Great location, nice large sites, with established trees, super friendly and helpful staff. Owner is also very friendly and has a chat with you personally.

Never being to a KOA before, I was took back. Such clean restrooms, accommodations like a dog park, volleyball, basketball. When quiet times came around, it was quiet. Thanks to power being available, absolutely NO generator noise. That meant not being awaken in the middle of the night by a generator turning on. I am looking forward to staying at another KOA soon.

I would rate it higher if more spots were paved. We arrived late and check in was super easy! Extra activities for kids are awesome!

We have been to a few KOA's, and this is by far the nicest one we've been to! The campground is spotless, with many amenities, including a pool, ping pong table, corn hole, ladder ball, basketball court, volleyball, a dirt track for kids to ride bikes, and a small walking trail. The sites are spacious and well thought out. The owners pay attention to detail. Check out sites 31 & 33; very nice!

This is a beautiful KOA. The grounds are very clean and maintained. There are many activity areas for kids and adults. We will return soon!

Love this park! Staff is friendly, the sites are clean and roomy, kamp k-9 is amazing and the night “cat eye” walk was a fun little extra.

I loved our stay and it was very nice, the only thing is I didn’t like how close the cabins were to each other. It was to much, would like to be farther away

We really enjoyed the relaxing stay with Jim and family. The place is very clean, yet rustic in the woods. They have designated kid areas and play areas for the dogs and lots of walk trails. The sites were set just right so that you could say hello to neighbors yet still have your privacy. We plan to return with our grandson. The store had a nice variety of items and reasonable priced.

Its our first time staying at a camp ground and in an RV and we liked it a lot. Very well maintained. Good play area for adults and kids. Clean restrooms, friendly staff. Owners on site and very understanding. Burney falls is 1hr drive and Mt lassen park is 15 min. OVERALL great place to stay and relax.

Clean, friendly managers, great children's area. Only problem was our closest restrooms weren't open for use. Otherewise fantastic location!!! Highly recommend!! Can't wait to go back!!

Great place to stay, staff is super friendly. Internet is slow but that's to be expected. I wish these places would offer faster internet though so I could camp during a work week. I'd definitely go again though!

We had a lovely site - staff were awesome. Facilities in always clean state. Night eyes /flashlight hike and tree swings were favorites! We will come back!

this is a nice park that is VERY family friendly. lots of things to do for the kiddos. the spots are very close together. I would have liked more room.

Julie, not sure I understand. You were in site 8. The site you were in is 42 feet wide by 70 feet long. On one side there is a privacy fence with that site RV 20 further, and on the other side the RV is facing the other way giving you complete privacy.

The cabin, bathrooms and ground were so clean! We also appreciate the play options that kids could enjoy on spite of the pandemic restrictions. My kids loved to play ping pong.

Have brand new fantastic WiFi. On your phone you can turn on WiFi calling. It works really well.

I felt the sites were squeezed too close together. Moreover, would have appreciated better WiFi - maybe utilize range extenders?

We absolutely love this KOA! Jim his wife and staff are so amazing and accommodating. They are always paying attention to all the campers and their needs with a smile on their face. We just got back from our 3rd year in a row camping durning the Halloween theme weekend. It was a blast everyday there is something for the kids and families to do. First night was movie and popcorn night they had the atmosphere perfect. It was a cold night so they had heaters out which made it so comfortable. The second day started with pumpkin carving, face painting, corn hole, bingo, and jump houses. And that's not all they had a tri-tip dinner and costume contest for all different ages, Including the pets! The kids all got to go trick or treating, then to top off the night they had a hay bail rides into the woods. Couldn't ask for a better time! On the last day they had a free breakfast for all campers. Best KOA ever if you ask me. Go check it out yourself you'll be amazed. Thank you Jim and staff
