Location is great facilities are modern and well kept. Staff is welcoming. Campground has great options for every camper, RV, tent, and cabins.

Everything was fine as expected. Very freindly staff, nice site. My only complete would be the lack of masks being worn because of covid.

Nicely appointed campsite with a cute creek at the back. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The facilities were good, if a little grubby. My main (but minor) complaint is that in some bathrooms, the hooks for jackets/bags were directly over the toilet, which is kinda gross! There was a blank wall opposite too. The dish-washing facilities could do with a more regular clean too.

Very disappointed with our site There was a tree next to the site so we couldn’t put awning out. there was a patio type area that held rock with 2x4s that was along side the where u pull camper up. So we were constantly tripping over the 2x4s. The fire pit was approx 2 ft from our camper n u under outside kitchen. Not able to have fire. We asked for new site they denied stating they were fu

Your campsites were lovely and my husband, kids and I had a lovely time. The whole campground was clean and I really appreciated that the bathrooms were cleaned daily. I would 100% stay here again and refer friends and family!

The park is pleasant. Restrooms and showers very clean. We could not drink or cook with water. Bad taste and odor.

I booked a premium site, and we were given a shared site. We have very little space while everyone else around us that paid the same had much more. The site we were given was very uneven and we had to jack up our trailer to try and get it level- The positive- the bathrooms and showers were clean and very nice, the laundry room was large and could serve lots of campers and the staff was great

Although the campground is located right off the highway, it was quiet. The office staff was very friendly. Our Back-in campsite was pretty level and nice and wide. A really nice place to stay close to the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. We enjoyed our three night stay at this KOA.

I booked my stay for a creek side site by the bush received my conformation over the phone and through email. However upon arriving to my site it was not on the creek and it was backed up to an rv that was loud and had a light on all night. My paper work was all scratched out from my original site on the creek. They said nothing could be done & some screwed up.

The grounds and restroom/showers were kept very clean - thank you. The campsite was reasonably quiet except for the adjacent highway with heavy truck traffic. The walking areas and the casting ponds were a nice added feature. Should have a sign on the garbage collection bins that the input holes are on the backside. The stay was good until the gas ran out that heats the hot water. The ablution block closest to us was out, forcing the entire place to use 4 showers in the other block. That ablution block ran out of gas the next morning. My husband had to have a cold shower. Luckily we left that day.

Very disappointed a with the site, it was uneven to the point we couldn't even put chair around the fire pit. We also had the same issue with our tent we weren't able to find a level space on the whole site so each night we slide down our mattress making for a very uncomfortable nights sleep. We left 2 days early due to the fact it was so difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Very few trees. The “Deluxe” spot with grass was spotty at best. I like the one down the road. Front desk staff were very rude.

I arrived 2 days later because I had trouble with my car so I had to make another reservation and pay again however the price was cheaper than I anticipated. I loved the bathrooms I thought it going to be nasty but they had warm water and were heated.

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
