I think this was our third time for the fall festival and they just keep getting better all the time (if that's possible). All staff go above and beyond.

I have staid at several KOAs over the years and the Mt Lassen one is by far the absolute best one. The staff is awesome, the grounds are spotless and the park is in the pine trees where you actually feel like you’re camping. I have staid at some that were right outside city limits that felt like we were camping on a parking lot. The Lassen KOA also has the end of summer fall festival. Aweso

Wonderful family owned campground that is meticulously well maintained. They were very friendly and accommodating to our large group that filled up the whole campground. I would definitely recommend this KOA.

Very sage quiet and felt welcomed I had to cut my stay short due to work bu I’ll definitely stay there again!! Want a safe environment where the people who run the camp really care for your safety!? Stay here 100%!!

This was the nicest and cleanest KOA I’ve been to. Bathrooms were clean, smelled good and were spacious. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. They have everything you could need.

Loved the Chili during the band on Saturday. The Bees � were pretty aggressive so I’ll probably stay in a cabin next visit during end of summer.

Yes, unfortunately this is the worst year we have had with Yellow Jackets. We do set traps out so let us know next time you have Yellow Jacket problem and we will do our best to help.

This is the nicest campground my wife and I have ever stayed at. The owners Jim and Diana and the entire staff are amazing. The grounds and bathrooms and pool are spotless. The Friday night movie night is a great experience. Saturday was ice cream day which they offered on the house. I can't wait till next summer.

Spacious campsites, lovely playground and pool, clean facilities. More bathrooms would be a plus!

Hum, we have 3 bathroom locations with a total of 9 toilets and 9 showers.

This is by far the cleanest campsite I have ever been to! The site was laid out wonderfully, perfect for family camping and the couple in charge was so friendly and accommodating!! Will definitely be back

After finally getting a campsite for two nights everything was great. A beautiful KOA with lots to do and close to Lassen National Park. I highly recommend it. Clean facilities, access good, and full store with good wares. Thank you.

Staff went above and beyond to make an amazing experience. Campground was clean, quiet and a truly amazing place to stay. By far the best campground I have ever been to. Well kept and the pride of ownership really shows!

great place with roomy sites, friendly staff and restrooms are cleaned several times a day to maintain spotless restrooms. The store is priced cheaper than local stores with a good selection of items you might need.

The staff is very friendly, but the tent area is too far from the restroom��be careful, so many meat bees in area!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We have tents within 100 feet of the bathroom. Additionally we have the pool bathrooms which is fairly close to the tent sites. If you would have let us know on the Yellow Jackets we could have added extra traps.

We loved our stay! The staff was beyond friendly and always greeted you with a smile. My family enjoyed all the family friendly activities. We appreciated the squeaky clean bathrooms and showers. The owner :) Jim was such a pleasure to speak with and Diana with her charm and smile left us feeling like regulars. Again, everyone was so kind and friendly. We look forward to returning in the future

The campground was clean and staff super friendly. My children picked this campground as their favorite on our vacation…. We were on the road 3 weeks and stayed at several KOAs over that time. The Friday night movie with popcorn was an excellent surprise for them. Definitely use this campground if you are visiting Mt. Lassen National park- you will not be disappointed.

This campground was clean and friendly. It was very kid and dog friendly. There was all kinds of shade. The only complaint we had was that we tented, and there wasn’t a flat surface in the space (slight but noticeable slant) or anywhere to comfortably park the car(had to just park a little off the drive - no pull in) Overall, we enjoyed it.

Kenneth, your site had a parking space right in front of the site big enough for a large truck. Not sure what you are talking about.

Nice location, a lot of trees, many activities in the camp site, basketball court, bike path, volleyball, etc. Super clean bathrooms and shower, tent site is large. Staff are very nice.

Not only are all the staff super friendly but the entire facility was clean and enjoyable. We didn't have a single issue and all amenities were open for use

This KOA has everything--a pool, basketball court, volleyball court, a nice store. The restrooms and all other facilities are clean and well maintained. My tent site was comfortable and convenient. I am already planning my next stay here!

We loved this KOA! Jim and his staff were so friendly and helpful. It's very clean, and they have little touches like soap at the dishwashing station, movie and popcorn night, handicap accessible bathrooms that were actually handicap accessible. and a cute gift shop. They also make their presence known, so it was actually quiet during quiet hours. I'd stay here again and highly recommend it.

My stay was fine but my tent site was pretty dusty. I found out when I was leaving I could have requested bark and the would have brought it in to my site. The restrooms and showers were always clean with hot water. I thought the little store should have had a few more grocery items.

Tracy, tent sites are normally in the dirt. Dirt can be a little dusty. The "little store" doesn't have room for more grocery items.

We absolutely love this KOA! Jim his wife and staff are so amazing and accommodating. They are always paying attention to all the campers and their needs with a smile on their face. We just got back from our 3rd year in a row camping durning the Halloween theme weekend. It was a blast everyday there is something for the kids and families to do. First night was movie and popcorn night they had the atmosphere perfect. It was a cold night so they had heaters out which made it so comfortable. The second day started with pumpkin carving, face painting, corn hole, bingo, and jump houses. And that's not all they had a tri-tip dinner and costume contest for all different ages, Including the pets! The kids all got to go trick or treating, then to top off the night they had a hay bail rides into the woods. Couldn't ask for a better time! On the last day they had a free breakfast for all campers. Best KOA ever if you ask me. Go check it out yourself you'll be amazed. Thank you Jim and staff
