Great stay, loved the 2 bedroom cabin as was good size for our family of 4. Amenities very good, pizza decent. Camp ground nice layout. Really the only criticism would be that half of the towels that were provided were so dingy and stained we did not feel comfortable using them. I’ll be time to recycle some of those towels.

My biggest complaint is that the shower houses need repair, and they aren’t very clean. Shower doors that didn’t stay closed, some that had gaps in the doors because the silicone didn’t hold them together anymore. Water on the floors. Otherwise it’s location is perfect, deluxe cabins are nice, staff friendly

Very nice campground and the staff was very nice and courteous. Cabin 6 was perfect for the 5 of us the only complaint was under the queen size bed was extremely dusty and had a pair of socks left behind from the tenants before. We wouldn’t have noticed but a shoe went under the bed and so much dust came out with it as I pulled it out. Other thank that it was a pleasant stay.

We really liked the campground. Staff was great!! Our cabin was nice but we did not feel that it was worth $300/night. All beds were awful, no nightstands, kitchen was not properly stocked. We actually left a pairing knife, chef knife and griddle for the next campers. Totalling more than $50. There was a dog that incessantly barked starting at 7am every morning. We have 2 dogs. Would stay again

This stay was for a family reunion and we all had Deluxe Cabins, which were very clean and accommodating for all our needs. The staff was very good and the grounds were well kept.

Very accommodating staff. The KOA was very well maintained. The deluxe cabin we rented was very clean and spacious. We held our family reunion at this KOA and everyone had a great time. No complaints !!!!!!

Deluxe cabin- nice place next to the creek. In fairly good shape. A few things needed updated like the queen bed (old and springy) but overall a very nice stay.

We stayed in the Deluxe Cabin. We were very pleased with our cabin. Very clean and spacious for 4 people. The only draw back was that the beds were very uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Very close to West Yellowstone and great atmosphere for families. We stayed in a cabin, very well built, clean and has everything in it. Nice setting near small stream. Store with basics and a playground. Friendly staff. Only pros: toddler swing had one of 2 hinges out of place and thus could fall during use, you might not notice this right away before it is too late, so it should be fixed.

I stayed In a cabin. It was fine, I felt it could have used a deep cleaning. The window coverings need to be replaced. I would stay there again. The staff was friendly. The cabin made my trip very easy for me Thanks

For 1 night stay, I got burned when my arm slightly touched an overheated scorn lamp in my cabin. Really hot!!! If I could find any warning signs, it wouldn't happen.I have to leave without seeing a manager due to the next schedule to Yellowstone, however, they have never reach out me for 1 week. I asked them to be responsive for the prevention of injury, not my compensation. Terrible experience.

50 percent of people in the US have an I Phone. Can you provide internet we can access? Boosters could also help the signal. The mattresses are hard and the sheets have a low thread count.

We loved our week in West Yellowstone. The KOA staff was friendly and helpful. The campground was clean & quiet. The cabin rental fit our needs for the week, and had all the amenities for a relaxing time. Thank you!

Cleanliness could be improved, curtains definitely need cleaned!!! Insecticide to control the spiders would be good. Also, the whole park is too crowded.

Deluxe cabin great! Public shower rooms should be shut down by dept of health. There is black mold in shower stall doors and floor. Tile floor has buckled up and came apart. Brought to checkout staff reply was “we know they are working on it. I saw no one working on any of the stalls.

Cabin was very nice and great location. Very pretty. When we arrived after check-in time, our cabin was not ready and they did not give an estimate of when it would be. Quite inconvenient.

A two bedroom is just made for 2 adults and 2 children. Everything worked. The beds were a little too hard.

Great location near Yellowstone. Staff and Mgr. very nice and helpful. The Futon/Sleeper Sofa was broken (let office know so it could be fixed). Fairly clean - There were goldfish crackers and toys from previous guests in the couch.

Overall it was ok I guess. The campground response to the power outage was unsatisfactory in my opinion. No help was offered in any form and I will likely stay somewhere else on my next visit.

Quiet and peaceful. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. Loved the fans and air conditioning. This as my 2 time staying there. First time was a tent site. Great staff!

Booked a cabin for six people. The cabin was only stocked with utensils for four. I asked if they could give us two more place settings, the owner said they should already be in the box. They were not.The owner stated he might be able to round some up. Not very professional.I reported seeing a mouse in the cabin. Same response.He might be able to round up a trap.Will not be back.

First stay with KOA, very nice, cabin was clean loved the quiet hours, staff was great. Only thing that could improve is wifi. I could not get any wifi at cabin 1 it just kept telling me to move closer.

I would give it a 4 rating but very disappointed on the amenities. It said WIFi was available. After checking in we found out it was a first come first serve basis. The 3 days I stayed there I probably was able to get on for 10 minutes before 0700. Since the park or town/restaurants don’t have service or WiFi very upset that I couldn’t even use it. Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
