Was not impressed from the start a very rude lady from the office came out yelling from the start because my trailer was about 1ft in the road yelled at me telling me I had to move it now, then she was extremely rude through the entire check in process I think her name was Susan from Florida. I don’t plan on coming back to this KOA next trip.

After being a KOA member since 1987, I am becoming less and less a fan of the franchise. While this campground had nice restrooms/showers, we felt unwelcomed. My original reservation was for 2 nights. I added a night on the front end. At check-in I was told I would have to set up in one site, and then recheck-in AND move to a different site for the next 2 days. Why? It was a tent site. DUMB!

Excellent staff. We ordered pizza and they deliver it to your campsite! Nice and close to the west gate entrance of Yellowstone Park. We enjoyed our site with a grassy area. Bathrooms were well maintained and clean, too!

Nice place, not far from west entrance. Professional staff. Showers are free. Toilets are clean. You can buy wood and other stuff at the location.

Everybody we talked too was really nice. Great location, easy access . Very nice spots to park the RV. Issues we had were : sewer hook up too high above the ground for any flow what -so - ever. We had to use the dump station . So no sense paying for full hook up. WIFI is also an issue , sketchy at best. I would still stay here because of staff and location. Also no cable TV at my site

Location was ok, being that we were out of the park. Poor customer service. Tent camping sites are very, very close to each other!! Bathrooms were very nice and clean.

Checking in and finding our spot was very fast and easy. The staff was able to answer all of our questions about the camp and the surrounding areas. The stay was very affordable and convenient to West Yellowstone.

I am a tent camper which apparently are not wanted in the KOA sites. RV's have full service inside their vehicles, tent campers do not. We are expected to poop and pee on the ground because there are no bathrooms close at hand nor is there and water close by to use for drinking or cooking or cleaning but, RV's have that service. I am extremely disappointed in this KOA campground.

Great location and nice long sites for pull thru. Very clean, nice selection in store, and very convenient to west gate access to Yellowstone. Will definitely stay here again,

The location is decent and the staff professional, but with the current rush due to Covid, they sent us away for an hour when the spot was open? Then when they let us in at after 1PM, it was mentioned the Days Inn next door is part of the company? Big open field behind it? The site was nothing spectacular for the price.

Front desk staff were very helpful and informative. Bathrooms and showers were clean and easy to access. There was both hot and cold water at the dish washing station outside the bath house. loved our stay and would go back if we return to the area :)

The location was pretty good, only about ten minutes from the west entrance. The facilities were also decent, sometimes crowded. The tent sites on the creek were nice and centrally located, but a bit rocky

We had a great open spot by the edge of camp. It was clean and well groomed. The bathrooms were very nice and clean.

Place was nice enough and a good location for Yellowstone but the WiFi is the worst I’ve seen. When I asked the manager about it he blamed the people for bringing too many devices. When another camper mentioned his site wasn’t level he said nobody else has complained. No personal responsibility just gave excuses. Nice guy though. Needs to take ownership of issues and not make excuses

This was our first time staying at a KOA and we were IMPRESSED! We camped in a tent and had a beautiful location. The check in staff was very helpful and friendly. Our tent and belongings remained safe at our campsite all day while we were gone and the few other campers we met were very pleasant. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! We will definitely choose KOA again!

I usually score hard like this when the site isn't level. The one thing a campground can do is level the site so the rv does not struggle to level it. I had to park the trailer in mid parking slot because the back right of the slot is really low. I didn't have enough blocks to get it level. Parking in mid slot left the rear of my truck in the driveway so I was afraid someone would hit my truck.

Excellent stay. Clean bathrooms and the service was very nice. The tent sites are pretty close to each other so at night if you have noisy neighbors you're just out of luck. Everything else was great.

We stayed in a tent camping spot next to the creek. It was very peaceful to fall asleep to the sound of the creek at night. The workers were very helpful, nice, and informative. I would definitely come back to stay again in the future. :)

Rudeness of the employees at check in was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had!!! Not only were they rude but also untrained and balled faced lied to us

I got in at 9:55 pm and they were still open. The staff was great and I slept like a baby down by Denny Creek . I would give them an A+.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Cabin was very very clean and comfortable for our family. The campground itself was also very clean. Very quiet at night. I will certainly be staying again!!

Very comfortable stay, Quiet at night with nice neighbors! Excellent clean bathroom & shower facilities, easy check-in & check-out with friendly staff! Perfect Location:Very close to West Gate of Yellowstone Park, so convenient to all of the sight-seeing on the west side of Yellowstone! Easy access to food, gas, shopping, etc. Campground was full, but it didn't seem crowded. Great experience!

We paid for a on a single tent campsite. The site to our left had three tents, three cars, 8 people and a dog. We pled to be moved to a diff site but were denied. The neighbors stayed up late drinking and swearing while I tried to get my three children to sleep. The next day we found a sign taped to our tent telling us to move because we were "infringing" on someone else's. Staff was of no help.

Where to start, let’s start with positive, clean sites and bathrooms. That ends the positive features. Office staff, seems to lack any personal communication skills. The ground staff does rounds at 10 pm exactly and there is Zero tolerance for talking. You can though utilize spotlights or giant LED’s to make a three course dim sum, dumpling party and of course finish it with some green tea.

At first I was a little iffy about the per night price, but well worth it! Clean, great facilities, general store has everything and fair prices!! Definitely recommended!!

Asked for electricity at site. Told none but a tent site had an electric box and was unused 2-3 of our 4 day stay. Also at first office help a little standoffish almost rude. Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Good amenities but the $60/night campsite had uneven ground and a lot of mud. Definitely not an ideal camping site

It was an overall pleasant stay, the staff were helpful and the facilities were close to our site. Few things to improve is the maintenance of our site, we were in a spot with trees with lots of roots making it tricky to find a comfortable spot for our tent and the tree branches were too low so we always hit them when we walk around. Bathrooms are relatively clean but could be use more care.

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
