The staff was friendly and very helpful I was able to add a day to my stay when I decided to arrive earlier than the reserved schedule Then we ended up being able to add a day at the end for an unplanned horseback ride in the National Forest. They were also very gracious about sweeping and mopping the floor in our cabin when we asked. I would definitely stay at this campground again.

Very uncomfortable sleeping - I would think that the KOA would invest in better quality mattresses for both the bunk beds and regular bed. Also, the couch, pullout bed was TERRIBLE.

Tent site had no flat surface (C126). Front desk staff not friendly…expect more from a higher profile KOA. Shower facilities were fairly nice.

I bought two sites, one for me and one for my parents. Unfortunately, the folks parked next to my parents, were loud all the way till 1:30 in the morning. When I spoke to the camp folks next morning, they were helpful, giving a number to call but it would be better to have staff in place that walk the grounds occasionally, to ensure folks are being respectful.

Staff was very friendly & helpful. Our side was spacious with a the gravel driveway. Beautiful views & only a 10 minute drive to West Yellowstone. We would stay here again.

The people were so friendly and kind. The park itself was amazing. Such a beautiful setting, well maintained and thought was put into the way it was laid out. Will definitely stay there again!

Children were very loud. Had to breakdown and move camp twice. Was unable to stay in same spot due to having to cancel first day because of bad weather.

Great location, we really loved camping by the stream. The only downside was the proximity to the main road. It was fairly loud at night. Overall, we loved our stay and would come again!

Great place to stay! Can’t understand why tho that their restaurant has to close after Labor Day when they are full until closing Oct 1. They also NEED a big working spa hot tub for people who have walked miles.

The stay was great, bathrooms were amazing and clean (you. have your own room with a shower, sink, and facilities which was like being at a hotel!!). Wifi was not that great but hey it was vacation ... we can live without wifi!! :)

Nice space, friendly and helpful staff. I gave an overall rating of a 4 because the bathrooms/showers needed a little bit of attention regarding cleanliness.

Everything worked out well and the cabin we stayed in was very comfortable. When I made this reservation I did make it using my KOA account. Is there any way I can receive credit for this now under my KOA account. Thanks.

Great stay. Clean and friendly. Level pad. Easy access. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is I’ve seen other places with more amenities. Have to reserve a rating for them. I highly recommend West Yellowstone.

When we got to our spot, number 40, it was already occupied. I knocked on their doyand they apologized for their mistake. They were supposed to park at spot number 41 so we parked there instead of haythem move at 8:00 pm when they were alreayset and hooked.

This RV park is nice and employees were nice. We had a nice site snuggled up behind some wonderful spruce trees. It backs up to a very busy highway with considerable truck noise all night long. Usually we can ignore this but it never seemed to slow down 24/7. When we camp we like for the noise to quieten down by evening. The noise never went away, even inside with all doors and windows closed

Of all the KOAs we stated at during this trip (3 in total) this was the worst. The team was friendly and helpful but the amenities was very poor (lake of serving dishes and eateries, unclean linens, and overall maintenance level). Unfortunately we will not be back or recommend…

1st site we were given had standing water on the gravel pad due to a water leak. 2nd site was not level and required blocks under wheels to help level the motorhome

Quiet . Convenient drive to West Yellowstone . Close drive to west gate entrance to the park . Nice friendly staff .

Mike was amazing. He was so accommodating and helpful. He assisted with the original reservation until the day we left with whatever we needed. The facilities were very nice and our tent site was great.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The camp ground itself was just beautiful! That little stream right behind our tent was so soothing. The facilites was very close by and kept fairly clean.

Upon arrival the staff was cold and rude! They were so unfriendly we knew we had made a mistake because we had just left the Kia Holiday 1.5 miles up the road by mistake and everyone was wonderful and so helpful to us. The showers were nasty. Will not ever stay again or refer it to other travelers.

If you can’t stay in the park, the location was perfect. Sites were ample size and we were able to park easily. Friendly people!

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
