We were there only for a couple of days to tour Mt Lassen National Park. This is a good location. The park is clean and very well maintained. Sites are a bit close, but there are enough trees and shrubs to make if feel comfortable. The park made every effort to continue as normal, while maintaining appropriate COVID protocol. I would definitely recommend this park.

We appreciated having the breakfast available on Sunday. The cabin did not have a sink to wash dishes although the bathroom sink worked since we had a dishpan.

Great location. Close to many activities at Lassen National Forest. Great activities and fun at the campground also!

Loved our spot, super deluxe. I think it was #33. You should do the same to spots 31 & 32 and get way more money.

Nice, friendly staff. Equipment, community spaces and campsites were sparkling clean and well maintained. Lot’s of activities for young children.

Very clean, well maintained, friendly staff, great amenities! We loved the dog area with agility items and the lovely wooded area to walk at the back of the resort. There were a lot of trees and the site were large. This was the best KOA that we have been to!

The site I was in (26) was a problem, because of how it was situated everyone considered it a walkthrough to the pool. I had to keep asking people to please go around.

We stayed in one of the cabins and loved it. We'd never been to this KOA before and were impressed with the facility. We hope to go back next summer.

We had a peaceful & enjoyable stay at this KOA. Diana the store owner was very welcoming & delightful as well as the cheerful young gentleman with her at the desk. We will definitely recommend this KOA to other friends & family!�

The campground was a wonderful mix of nature with full RV hookups. We loved walking in the trees and then being able to let our dog run free in the dog park. Everything in the campground felt clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this KOA to anyone visiting Mt. Lassen.

The camp ground was spotless clean, pool immaculate and staff very helpful and friendly. The kids loved the pool and woods area with the swings and bike jumps. Definitely a place to return.

We stayed at 8 KOAs this summer and this was the best! Nice owners and staff. The restroom facilities are soooo clean. The kids loved the pool. We will be back.

Quiet, clean KOA and they don’t charge for every little thing. Free coffee and DVD rentals. Definitely will return!

Everything imaginable has been done to make visits as fun as possible. My only tiny suggestion would be to add more gravel - that red dirt is really dirty!

Stay was fine but space 35 for our 32 foot Cougar was very difficult to get into and out of....would recommend a much smaller unit be parked there

Hi Sharon, not sure what happen here. We have had a lot bigger rigs in the site and have never had a bad review. In fact the site is one of our larger sites measuring 55 X 45 feet.

Great place to stay and unplug. No WiFi or cell service just quiet and peaceful. Short drive to Lassen Volcanic NP.

All of the employees at this KOA were really nice and helpful! The sites were kind of close, but were nicely wooded. We had a pull-thru site which was great. The other campers were respectful of quiet time and were friendly overall. Will stay at another KOA campground for sure.

My family and I had a great time staying at the Mt. Lassen/Shingletown KOA. The owners and staff were so helpful and approachable. The campsites and facilities were clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed all the variety of games and activities that were offered onsite. All of us ended up having a great time on the rope swing. :D

Friendly staff clean bathrooms, activities, baby changing station. Only problem would be that bathrooms(main and portables were all being cleaned at same time, I would stagger the timing. The two free bathrooms had people showering. My little girl had to beg the cleaners to let her in to go pee. They said no and when she wouldn't leave they finally allowed her in. NOT GOOD.

After an unfortunate incident with a large rock and my rv plumbing the camp ground people fixed my issue and wouldn’t accept compensation. This is a beautifully cared for resort. Clean polished and the best. My highest recommendation

This was a great place to stay to enjoy everything in the Lassen/Burney Falls area. This park has so much to offer-pool, walking trail with tree swings, badminton, ladder ball, corn hole, a park, Friday night movies, etc. The park is well maintained and the bathrooms are exceptionally clean. I would have preferred the roads and RV spots to be paved but overall it was a great place to stay.

We have been back a few times and always enjoy our stay. Everyone is friendly, courteous and helpful. The bathrooms and grounds are well kept.

The campgrounds are clean and you get a feeling of privacy with the addition of fences between campsites. The bathrooms although occupied very often were always clean and stocked with toilet paper, soap, and a very effective hand dryer. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Very nice park. The privacy fences are great. We enjoyed the quiet, and the spacious site we were in. Thank you for having such a quality park. Front check in clerk was a sweetheart.

Beautiful and very clean facility. Also appreciated that there wasn’t any load music being blasted. The walking paths, swing area was great. Had a great time looking for cat eyes in the dark with our grand daughter

We really liked it here. SUPER CLEAN Lots of amenties...stroll around to see them all! the campsites vary in size, utilities and location! But all of them are pretty special! Great area with many places to explore which makes for great day trips! But the most endearing observation is..." The Owners and ALL OF THEIR TEAM ARE REALLY REALLY NICE FOLKS~~with a genuine attitude of "WELCOME"

Wonderful place to stay , I would give 5 stars but WiFi is absolutely horible.

We agree, our WiFi is horrible. We have been fighting Frontier, our only Internet provider in the area for 4 years. Finally there is light at the end of the tunnel. We should have our internet problem solved by the end of October.

This place couldn't be better! They've thought of every detail!! Got dogs? They've got an obstacle course for dogs in the dog park, they have doggie ice cream in the gift shop. Everything is clean and nice. I wish I had a week to stay!!!

my kids loved the tree swing and games on the lawn. The wasps/bees prevented us from eating outside otherwise a 5 star stay!

We absolutely love this KOA! Jim his wife and staff are so amazing and accommodating. They are always paying attention to all the campers and their needs with a smile on their face. We just got back from our 3rd year in a row camping durning the Halloween theme weekend. It was a blast everyday there is something for the kids and families to do. First night was movie and popcorn night they had the atmosphere perfect. It was a cold night so they had heaters out which made it so comfortable. The second day started with pumpkin carving, face painting, corn hole, bingo, and jump houses. And that's not all they had a tri-tip dinner and costume contest for all different ages, Including the pets! The kids all got to go trick or treating, then to top off the night they had a hay bail rides into the woods. Couldn't ask for a better time! On the last day they had a free breakfast for all campers. Best KOA ever if you ask me. Go check it out yourself you'll be amazed. Thank you Jim and staff
