Stayed in lodge 1 while visiting family that was staying in their rv. Had lots of room to gather in the living area, outside patio was spacious and furniture was comfortable. Had a great time, would highly recommend!

By far one of the most clean and well kept KOA’s I’ve been to. And not to mention, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Even though the pool was closed , you opened it back up for another week due to some approaching hot weather coming our way. Thank you!

This was our second stay at the Lassen KOA. We stayed in one of the Lodges and my family had a terrific time. I recommend staying here if you want a cozy place with tons of amenities. The pool was still open since the weather was still warm. Everyone was respectful of space and quiet times.

Wonderful place! Neat as can be, super clean, friendly and helpful hosts, lots of stuff for kids, quiet and peaceful. Already booked for next year. My favorite KOA!!

Place is very well kept and staff are very welcoming and friendly. We had friends that stayed in a cabin and it was neat, clean and comfortable.

This was our first time here at this campground and it will now become an annual vacation spot for us. We love the Lassen area but like having the convenience of having RV hookups. The dog park and all the extras at this campground are amazing including the owners and their staff...you won't be disappointed!

Mt. Lassen is AMAZING. The location could not be better, lots of trees and birds. The staff is so friendly. The sites are large with fire pits. Jim drove around in his golf cart passing out logs for the fire pits. The restrooms and showers were spotless!!! I mean spotless!! The bird center is so cool. There is a huge dog park with lots of obstacles. There are bird houses craved out of trees.

The cabin was great, it was clean and very inviting. It was a very quiet campground. We had a great stay.

Lassen/Shingletown KOA is my favorite place to camp at in Northern California. It is very close to Lassen National Park. The KOA is well taken care of and the staff is awesome. I always feel welcome when we are at this KOA. The KOA staff are very helpful and friendly. My family and I will continue to come back year after year.

It was our first time to stay at a KOA and this one has set the bar really high for the next ones we will stay at. The hosts are super friendly and very accommodating throughout our stay. The grounds, from restrooms to group activity areas were clean and well-maintained. This is a great resort with everything you need while being surrounded by nature's tranquility. It was a wonderful experience.

This is the best KOA we have been to and we travel a lot during the year . Very clean and every area is exceptionally well manicured. Wish all KO a’s were as nice. President’s Award is deserved!!!

Amazing staff: super friendly and highly accommodating to the customers and their need. Place is very clean and equipped with lots of fun stuffs to do when you’re with your friends and family.

The staff were so friendly, helpful, and communicative. They take pride in their facilities, everything was clean and tidy. Dog bags were stocked, garbages were frequently emptied and surfaces cleaned often. Toys and games available to use and walking trails and secluded areas a very nice addition.

Jim, Doug and Jason are great. They are very friendly and helpful. Great campground and I like that it it is small and quaint, but loaded with tons of fun things to do. Will definitely be back next year.

The owners and staff are extraordinary in every way: caring, capable, and kind. They truly go out of their way to help you navigate your adventures. Amenities abandon for all ages and cleanliness if without compromise. They followed COVID protocols and we could feel safe.

This is an absolutely fantastic campground. We loved it. It’s beautiful, well maintained, quiet and serene. The staff are incredible. The lovely little fun touches everywhere did not go unnoticed.

Came for a quiet and relaxing vacation and received that and more. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained facilities. Close to Lassen National Park where we did plenty of hiking. Will definitely stay there again. Already recommending to friends for a group camping trip.

It was one of nicest KoA’s we’ve stayed at according to cleanliness and amenities. Very nice to have air conditioning. It was unfortunate that the power was out, so we didn’t get to enjoy some of that the first night. The bed was not the most comfortable and there were too many yellow jackets to enjoy the outdoors. It made it difficult to cook and eat outdoors, but overall the staff was ni

I wanted to stay forever! What a great campground. I rented one of the cabins and couldn't be happier with my decision. Everything was perfect, the staff very friendly and helpful. The grounds were impeccable and very fun with different activities especially for kids and those of us who still want to be kids.

The nicest campground I have ever stayed at. The campgrounds were layer out so there was lots of room between sites and privacy fences around the sites and road. Paths meandering thru out the area with things to do and see. I particulary enjoyed the birders corner. And the cateye treasure hunt after dark. The manager and staff were enthused with their effort. Wonderful stay.

Shingletown KOA is the best. Great staff and they do an incredible job of keeping everything in terrific condition. We'll be back as we have stayed there several times before.

We absolutely love this KOA! Jim his wife and staff are so amazing and accommodating. They are always paying attention to all the campers and their needs with a smile on their face. We just got back from our 3rd year in a row camping durning the Halloween theme weekend. It was a blast everyday there is something for the kids and families to do. First night was movie and popcorn night they had the atmosphere perfect. It was a cold night so they had heaters out which made it so comfortable. The second day started with pumpkin carving, face painting, corn hole, bingo, and jump houses. And that's not all they had a tri-tip dinner and costume contest for all different ages, Including the pets! The kids all got to go trick or treating, then to top off the night they had a hay bail rides into the woods. Couldn't ask for a better time! On the last day they had a free breakfast for all campers. Best KOA ever if you ask me. Go check it out yourself you'll be amazed. Thank you Jim and staff
