My one complaint is the location of the tent sites. The highway noise is terrible until well after midnight and starts right up at 5am. I suggest putting the RVs next to the highway and moving the tent sites as far away from the noisy highway as possible. Everything else was as expected for a KOA. But I would not recommend this KOA to tent campers, based on the hwy noise, except as a last resort.

I was camping and had the worst campsite I have ever had at any KOA. The site was so full of tree roots the only semi level spot to put up a tent was where you park your vehicle. That particular site should be eliminated.

The staff were very friendly! The bathrooms were very far away from the tent sites. The bathrooms and showers didn't get cleaned all weekend, and the campground was full. That resulted in very dirty bathrooms and showers. The general store didn't open until 10am on Saturday morning, which was very inconvenient. Other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Friendly staff. Bathrooms were very unkempt. Muddy floors and water pooling on the floors. Hair in the drains. One shower was missing a shower head. I only saw them cleaning the bathrooms once a day.

I was completely disappointed with this campground. i expected more options for my boys to do stuff. Corn hole, swimming and other fun things for the kids. It didn't have anything except a playground. Would never come back!!! I needed to do some work but couldn't because the internet was so bad.

Shower toilets dirty, one no tp, another no soap. No soap or coin machines in laundry The washer I first used didn't work after putting money in it. Friendly staff, nice spot near a small brook.

Other than how dirty the bathrooms would get the place was amazing. There were also other campers who were up till 11 cooking near where we were that was keeping us awake.

We loved our tent campsite right next to the stream. The sites are a little tight, but we didn't feel crowded by our neighbors, no one was noisy, and we had two peaceful nights.

It was so great having comfortable amenities while camping. We had a really easy and relaxing time. I also wanted to point out one employee who was responsible for cleaning the restrooms at night. He had a really difficult day involving a bear that had been hit by a car and he was so kind and helpful despite having such a hard day. I just wanted to let you guys know how great he was!

Worst place to stay in Yellowstone! Do yourself a favor and sleep on the street or your car, you will have a better experience there I guarantee you!

It is a good place to lay your head if you are just looking for that so you can run around Yellowstone and surrounding areas. We were also close to a rodeo just down the highway which was fun for one evening. The bathrooms were super busy and I thought they would have been cleaned more often, especially after a busy night. It is nice to have a little store on the property.

The staff was not pleasurable at all. For the size of the campground they definitely need more toilets just for going pee. There were sometimes we waited 15-30 min just to use the restroom

We loved staying here for our trip to Yellowstone. Our tent spot right along the creek not only was beautiful but a great noise to fall asleep to at night. The bathrooms and showers were well managed and a great luxury after spending several sweaty days in the park. We don’t have kids so we didn’t use the playground, volleyball net, or corn hole but thought that was an awesome feature.

Worst KOA stay ever. WiFi doesn't work(why have it and then tell your guests that it won't work satisfactorily). Showers are FILTHY! Showers are COLD! 2 nights in a row at different times. No flat area for tent at tent site. Won't be back.

It was a great stay. We tent camped and there was lots of space for our tent, to cook, play games and for our vehicle. The facilities were well kept and clean. It was beautiful. My only thing was that the ground was a little lumpy so I recommend having a sleeping pad or air mattress! Otherwise it was great.

My tent site was crowded into a fenced pen in rear of park...must have been overflow. Not very private or natural...cars drive by raise clouds of dust. Store had no ice.

Good time in a tent right by the stream, very peaceful. Manager was very attentive to an issue we had with a neighbor and resolved it immediately!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restrooms were clean and available. Very close to the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. I wish the WiFi signal was better near the tent sites, but that is understandable. The Registration building had plenty of seating on the deck area to sit and receive a strong WiFi signal for my device.

Not as nice as other KOAs. No matter the time of day or the shower house used, facilities were dirtier than expected. A mat outside the shower would help along with a bucket of hot water and a mop available for self clean up. WiFi password did not work. Tent site was not even close to level and was basically a dirt patch. After the rain it was a mud pit. Pro-check in was easy and people were nice.

The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. They got us another night when we forgot to book one. The bathrooms were addiquate but things were crowded do to the full house the park had.

We loved this KOA campground! Not too far from the west entrance of Yellowstone NP. The staff are so kind and great! Mike helped us check in at night even though they had just closed down. Joe helped guide us to our spot. And the staff were overall kind and informative. The facilities were clean and well maintained. We were really glad we found this place last minute, it was super comfy!

The staff are very helpful and pleasant but the toilets and showers were not regularly cleaned and the tent sites are very close together with very little privacy.

Very family oriented and friendly KOA. Clean facilities and beautiful campground in a great location. Staff is all very kind and friendly. Mike really went above and beyond for us which is greatly appreciated. I will def return and recommend this place to others.

Our 2 night reservation ended up being in 2 tent sites. I know from having run a KOA when that happens you can often turn one site twice and leave one open for the camper needing 2 nights. We asked twice if that were possible, told no without the associates checking the reservation system for other sites that could be turned. Not always possible to accommodate, we understand, but at least check.

Pretty area, and convenient. Here's the "buts"... but, the Tent site was noisy right next to creek, literally 3' away. 54 decibels to be exact. Got up and finished the night sleeping in the car to get some peace & quite. but, While we paid for it, we could not get any of the 3 mountainside wifi's to connect on any device... lost some work time.

Was not very pleased with the girls cleaning the bathroom. My children were wanting to use the restroom but we’re told they could not and to come back in a half hour. They went back and they told them to wait until they had finished after they had told them to come back again. This went on for 2 hours. We checked out because I feel this isn’t acceptable!!!

Everything was great . People were all super friendly and check-in was a breeze. Our 2 tent spots (T3 & T 4) were perfect for our needs). Only suggestion would be to clean the bathroom walls....they were a little nasty. Over all a nice camp ground.

Gorgeous view from the campsite. Bathrooms/showers pretty clean for the most part. Nice store up front. Nice staff. Would stay again.

We stayed in Cabin 9 Sept 21-24. The description said bring your own linens, but the queen bed was made up, there were towels, dishes & some utensils, a toaster, coffee maker and a few pots & pans (all kitchen things had to be washed, because the previous occupants were lazy, and put things away without dying them, or ensuring they were clean! Rude!). Very comfortable! Staff was friendly & responsive when a dryer rejected my quarters. We highly recommend!
