It was a good stay. Bathrooms should be cleaned more often. They would be filthy by the end of the day.

This was the worst KOA we have stayed at. Only one bathhouse had hot water, so the entire site had to use a few showers. The showers weren’t clean. There was blood in the sink and in the stall of one shower room for 2 days, which means if it was cleaned, it wasn’t cleaned well. I would not stay here again. The price wasn’t worth it.

Bathhouse was VERY clean and nice. Staff was accommodating and the pizza was great.

We went 2 plus day with restrooms and showers not having hot water , nor were we notified that the restaurant would be closed . The customer service wasn’t there . Location great as long as you didn’t have to ask questions

Mike and his staff are so wonderful and helpful with local info....but the big plus is how Mike worked around the busiest September in 20 years to extend our stay for three extra days

Fine place to stay. Really disappointed that there was no food to buy. Not sure how not having food helps stop COVID.

This is a really nice park and is convenient to Yellowstone. The restrooms were clean and the facility is well maintained.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about any questions we asked them. Showers were always clean. We did not feel we had staff breathing down our throats like a lot of Koa that we have stayed at very enjoyable experience

This is the second time we've stayed at your campground and really enjoy it. Clean, nice and all the staff are very friendly. We look forward to our next visit to Yellowstone and will stay here again. Cheers!

Not at all what we expected. Check in, the lady was absolutely RUDE. not friendly or welcoming at all. Why would you have her working for you? I would be embarrassed. The campsite was bogus. Not flat or even remotely decent for a tent. Our grill for the firepit was bent and broken.. completely useless. Was told bathrooms closest to us didn't have hot water.... uhm.... yeah they did.

I stayed in a tent site, and the location next to the stream was great. However, the tent sites are all so close together there is no privacy and we had some loud neighbors that kept us up late. I wish there was some fence or more division between sites. However, we did check in late, and the late check in went smoothly.

We stayed 4 nights while visiting Yellowstone. The campground was clean and quiet and the sites were decently spaced. It is 7 miles from the campground to the west entrance to the park, but that was an easy drive. The woman who checked us in on arrival was pretty abrupt, but when I went back to the store later everyone was nice.

Got there, was given an extremely un-level site. Put 4 blocks under both left tires, probably needed 2/3 more which would be unsafe. Called office for help, explaining I have acid reflux and can't sleep with my head below my feet. A guy named John called me a "primadonna", he refused to even come to the site to inspect the conditions, AND THEN HE THREW US OUT OF THE PARK FOR CALLING OFFICE.

Completely enjoyed being by the river and hearing the elk bugle. Then was super surprised how nice the shower facility is. Very nice campground!

We loved this campground! It is very close to Yellowstone National Park and convenient for our visit there. The bathrooms and showers were clean and nice. The sites were very nice as well. We will probably stay here again - many times!

Unisex Shower Room in shower/laundry room closest to office was my favorite part. Second favorite thing was the ponds for walking my dogs away from other campers because many of them had dogs too. Least favorite thing was the WiFi being so off and on. Suggestion: get booster routers and place in several places around the campground.

It was a quiet campground. Didn’t hear a lot of traffic. Very close to West entrance of Yellowstone. Bathrooms and showers were nice but they didn’t keep them as clean as I’d like. The campground was full and I understand there’s lots of people in and out.

We had a great time. You are not packed in tightly it the sites like some Rv parks. Staff was friendly. We made reservations already for next year!

We were traveling with a group of friends / 3 rvs And one of our group was given a spot farther from the 2. When we requested it at check in the counter person just laughed it off . Did not give any explanation and just ignored us . After pulling in we notice there was available spot closer to our 2 friends. Our spot was tight next to a tree with class A. Need better customer service .

We came in late and were giving a site near the restrooms. No problem as we warned it was near the restrooms and electrical box. What wasn't mentioned was the LP tank 10 feet from where we were supposed to have a fire. Not ok especially since they charged us $89 - you are taking advantage of customers. Will not recommend or stay at ANY KOA's again. Seriously, shame on you!

Shower hot water was broken, and when we checked in, they said it would not be fixed during our stay.

Pasture like site very uneven terrain, had to lift one side of the camper 4 inches to reach level, but there was water coming from a leak under that tire, when we left we had settled 2 inches, picnic table was horrible, couldn't use it, when you tried to use it it would totter. Asked to be moved, told nothing else was available, sites were booked 10 months ago. Horrible experience, don't know how

Staff was excellent and every single one of them had a great attitude. Also, the facilities were always clean, and the store was nicely stocked. This was definitely a great camp trip!

Bathrooms were filthy anytime we used them.Wonder if you could hire someone to clean them every half hour since your business is doing so good.

Site 65, worst site/campground we have ever had at koa. Shame on koa for charging $80 per nite. Sites are Uneven grade,sewer hookup were useless,wifi useless, sites are stacked too close together,no shade,couldn't wait to leave. Regrade the sites, adjust the sewer drains to ground level,put in wifi boosters

The park was full but I was assigned a site next to the tent area which was fine. I was in site C166 and it could use some leveling. Everything was fine and I had a comfortable night. The price was good too, comparable to other KOA RV parks.

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
