Was a great tent site right on the creek. Very peaceful with great area to walk your dog. Hot showers and clean facilities. Staff was very helpful and nice. Would definitely stay again just a little outside of the town but worth it.

I'm very sad to say this was the worst KOA I've stayed at (and I've stayed at a lot, all across the country). The two ladies who checked me in weren't helpful at all, borderline rude. By the looks of the sites, I would never had guessed it was a KOA. I would definitely advise anyone who asks, to avoid this park.

Worst tent camping experience ever. Campsites were on top of each other and we literally had to whisper in our tent. We checked in 12 September 2021 for a six night stay and left the next day. The staff inextricably crammed all tent campers into the same area when there were other options. Poor training/they just don’t care. The bathroom and showers were excellent. Absolutely no privacy campsite

Nice park, though close to noisy highway. Apparently, expanding site with additional construction over the next year or so. Clean, with helpful, friendly staff. About 8 miles from Yellowstone Park western entrance.

The camp sites are easy to find, great size and layout. Bathrooms/shower house being close to each site is a plus. Office staff is exceptional, not only in their knowledge of the campground but of the surrounding area! Only downside is it’s somewhat close to the road and you can hear passing traffic from the camp sites.

This West Yellowstone Campground is the best we ever stayed! Beautiful and inspiring view! Gorgeous! But the hostess who has long blond hair hung on her back and wears glasses..she needs to handle her behavior when I entered the office! Whoa! She wasn't giving me her friendly hello! Just saying! But the atmosphere of West Yellowstone is WOW and so clean! Thank you!

The site was sufficient, but bland. Employees seemed generally unhappy, & one was downright rude.

Beautiful location. Easy in and out. Bathrooms needed a good scrubbing.

great customer service at front desk.....helpful in moving us when they saw i had a cane...and moved us closer to bathrooms...very appreciated... we have stayed here before, but this visit the bathrooms were in great need of care.... ie mold growing on inside of shower doors.... floors needed to be thouroughly scrubbed, ceiling vents needed to be cleaned. thank you for your attention to this.

We loved the campground, staff was very friendly, the park was nice and clean. The fire pit was nice along with the swing. The only negative I have which is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is that the pad was very un-level. One of the worse I have encountered in all my trips. With that said I would stay here again.

My wife and I were very happy at the KOA it was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful the only thing We did not like was the dog poop in the dog park and as we walked our own dogs we noticed that there was dog poop in the grass areas some dog owners weren't picking up after their dogs. Overall it was a great experience

Nice park, nice staff. I would not recommend staying here if you want to spend a lot of time in Yellowstone. It is 40 plus minutes to the first intersection inside the park.

The staff was wonderful, but the sites designed for big rigs were not level.

They preselect my site and would not change when I arrived. Told that the park was full but the equivalent site across from me was empty for my entire 4 night stay. Put me immediately adjacent to restroom. Had people walking through my site constantly for entire stay. Also would not honor the KOA free night for 9/11/21. Nice shower house did not offset the other issues.

RV sites are spacious and well manicured. Staff was friendly and anxious to help. The views at this KOA far surpass any other KOA. There are several ponds and a large field to stroll through.

It was nice, but little shade trees. The KOA down the road to the east seemed to have more trees and landscaping. Other than that, the stay was fine.

I only gave it a 4 because of the cleanliness of the cabin, which wasn’t very clean. Silverware container was dirty as was the floor and counters. It was an easy fix but shouldn’t have required the guest to have to do.

This is really a great park. The prices are excellent and you are only 10 minutes from the West Gate at Yellowstone and the town of West Yellowstone which has plenty of shops, etc for your needs. Although they said not to expect much from WiFi, I found it to be excellent and yes, you can stream on line. Quiet area.

Stay was great. Only downside is only was able to stay one night and then had to move down the road 1.5 miles to the nearby KOA to complete my visit. Is there a way the two KOA’s could coordinate scheduling so I would not need to move?

The person on the phone when calling was extremely rude and unkind. Would not stop here again based on her.

The bed in our camping cabin was like sleeping on a rock slab. There was no Wi Fi even though it was included in the price.

We traveled to Montana to spread ashes of a loved one that passed and needed some where we could stay while doing it. We found this KOA and booked our stay. It lived up to the name for sure. Staff were extremely friendly, the property was clean, and the other guest were very friendly and quiet.

This is a very nice campground. Checking in was very easy and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The facilities are great. I especially liked the shower facility. You have a private secure room with a toilet/shower combo.

WiFi non-existent. Staff didn’t smile or greet us upon arrival, we felt unwelcome. Your KOA is the first KOA we have visited where a military discount was not given. We won’t be back.

Bring a lot of leveling tools because this site took us 3x as long as our normal to set up due to being so unlevel. The only other con was that they have zero lighting at night. Otherwise it was super close to Yellowstone and the ladies that checked us in were nice.

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
