The campground was well maintained. I liked our larger RV site. I enjoyed walking through the forest on the various paths that was located on the campground.

We had a wonderful time here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is clean and well maintained. The sites are big and not too close together for privacy. They have lots of activities for everyone.We will definitely be staying here a lot.The hosts here are fun and easy going, which made our stay that much better.

The cleanest campground we have ever been to. Great pool for your use. And Friday night was the highlight with a movie outdoors under the stars with popcorn. The host Jim and Diana are the nicest people and makes you feel like family. We have been there on 3 different visits and already planning for next summer.

I arrived late in the evening and had to leave very early the next morning so didn’t get to enjoy the amenities. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. I came back a week later and got to enjoy the facilities more. Just wish it was closer to home. Would definitely recommend it to others.

We loved staying at the Mt. Lassen Koa. One of the nicest koa’s we ever stayed at. The site we stayed in was huge.

Hosts were friendly upon check-in and throughout our stay. Spot was wide enough for our daughter to run around and play while not bothering our neighbors' campsite and there were plenty of game options for her to choose from, including the pool and playground. The tree swings and cat eye trail were nice touches. A little expensive but you're paying for the experience!

Our stay was perfect as always. Every time we stay at the Shingletown KOA we notice little improvements here and there. This time we noticed the grounds keepers and cleaning staff were being hyper vigilant in cleaning and disinfecting to protect the campers from the China flu. The staff is always nice and helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. My whole family loves the Shingletown KOA.

Even with very crappy WiFi, I still strongly recommend MT Lassen KOA to anyone. The staff are super friendly and courteous, the facilities are clean and very well maintained. When you are there, they treat you as part of one family!

It was great! We had to leave early because our town was on fire and during checkout we were given a refund for the unused night. Staff is super friendly and the cabin was nice and clean on our arrival!

We had to take a large detour enroute due to a wildfire and the KOA staff was incredibly accomodating and kind with our changes including helping us find a better driving route.

We loved it so much our whole group (4 families) have already booked for next years trip!! The pool, tire swings and Movie night were amazing and my kids loved every bit of our four day stay! Thank for the amazing camping trip, the staff and campground where all just amazing!

We absolutely love this KOA! Jim his wife and staff are so amazing and accommodating. They are always paying attention to all the campers and their needs with a smile on their face. We just got back from our 3rd year in a row camping durning the Halloween theme weekend. It was a blast everyday there is something for the kids and families to do. First night was movie and popcorn night they had the atmosphere perfect. It was a cold night so they had heaters out which made it so comfortable. The second day started with pumpkin carving, face painting, corn hole, bingo, and jump houses. And that's not all they had a tri-tip dinner and costume contest for all different ages, Including the pets! The kids all got to go trick or treating, then to top off the night they had a hay bail rides into the woods. Couldn't ask for a better time! On the last day they had a free breakfast for all campers. Best KOA ever if you ask me. Go check it out yourself you'll be amazed. Thank you Jim and staff
