It was a great stay. We tent camped and there was lots of space for our tent, to cook, play games and for our vehicle. The facilities were well kept and clean. It was beautiful. My only thing was that the ground was a little lumpy so I recommend having a sleeping pad or air mattress! Otherwise it was great.

Rooms had spider webs in all the windows, dead fly on window sill, top of refrigerator very dirty, floors dirty, water pressure very low, found Spider-Man sunglasses and a blue capsule, gummie candies, dust & paper under the sofa. Bed linen was clean, bathrooms super clean, refrigerator & microwave clean. Cabins very cute & nice. Staff were most of the time nice & helpful at times rude & short.

Spots are not level for Motor homes needs Improvement , also sewer is way higher then the uneven spot where your motor home sits great challenge to get sewer to go uphill so.... RV Spots needs added dirt with gravel to level, also make it level to sewer pipe or a gradual angel down to sewer pipe.

It was nice but lacked some amenities the other West Yellowstone KOA had, I was under the impression all KOAs served pancake breakfast but this one did not. The cabin was nice and well situated for as tightly located as the sites were.

The park and staff was great. This is a perfect campground to visit Yellowstone Park. The only complaint would be that the sewer hook ups are too high off the ground. It was entertaining to watch campers fight with emptying sewer lines

My tent site was crowded into a fenced pen in rear of park...must have been overflow. Not very private or natural...cars drive by raise clouds of dust. Store had no ice.

Great stay, loved the 2 bedroom cabin as was good size for our family of 4. Amenities very good, pizza decent. Camp ground nice layout. Really the only criticism would be that half of the towels that were provided were so dingy and stained we did not feel comfortable using them. I’ll be time to recycle some of those towels.

Good value, and close enough to Yellowstone West. It felt like they were they were understaffed. The desk team were very helpful, maintenance is on sight and friendly. This is a basic campsite offering, everything worked fine, and the stay was overall adequate.

Good time in a tent right by the stream, very peaceful. Manager was very attentive to an issue we had with a neighbor and resolved it immediately!

Well-kept campground, good location, helpful staff. The manager personally drove out to check on a cloud of smoke that was worrying us; thanks for going the extra mile.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restrooms were clean and available. Very close to the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. I wish the WiFi signal was better near the tent sites, but that is understandable. The Registration building had plenty of seating on the deck area to sit and receive a strong WiFi signal for my device.

Not as nice as other KOAs. No matter the time of day or the shower house used, facilities were dirtier than expected. A mat outside the shower would help along with a bucket of hot water and a mop available for self clean up. WiFi password did not work. Tent site was not even close to level and was basically a dirt patch. After the rain it was a mud pit. Pro-check in was easy and people were nice.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The site, indeed, all their sites, have a good view of the mountains. WiFi was great.

The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. They got us another night when we forgot to book one. The bathrooms were addiquate but things were crowded do to the full house the park had.

We loved this KOA campground! Not too far from the west entrance of Yellowstone NP. The staff are so kind and great! Mike helped us check in at night even though they had just closed down. Joe helped guide us to our spot. And the staff were overall kind and informative. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We were really glad we found this place last minute, it was super comfy!

Our dump was so high off the ground that it made dumping a nightmare. The women that work there were mean. One lady yelled at my kids for playing by the playground. There is no coin dispenser in the laundry and if you don’t have cash, the office won’t give you quarters. I had to drive to the other KOA to get quarters for my laundry. I was so mad. Won’t be coming back here ever.

The staff are very helpful and pleasant but the toilets and showers were not regularly cleaned and the tent sites are very close together with very little privacy.

My biggest complaint is that the shower houses need repair, and they aren’t very clean. Shower doors that didn’t stay closed, some that had gaps in the doors because the silicone didn’t hold them together anymore. Water on the floors. Otherwise it’s location is perfect, deluxe cabins are nice, staff friendly

Very nice campground and the staff was very nice and courteous. Cabin 6 was perfect for the 5 of us the only complaint was under the queen size bed was extremely dusty and had a pair of socks left behind from the tenants before. We wouldn’t have noticed but a shoe went under the bed and so much dust came out with it as I pulled it out. Other thank that it was a pleasant stay.

Very family oriented and friendly KOA. Clean facilities and beautiful campground in a great location. Staff is all very kind and friendly. Mike really went above and beyond for us which is greatly appreciated. I will def return and recommend this place to others.

We paid for a site with a grass tent pad with electric and water. We were given an RV pull through with no grass. We set our tent up on the camp spot next to ours in hopes that our neighbors wouldn’t mind sharing their grass with us. Thankfully they didn’t, we shared one grass pad and even then, our tent was half way on the gravel. I will not be back.

Our 2 night reservation ended up being in 2 tent sites. I know from having run a KOA when that happens you can often turn one site twice and leave one open for the camper needing 2 nights. We asked twice if that were possible, told no without the associates checking the reservation system for other sites that could be turned. Not always possible to accommodate, we understand, but at least check.

We really liked the campground. Staff was great!! Our cabin was nice but we did not feel that it was worth $300/night. All beds were awful, no nightstands, kitchen was not properly stocked. We actually left a pairing knife, chef knife and griddle for the next campers. Totalling more than $50. There was a dog that incessantly barked starting at 7am every morning. We have 2 dogs. Would stay again

This stay was for a family reunion and we all had Deluxe Cabins, which were very clean and accommodating for all our needs. The staff was very good and the grounds were well kept.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, well-equipped store, decent playground, 10-15 mins from West Yellowstone entrance. Sites were packed tightly making it difficult to back in the camper (28’ travel trailer) without my tow vehicle hitting the tow vehicles of the sites “across the street” from my site.

I was in sight 73 which is in desperate need of gravel to level it out. The park has a large staff which does a great job of keeping it clean but they should also look at the pad sights to see what needs to be done there

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
