.He might be able to round up a trap.Will not be back.

We went 2 plus day with restrooms and showers not having hot water , nor were we notified that the restaurant would be closed . The customer service wasn’t there . Location great as long as you didn’t have to ask questions

Mike and his staff are so wonderful and helpful with local info....but the big plus is how Mike worked around the busiest September in 20 years to extend our stay for three extra days

Fine place to stay. Really disappointed that there was no food to buy. Not sure how not having food helps stop COVID.

This is a really nice park and is convenient to Yellowstone. The restrooms were clean and the facility is well maintained.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about any questions we asked them. Showers were always clean. We did not feel we had staff breathing down our throats like a lot of Koa that we have stayed at very enjoyable experience

This is the second time we've stayed at your campground and really enjoy it. Clean, nice and all the staff are very friendly. We look forward to our next visit to Yellowstone and will stay here again. Cheers!

Not at all what we expected. Check in, the lady was absolutely RUDE. not friendly or welcoming at all. Why would you have her working for you? I would be embarrassed. The campsite was bogus. Not flat or even remotely decent for a tent. Our grill for the firepit was bent and broken.. completely useless. Was told bathrooms closest to us didn't have hot water.... uhm.... yeah they did.

I stayed in a tent site, and the location next to the stream was great. However, the tent sites are all so close together there is no privacy and we had some loud neighbors that kept us up late. I wish there was some fence or more division between sites. However, we did check in late, and the late check in went smoothly.

First stay with KOA, very nice, cabin was clean loved the quiet hours, staff was great. Only thing that could improve is wifi. I could not get any wifi at cabin 1 it just kept telling me to move closer.

We stayed 4 nights while visiting Yellowstone. The campground was clean and quiet and the sites were decently spaced. It is 7 miles from the campground to the west entrance to the park, but that was an easy drive. The woman who checked us in on arrival was pretty abrupt, but when I went back to the store later everyone was nice.

I would give it a 4 rating but very disappointed on the amenities. It said WIFi was available. After checking in we found out it was a first come first serve basis. The 3 days I stayed there I probably was able to get on for 10 minutes before 0700. Since the park or town/restaurants don’t have service or WiFi very upset that I couldn’t even use it. Got there, was given an extremely un-level site. Put 4 blocks under both left tires, probably needed 2/3 more which would be unsafe. Called office for help, explaining I have acid reflux and can't sleep with my head below my feet. A guy named John called me a "primadonna", he refused to even come to the site to inspect the conditions, AND THEN HE THREW US OUT OF THE PARK FOR CALLING OFFICE.

Completely enjoyed being by the river and hearing the elk bugle. Then was super surprised how nice the shower facility is. Very nice campground!

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
