Don't know the name of the man who runs this campground but he really needs to be fired .. We checked in at 5 pm all was good , set our tents up and went for a ride in Yellowstone on motorcycles , came back at 9:45 to get a few groceries and cook some dinner .. well that idea went out the window in a hurry .. this so called owner- manager who ever he is came running out the door saying where closi

Was there for 3 days. The staff was friendly and sites fairly level. Really no complaints about this park.

Cudos to Sandy, Gabby, and Joe. Now as an Army veteran with PTSD, Joe was an instant hit as he is a Marine veteran of Afghanistan and has seen the elephant and as a result has PTSD. When he seems to get a little squirrelly in the turns, wrap your loving arms around him. He will NEVER be free from the impact of what he saw and did. Especially today.

If you need an unlevel stall, inadequate & uncleaned bathrooms / showers this is the place! I'm not sure about the other RV stalls, but all three hook-ups (sewer, water, and power) were very spread out. Not enough restrooms for the size of the park - usually a line of 2 -5 people. The KOA 1.5 miles closer to Yellowstone N. P. was much nicer. This KOA was in a good location though & staff was nice

Great for exploring yellowstone park. Very friendly staff and they even accepted a package for me which I needed for my camper

Loved it. Will be back but I don’t recommend T8 very small site ( seems to be the smallest site on the grounds) and not level ground for a tent.

The ponds, grounds, & gold mining were great. Wish there was a pool for kids during day. Restrooms were clean! Quiet campground aside from highway noise. Proximity to Yellowstone is excellent. The only thing that I would say is improve customer experience in the store a bit—- when you have 4 people working & one customer walks in, it’s okay to say “Hi!” Or “Welcome!” Felt like a nuisan

Our stay was AMAZING! Wonderful staff, great tent areas, bathrooms - individual toilets with showers - are also AMAZING. I do suggest mats by the showers though. The area was conveniently located to Yellowstone. Best KOA for us so far!

Just an average KOA. There is another one only 1.5 miles away that is a Holiday KOA. This is only a Journey and doesn’t have much to offer. Pretty much out in the open. Wasn’t impressed with facilities

The park was great. Check-in was ok. This was the only KOA on our 10-day western journey that we found the staff to be stand-offish and not real friendly.

I was very pleased with the area and accommodations! I felt SAFE, considering we were in bear country! The bathrooms were clean and the camp area was nice with friendly staff! I will definitely be using KOA for future camping !

The noise from the highway made it almost impossible to sleep. Campground itself was nice, campsite was nice. Convenience to Yellowstone was great

Nice, quiet and clean campgrounds. Laundry, showers and bathrooms open 24/7. Wifi didnt work in the evenings but not an issue for us. We just used mobile data for what little we needed it. Ample space between campers. We will be staying there again.

The place was very nice and clean but the woman at the front desk was rude. Not just on one occasion. Anytime we went up and asked a question she acted like we were stupid! Huge turn off!

Dumpster 80 lbs lids need to locked, someone will be hurt trying to open them, put up a sign showing the door in the back of dumpster and save yourself a law suit.

Not up to expectations staff very unfriendly. I will never stay here again. Family called for camp site. Told nothing left but while we were still in office a different person called and was given a spot. We over heard employees say yes there are spots left. Then took a long time to check in. Then before some jerk comes up and says we didn't pay. Drive 750 miles for this... multiple sites

Location was great and our cabin was stocked with everything we needed. The general store was convenient for ice and a few food options vs going into town. Highly recommend

From start to finish our stay was wonderful. Our site, the park itself, the staff and location to Yellowstone, wow! We were able to see Yellowstone way more than we thought possible because we had no worries about our motor home its safety and ours as well. Keep up the great work you are really doing it right. Staying here has been the highlight of our trip so far.

Really nice camp ground. Plenty of tent spaces. 10pm noise control is a nice touch as it was pretty busy. Bathrooms were pretty dirty though. Lots of stains on the toilets and hair and grime on the showers and floors that didn't seem to be cleaned for the duration of our stay (3 says). Very good laundry room. Very convenient to Yellowstone west entrance and the town. Staff were helpful.

Nice campground. Would be nice for RV spots to have trees, pretty bare. Was surprised how many available spots open for the time of year we were there (July).Only one host knew how to book spots. Nice store and facilities.

Nice site. More room than many. Well kept and just felt relaxed while there. Dog park too small for big dogs but a huge area around sever small ponds to walk them and let them run.

It was nice. Not a lot to do. Had no ice. We were told that the county was out of ice. Pretty much true. The convenience to the park was very nice. Campers need to get to the park way before 8:00AM. Took us 2 hours to get from the center of town to Old Faithful.

Although there was a little confusion at check in the staff was able to accommodate my early check in. We enjoyed our stay even though we got rained out the first 2 days and wasn't able to have a campfire. The beauty of the resort was enough to ease the disappointment.

The campground met all our expections. Although the daily rate was over double what we had paid for out entire trip from MN to Yelllowstone.

The staff were helpful, the bathrooms were clean and lovely, the laundry facilities were available and worked well. Complaints were that the bathrooms were very far away from the tent area we stayed in and no checking on compliance with evening quiet time so we were kept up every single night. Wish staff could drive around campsite at 10 pm with reminder about quiet time.

My only issue was receiving an email before we came that fire ring campfires were allowed. So we brought our food to be cooked over the fire, only to get there and find out the weren't allowed. So w e had to change all our food plans and spend far more money on dinner, and ice to take the food we brought back home. An accurate email would have helped.

I was very disappointed with our site. Sites 187-189 were right on top of each other and there was barley any room to set up our tent. We couldn't even park at our site we had to park by one of the cabins. The site I reserved was suppose to be a grassy site but site 188 that we were assigned was dirt and mud by the time we left. When we took a shower at 10:00 PM the water was cold.

New camp lot gravel cause us to sink and not be real level. Was to have cable but new site wasn’t hooked into cable. WiFi was also unusable.

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
