Very clean resort. Well maintained. Nice office and store. Staff was very nice. Creek nice but very small. No fishing here. Laundry room and bathroom very nice. I would stay again. We had a cabin

Beautiful place and enjoyed my stay! I would add that the dumpsters confused many people and a sign should be placed telling visitors that they need to go around. I saw someone slam their hand in it. The coyote was neat to see but it sure figured out the garbage situation!

Spotless clean and private restrooms and showers. Lousy wifi. Helpful staff. Good facilities, good access ways, Why can't you fix the wifi?

Our stay at KOA Yellowstone Park/Mountainside was really nice. The grounds are well-maintained, and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. The staff are very good at what they do, and so nice and helpful. This was our first experience with KOA We're so happy that we chose this campground. We loved it!

Beautiful camp ground and friendly staff. Staying outside the park was a real pain because of the line of cars and the wait to get into the park but the stay in the campground was nice.

Our cabin was perfect for everything we needed to stay comfortable. We really enjoyed how close it was to everything!

Check-in person acted like she wanted to be somewhere else. Not a happy camper. I had to prompt her to show us where our spot was, and then she guided us in the wrong direction! Good area for walking and lots of pets but very small pet park.

Showers and laundry rooms were filthy. We are still in COVID. Site next to us had a water leak that was never attended to in the 2 weeks we were there - but it was rented - big mud puddles making it very difficult to park and level. Staff was less than friendly.

Wonderful location, tour picked us up at camp store. Laundry clean and lots of washers. Store pretty well stocked. With this large CG, I would like to have had Bathroom cleaning 2x day, needed it first thing in am with so many users. The only down is very poor if not on existing wifi or cell. Unless you are directly behind the store and laundry. Lovely environment with walking trails.

We were quite pleased that you had space available. Biggest disappointment was the extremely low water pressure - barely enough to rinse off in the shower. As we were only sleeping and bathing at the site, shower was important.

The hosts are friendly and KOA camps are always clean. It may just have been our campsite but it was not level and had some big dips that made it difficult to level my trailer. This KOA doesn’t have a lot of trees like another KOA down the road closer to West Yellowstone. The other camp looked nicer than the one we stayed at.

Lovely campground with wonderful hosts/volunteers. This was my first time pulling my little vintage trailer and last minute I asked for a pull through and they happily accommodated which I greatly appreciated. Very quiet and clean sites.

Largest space I've ever had between campsites - that in itself will bring us back. Well maintained, very pleasant staff, easy to get in and out, and if it wasn't for all the smoke coming out of California it would have been a great view. Oh, and the dogs loved the dog park!

Stayed in the Vacation Rental Cabin and loved every minute of it. Cabin was clean and had everything I needed to cook and be comfortable. Built a fire in the fire ring and had such a relaxing evening by the fire. I will definitely rent another cabin from KOA in the future!

There was a mishap with the electric box being shared with our neighbors (they had the problem) but the staff quickly jumped to figure out a solution. Everything for my wife and i was perfect. Couldn't be happier.

The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. We stay in cabin #2 and the mattress was awful. We had to ask for more blankets to be able to add it to the bed for more cushing.

$260 for a cabin no hot water - didn't even make it for one fully shower WiFi did not work - anywhere in the KOA much less in the cabin showers were nice, grounds were nice -

Very clean and open spaces . Close to Yellowstone. Only improvement is I bathrooms needed a good scrub . Things were wiped down but not clean . Maybe we came before a deep clean cause maintenance was around doing lots of grounds work . Store staff was friendly and stayed open late

Clean campground but over priced. They get you anyway they can. $3 to wash and $2 to dry your clothes. I’m at another KOA and paid $2.75 to wash and dry

Very convenient, and very reasonable pricing. Bathroom/Shower building was very clean and pleasant. This is our second time camping here at this location, and we definitely will be back!

We loved this KOA! The campgrounds are well kept, gorgeous views, friendly staff, well equipped general store. Our site was nice and would request the same one again. Anytime our family is in West Yellowstone this is where we will be staying!

We stayed in the full bath cabins for 2 nights, they were great and more reasonable than a hotel room. My only recommendation would be to enlarge the main bet to a queen, the full size is tight for 2 people.

What a beautiful area, we particularly liked the stream running around the outside of the park. Very easy to get in and out of with a big fifth wheel

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
